I recently needed an alternator for my Sienna and went on line to find one locally as without the alternator your car won't budge! After checking several store options I found that the Advance Auto store within a quarter mile of me had 2 in stock and also had the best price of the pack. I placed the order on line and picked it up with ease! I'm now a happy customer thanks Advance Auto!

Rude management, couldn’t return a battery. “That’s not going in my system”. Smaller guy with glasses, does not know how to talk to people. He quiets down if you speak to him correctly and firmly.

I traveled a long way with the intention of picking up my order at this store. According to their posted hours, they were supposed to close at 9:00 PM, but at 8:45 PM, they decided to shut their doors early. It’s incredibly unprofessional to play with customers’ time like that. Definitely a letdown and a wasted trip.

I’ve spent a lot of time and money at this location, but my experience on January 6 around 8:45 a.m. was extremely disappointing. The young employee working at the time refused to help me when I asked for assistance. He was focused on his phone and showed no interest in doing his job. When I told him I would inform the owner about the situation, he responded with a rude gesture and refused to give me his name. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it seriously.

I've been waiting here since 7:50 this Saturday. It's now 8:10 and the store still isn't open even though opening hours say starting at 8 on Saturdays. I have work in an hour and need to buy a tire air compressor to fill my tires. Where is anyone? There's multiple people waiting outside waiting to get in.

Friendly staff and they can check the ODB port codes for you for free at any store. Helpful if you have a check engine light on.

A worker named Atta changed my battery and did a very good job. Only reason for the one star review is when I asked for a battery change first thing he said was do you have money for tip cause battery change is labor. When I said I only have card, instead of saying it’s ok. He proceeded to change my battery along with telling me the importance of tipping and how the workers there rely on tips for battery change. After the battery was changed he tells me there are atms nearby and to get cash and to come back and tip him. I gave him what I could find in the car but never had anyone demand a tip like that.

This place had a horrible team shift in the mornings. The lady always puts you on hold and never returns to the phone. When you call back sometimes they even pick the phone up and hang up. They need to hire a new morning crew because the ones there now are horrible with phone service. My car broke down and I just needed a part and I’m willing to take the Uber there but they don’t know how to communicate because they never pick up their phone. Stay away from calling in the mornings

These guys are great! I know nothing, I mean minus 10 about cars. I had to be taught what all of the garbage on my steering wheel is for and what all the pictures mean. I've gone into the Chelsea store a number of times for windscreen wipers and general stuff. BUT! Captain Hamill, my car's name, was hesitating when I stepped on the gas pedal I was told that I needed some kind of gas cleaner something. I have no idea what the guy was talking about. I went to advance Auto parts and I told them what I needed they knew right away showed me what to get told me how to do it. Captain Hamill doesn't hesitate anymore. Today I needed a new battery for my key fob and had no idea how to change the battery or what battery to get. I went into the store 5 minutes later I'm walking out with a new battery in my key fob and my car isn't telling me my battery is low anymore. These guys are great

Every selection of every company that makes auto parts, audio, body accessories to tire caps is all in one place. IF U NEED A 0ARTICULAR ITEM 5HE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WILL ASK U THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE CAR, WHAT YEAR AND BAM THEY HAVE THE ANSWER IN 3 SECONDS. IF THEY DON'T HAVE 8N STOCK THEN 5HEY CAN ORDER IT, THE EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNBEATABLE IN THIS INDUSTRY. VERY CALM ATMOSPHERE, NOBODY HANGING AROUND YOU. NUMEROUS PARKING SPOTS OUTSIDE, HANDICAP PARKING PLENTIFUL, ALSO A FEW HANDICAP RAMPS AND THE ENTRANCE IS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ALSO. ONE SINGLE FIRST FLOOR SO NO WORRIES THERE AND THE AISLES ARE NICE AND WIDE FOR ANY DISABLED PERSON TO GET AROUND EASILY. THE STORE IS OFF THE REVERE BEACH PKWY, AND A BLOCK Away From ROUTE 1,NORTH AND SOUTHBOUND. ALSO A 5 MINUTE RIDE TO BOSTON OVER THE TOBIN BRIDGE

The store advertised they close at 9pm i got here a few minutes before closing and the doors was locked. My car was over heating and the staff were indicating the manager had them close early so i was stranded until i had a friend finally come to help me.

Amazing store! I was attended by a wonderful sweet girl, by the name of Alnesha! I came in and needed some car parts and she was quick to attend and help me! I think Alnesha deserves EOM(employee of the month) for her service! If anyone needs anything, be sure to ask for Alnesha!

Not sure what to say, but I had that inferiority feeling dealing with this kid called Mike at this location, me not speaking Spanish doesn't make me a second class citizen. I showed up to the store to buy parts, I did not have to deal with the attitude. The guy lacks the minimum customer service skill, not greeting customers back, giving priority to Latino folks, lack of focus, I can tell you one thing, the hiring standard to work for advance auto parts is very low. My business is going somewhere else where I can be treated decently. I am not asking for the moon, I am just disappointed.

This auto parts store is about 4 blocks from my house so it's very convenient. Every time I have gone there they had what I needed and the staff has been very friendly. Lots of parking and easy street access to the lot.

Stepped into this establishment to return an item I purchased less than a month ago but lost the receipt. When they checked my number for the account says I haven't purchased anything since 2019.. what's the point of asking for my number when I buy things if they aren't going to record it. Brand new items still in package and they wouldn't even let me exchange it for something I actually needed. On top of that I asked for an item that the store in Bridgewater let me grab without a problem and instead of doing the same they told me I would have to go to my and z for yada yada... 0 effort to help me out. Never going here again I'll take my business to AutoZone on route 16 in this area.

Some employees Do not know what to do or how to location parts using the vin## Vehicles made on Ex;;; 10/19/2010 will not show up in the system as a 2010 . Will say can not locate part. The VIN ## will show it As a 2011 vehicle.. But Much Better than Auto Zone.

Bad customer service went in today for a docket 21 inch for my car and a price on brakes. Woman kept asking can I help you. I was the only person in the store at this time. She said due to what’s going on I like to keep control of the people and keep it under 5 people. I said I’m the only one here it is under 5. I understand the situation as I work for the government at the airport and it can be a worrisome time. If your that worried about one guy in the store than why even work. Very rude I got money I’ll just buy it at another store. No reason to ask me a whole bunch of times if you can help me

You buy a car battery with a two year warranty 11 month later you bring it back because it won't hold a charge, the want to blame something wrong with your vehicle. Yet they can't charge the batter because some for got to charge the battery charger. Yet bad enough you go a second day without a vehicle because they need to know if the battery would hold charge. Then why warranty the battery.
