Highly recommend this shop. My car was taken in quickly and repaired in 2 days. They cleaned the inside and made my car feel brand new. Johnny and Audrey and extremely helpful, friendly, and communicative.
Amazing job you guys took great care of my car and when I saw it after the service was done I was very pleased it look brand new like nothing ever happened. If i ever have issues again that need repair I'll stick to this repair place to get it fixed all staff was very nice and polite. Thank you ?

John and Audrey at today’s collision in Chelsea were AMAZING! The shop was recommended by my tow truck operator after a car accident (so you know they have to be good already), but the team worked with my sometimes difficult to work with insurance to fix my car completely. They fought with my insurance to make sure I had new factory parts instead of used parts AND gave me a complimentary detailing. I hardly recognized my car because it looks THAT good. They also worked with me to hold my car at the shop for an additional week while I was out do town for work AND coordinated my rental car turn in entirely. I can’t recommend this team enough!
John costa went above and beyond and gave me a lower price by 900$ than another mechanic+free detail and he even buffed out a spot that had paint being chipped off ?

My experience with Total Collision was outstanding. From my first visit with Matt and Coral. everything was easy. They scheduled my repair and reserved my rental car. It was ready when I came to drop off my car to be fixed. Then when my car was finished, I was able to return the rental car there. My car was actually ready before the promised date. It looks fantastic. I would definitely deal with Total Collision again, although I hope I don't have to.
When my car got damaged, today’s auto did a phenomenal job at repairing my car. We live in Boston because of city drivers, we need people like today’s auto. Their professionalism and promptness is unmatched and if I ever need to go back to get my car it’s going to be to them.
I don't do reviews unless it's absolutely warranted and wasn't bombarded with text messages begging for a 5 star review. This is my true honest experience with Today's collision and has been nothing but positive. I've used today's a few times over the years from details to bodywork. Their details were my introduction to Today's.
I was in an accident recently and went many miles out of my way to make sure I got the work done at Today's. Their high quality workmanship is amazing and it shows. Even 3 weeks later after getting the work done my car looks so much better than before the accident, compelling me to write up a review. I wish I took a picture when I initially got the car back. I'm not sure if I'm more impressed over the detail or the body work.
Thank you to Audrey and Frank for their excellent customer service and kindness. They made everything so easy and stress free. They helped deal with insurance and arranged a rental at the drop off time. Also thanks to the staff behind the scenes for their hard work.
A big special thank you to John Costa the manager as well. He is very thorough in what he does and an expert when it comes to bodywork. Unfortunately my car was worked on not too long ago at another body shop and it already had paint chipping. He pointed out how my car wasn't properly clear coated from the last shop and shouldn't crack/peel the way it did.
Hopefully I don't need to use another body shop any time soon but if I do I'm coming back here no matter what. I highly recommend today's collision and the expertise of John.

I brought my Subaru Crosstrek to Today's Collision in Chelsea after a silly mishap in my parking garage left my car doors in need of some serious TLC. From the moment I walked in, Audrey & John were absolutely lovely to work with - so king, reassuring and professional. They went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. They had everything fixed and looking flawless in less than a week! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great service and genuinely caring people!

From the initial appointment, appraisal to scheduling & pickup of my car, I was impressed how professional they were I was surprised at how quickly the repairs took & how easy it was to schedule the rental car thru them. Can't recommend enough. My vehicle came in for a total front bumper replacement after I reversed over a curb during the winter, and Today's was extremely competitively priced which was really important to me as I was handling payment outside insurance. They not only beat several nearby shops, in one case by half, they also had by far the best communication, courteous employees and cleanest shop. Their location next to Oak Grove allowed me to commute to work in Boston for the 2 days the car was in the shop, and I do live in Malden as well so it's great to have a shop I can trust within walking distance of my house too. The car was done days faster than anticipated and honestly came out looking better than I envisioned. It's 8 years old and I feel confident I can keep driving it for a long time now. I hope I don't have any more accidents, but if I do I'd return here in a heartbeat.
I went to Today's Collision for a front bumper repair just last week and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and the whole experience.
Every member of their staff are friendly and professional and my car comes out looking better than before the accident. I've had bad experience with the quality of work at other collision autobody shops before so I inspected the work carefully in detail.
Their work is absolutely flawless and they even went the extra mile of detailing my car for me. They even have an Enterprise rent a car agent on site so it makes the whole car rental process absolutely hassle free. When you're involved in a car accident especially when it's not your fault, it's frustrating so having a trustworthy shop that takes so good care of you makes the whole experience so much better.
I had my mirror replaced and my door repaired and painted on my 2023 Chevrolet trailblazer. They did a fantastic job. Customer service was very friendly and responsive, and the job was completed quickly and at a really great price!
I just picked up my car from Today's Collision Center in Chelsea a little whole ago. As usual they did an amazing job. Car is detailed, shiny and smells good. I have had my car repaired 2x in the past and each time they did a superb job. John/Audrey are very efficient is communicating with you on any question you may have. I rarely write reviews but when I write them, I mean every word! I am so THANKFUL for Today’s Collision! When I got into this accident, my mind was racing.
I went home and literally cried on my bed and fell asleep with tears down my cheeks.
I was so worried of the outcome for my car! I thought maybe this is just a second hand company or it’s one of those lazy companies. My mind had all different types of things in it.
Then I met with John and I can tell you John doesn’t sugar coat anything! If you want someone serious and who cares about cars in general…he won’t fail you AT ALL! He is not about games whatsoever! He will tell you like it is and will look out for your best interest! He won’t fail you! I REPEAT! HE WON’T FAIL YOU!!!!! This place knows what they’re doing 1000% !!!! THEY DESERVE TO BE ON THE NEWS FOR GREAT WORK! ✅✅✅✅✅
I remember dropping off my car, getting my rental and going home. I patiently waited for them to call me to tell me to tell me my car is ready! I believe I dropped it off last week Monday and it was ready on Wednesday. I was SO AMAZED…it felt as if I dreamt I was in an accident but in reality I wasn’t because my car looked so brand new!!!! OMG!
I picked up my car and drove home as if I just purchased it and didn’t want any feathers or leaves touching it. ?????????
I would also like to thank Audrey because she has such great attention to details…I don’t even know how she does her job—answering phones-inputting information of the cars-calling the rental companies-etc etc etc etc. Oh and she made sure I got my home keys detached from my car key set because so much was on my mind once I dropped off the car. I forgot to separate the keys prior to handing the car key to her and she noticed different keys were with the car key! She’s very clever and she has a sharp mind.
I would also like to thank anyone else who worked on my car. I don’t know how you guys do this kind of job. Thank you for all your hard work. I sincerely appreciate it!

Came here to get a quote on a minor scratch on my car. The staff was very welcoming and nice. They took a look at my car and instead of trying to rip me off like some of the other shops, they were honest with me and just washed the scratch off when other shops said that wasn’t possible. They did that at no cost without me asking. What I thought was going to be a thousand dollar expense now is zero, thanks guys! :)
Total 5 star experience! Quick to quote, very reasonable pricing(same/cheaper than 4 other places in the area), incredibly friendly and helpful and an easy process. Put down a deposit for the parts then fixed a few days later. As the other reviews said, the detailing they do is just an added bonus. I hope to never come back…. But if I need to - this will be the first place I will go to.
It looks very nice when I got my car back. Plus they also have my car washed. Except they are too positive about their work and not accept any kind of concern. I hope they are absolutely right. Here is before and after for my car. I am not sure if the gap is too wide.
