I recently brought my BMW here for repairs after an accident, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Gerry did an incredible job! The repairs were flawless and my car looks absolutely beautiful again. Seeing it finished honestly brought me so much relief after all the stress that comes with an accident. You can really tell he cares about the quality of his work and the people he’s helping.
Davina at the front desk was also wonderful throughout the entire process. She was always warm, polite, and respectful, and that kindness truly meant a lot during a stressful time. Honestly, I don't know where to begin. Gerry and this shop were amazing. I was in and out within 2 weeks and he was also out of the country on vacation. He continued to work with my insurance company and I. My girlfriend recommended me this auto body shop after I got into a car accident. I was quoted 30ish days from other shops within my insurance companies program. I saw Gerry 3 days after my accident, got my claim sorted and had my car back very quick. The repair on my vehicle was outstanding as well. Awesome little gem of a body shop in Chelsea - all staff is really kind and Gerry is a great guy who is happy to work with you to get things done right!! Super easy to work with - they took great care of my baby and got her back on the road in no time, looking better than ever - highly recommend!!
I would highly recommend going here for auto body work. The workers are fantastic and Gerry really is the man. He walked me through all the work that was being done on my car and helped save me money too. They also cleaned my car which was an unexpected plus. Hopefully I'm never in the situation to come back but if I am I will be coming here.
My car has gotten into a little fender bender in the front and the staff was amazing before they went and ordered all of the parts they borrowed my car for two hours took the front apart make sure they order just what I needed and even gave me a ride to work.

Very professional and friendly autobody shop. My car was rear ended with some pretty bad damage to the rear bumper,trunk and exhaust. Eastern Auto body took car of it and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend their experience and expertise to anyone.
The PPL here are so nice and honest my son got rear ended and his truck bed was bent the insurance adjuster claimed 400 in damage. Jerry from eastern auto showed us all the damage to the bed of the truck as it turns out truck is at a total loss. I was also involved in a hit and run on my car. He repaired the damages and paint job you can't even tell were the damage was.(that was 3 yrs ago) THANK YOU JERRY AND ALL AT EASTERN AUTO BODY. IF YOU WANT HONESTY EXCELLENT WORK HO HERE
