Prompt service. Communication was from start to finish. Very professional, pricing was reasonable. My car (and I) were delivered in one piece to my set destination. Would gladly use EJW again!

Hauled my car from Boston to NH. Polite on phone, quoted price was the price they charged. It was towed on flatbed, not rolling on tires, so less wear and tear on my car. The driver was very skilled backing in my driveway and super polite. If I need another tow in the Boston area, I'd certainly call them again.

They were great! When I called they said, 90 minutes, they were here in 20 min. Every other tow service I called said it would be up to 2 hrs. and more money. Other companies was the same tow price as EJW but they would of took longer to pick up my vehicle. The driver was friendly and helpfuI. I would definitely use their service in the future.

Went out of his way to help us on a difficult night. Had trouble finding us but didn’t give up and was polite even when it turned out to be a low clearance area that didn’t work for his truck.

Fantastic service! The driver was a great guy and went above and beyond his duties to really help me out and make my life easier! The office staff was willing to work with me to make sure I got a receipt for my insurance. On top of all this, they were very affordable. This is my go to towing company from now on!

I had a situation wherein 3 of my colleague's needed a tow at the same time after a late get together (long story). I called EJW and everyone got home safe, quickly and happy. Great prices, great service and I would definitely call them first if we ever need a tow again .

If there was less than one Star, that's what I would give. At 11:30 this morning our insurance company set us up with these losers for a jump. We were told by 1:46 pm they could get to us. Because I was trying to get to my infant daughter in the hospital, i called to see if they could get to us sooner. Someone answered and told me "No." and that the only reason we got the 1:46 slot was because someone canceled. So I waited. And waited. And waited. No one showed by 2:05 pm, so I called again but now no one was answering. I called my insurance roadside assistance and they said everyone was slammed but these guys would be there by 3:17 pm. Guess what. No show. And not answering the phone. 5 hours have passed. My kid is in a hospital bed and no one could be bothered to show up or even call or answer MY calls. We decided to call someone else and within 15 minutes he was here. Car jumped and I am on my way to the hospital. Thanks for nothing. Poor poor business practices. Shame on you EJW.

WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! EJW is the most unresponsible, dishonest, and shady business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Our Insurance company found them on a day when tows were hard to find and the trouble started from the beginning: 1. It took them over 4 hours to get to me on the weekend leading up to Christmas. Every time I called (and I called multiple times) I either couldn’t get through and the voicemail was full or the guy I talked to (Either John or Billy) claimed the driver was 20-30 minutes away. This went on for seemingly forever. 2. They would not deliver my car where I wanted them and insisted on driving to a storage lot for the weekend. OK, since this is what my Insurance provider requested, but didn’t make any sense as they had to pass the collision place. 3. They were supposed to deliver my car to the collision center the day after Christmas (Tuesday). They promised they would do so and upon calling they said it was ready to be delivered that day. 4. Wednesday came along and same story. I could empathize with them a bit since there were a lot of tows over the weekend but again we were promised delivery Wednesday 5. Thursday came, same story, again w/ a promise that the car was on the truck out for delivery… by end of day, still no car 6. Friday came… at 10AM we were told the car would be delivered in 90 minutes… no car, at 2pm we were promised it was on the truck and left “10-15 minutes ago and it was in route to the collision center… guess what? Still no car by EOD or first thing Saturday morning 7. Saturday morning EJW claimed the car was delivered Friday night, but guess what? No car on the lot! 8. It was only until my insurance company and the 3rd party tow company threatened police action that the car was delivered FINALLY on Saturday at 11am. 9. All week, My insurance was calling EJW, their 3rd party tow company was calling EJW, I was following up with EJW and the collision center was anxiously waiting. In the time that we were waiting, we lost a week of productivity on our car and the insurance adjuster had visited and wasted time twice. Again, definitely a long winded way of saying stay far far away from this company. I plan on filing a report with BBB, my insurance company (a very large and reputable one) has added them to their ‘do not use’ list and the 3rd party tow company has done the same. HORRIBLE

Talk about fast! They said 1/2 hour but arrived within 15 minutes. I have no idea what was wrong with my car but Chico gave it a jump and a few suggestions. I appreciated his knowledge and friendly demeanor. Will use again.

Needed some roadside and EJW was the only company available at the time. The driver arrived 10 minutes sooner than expected. He got the car of the flatbed and we were on our way within 15 mins. Definitely keeping this one stored in my phone in case of another emergency.

Bad service! Our property management have a contract with this tow company! Anytime one of the tenants try to call to report unauthorized cars parked on the property, no one answer the phone & or the call is sent to voicemail & you cant leave a message!!
