I mean what's there to say? They are reliable and consistent. Without failing, every first, second, third, and fourth Thursday of the month there they are. Did I forget to move my car for street cleaning? Don't worry about it. Like a good neighbor Todisco is there. They'll move it for you. You just need to pay around $145 convenience free or "towing" fee as they call it. The City obviously wants in on their good work. The City leaves a little love letter reminding you of what they view as a little automotive oopsies. They always send it in this cute bright orange envelope. It's adorable, but also let small businesses shine. No need to take credit for other people's work.

They literally just towed the owner of a restaurant's car from the lot of her business and refuses to bring it back. Mike on the phone was an INCREDIBLY petulant child when I calmly explained this to him on the phone. Turns out they towed the owner of the store next door earlier in the week. Genuinely looking forward to seeing it play out in civil court. DO NOT suggest using them to monitor and tow for your business. Liability.

Your drivers are rude. You towed my car 5 minutes from your tow yard, left from where you towed it at in East Boston at 9, and still weren’t there at 9:30. Your driver with plate number 98bm told the guy with my car to make sure he drives 5mph to the tow yard because I asked him a question. He also aggressively charged towards me when I asked him the question. I imagine this is why it took more than 30 minutes to get there. You’re already ruining peoples mornings, you don’t have to be ***holes about it on top of it. Totally unnecessarily rude and hostile for no reason.

Called to have my vehicle towed after waiting 3 hours for AAA (which sent the wrong tow truck for our car to be towed). Told us to call back in 4 hours to get the vehicle towed. Called Todisco and they were there in 20minutes!!!! Literally made our day! The dispatch to tow guy were GREAT! Professional and understanding of our situation. Thank you so much guys!!! Hopefully I don’t need another tow but if I do I will certainly be calling you guys!

Don't normally leave reviews but the unprofessionalism of Todisco Towing was shocking. Car was towed and damage occurred. They initially tried to spin the damage on us, even though the photographic proof/timestamps indicates the damage occurred during the tow. It has been nearly two months with absolutely no response from "Ben" at their corporate office to our numerous calls and emails. The support staff at the Condor St. location were also quite curt when we spoke to them in person and on the phone. Incredibly disappointed that this company uses ghosting as a tactic to not pay out damage claim forms. Edit: it's now been nearly a year and they refuse to answer any of our emails or even offer to refund the tow fee. We basically paid Todisco to damage our car.

As if they are trying to scare you out of their place. They charge you a 3% surprise fee if you are paying with your card. God help you if you ever have to deal with them.

Truck died in the middle of the highway. Called police and Todisco was dispatched. Roy came and got the truck hooked up and towed it to the dealer. He was super friendly and helped to calm me down about the whole situation. They treated my truck with excellent care. Would highly recommend them based on this experience.

Was towed by mistake and then met with nothing but animosity by all employees while trying to get clarification on where my car was. I ended up being reimbursed for the tow but still dealt with roughly 3 hours of inconvenience on a weeknight, not getting home until late. I'm writing this after being hung up on by a supervisor for calling to ask what my bank statement didn't match the invoice. For reimbursement I needed the exact charge. (they pass the card swipe fee to you, heads up) I asked why they didn't let me know I would see that fee at the time of payment when I got my car and *click* ....not needed. Overall the people I dealt with were unnecessarily rude to me. Not a great company to deal with. Would not recommend for any use.

This company is very racist and they should not be able to do sit towing in the city of Boston they're going to take my car from Dorchester all the way to East Boston and then say that I got to pay mileage for them taking my car all the way there when they have a lot right there off of East cottage Street... This is a predatory company who moved in the city of Boston with racial attributes and discrimination... I'm going to get the attorney in general involved in the feds to investigate how this company does business because there's no reason why I should be charged for mileage because they want to take my car on the other side of town when it was told right here in Dorchester... Don't every use this company. They will rip you and nickle and dime you. There a bunch guidos. The office manager at the east boston office Heather is so difficult to even talk to because she has no people skills or business even working with the general public. They only get contracts from the city of boston because they clearly are doing favors in exchange for contracts. Avoid them at all cost if you can. The four eyed lady that works the front desk need an attitude adjustment as well.

They towed my car from the Shore Plaza East, in East Boston even though I had the resident's sticker, I tried to contact Weston Associated to explain the situation. I got no answers. I had to pay these rats $149 to remove my car from their garage 3 blocks to my house. These rats have a big business in East Boston and the city knows it. We have 2 ways to put in jacket these rats: Open a court case or make them famous online, google, youtube, Facebook, etc... Also, their customer service is fantastic, they feel like an authority when you go to remove your car. I'm not sure if they feel like a police station, migration officer, or maybe a courthouse. Clowns.

Francisco (#102) was amazing! My car completely shut down on me. He went above and beyond to help me get my car towed. He arrived earlier than I was expecting. He was patient and really tried to diagnose what was causing my car failure. When we determined it needed to be towed, he was careful getting the car on the bed. Throughout, Francisco was very professional and courteous. He really helped me out!

I agree its a business and you have to make a money, I understand some customers are bad, but you need and I hope you can train your workers specifically your dispatch team to be good with the people who talking with you with full of respect. Todisco towed my vehicle in July 2023 (it’s now January 2024). They brought inadequate equipment and damaged my vehicle. Drove 45 minutes to salem, ma to fill out a damage report. It’s been 6 months and 10 phone calls to them, and have no resolution. I will be filing a complaint with the state police(who called them for the tow) and the attorney general. Every employee I have spoken to has been unprofessional and rude. The dispatcher should find another career. Thankfully it’s simple to take them to court. TERRIBLE

Absolutely hands down the most unprofessional towing company in Boston. I went to pick up my car after being towed for street cleaning - the man at the desk loudly continued his conversation about his infected piercings in an inappropriate part of his body with the female coworker instead of helping me. I was trying to ask questions about why I was charged 170$ for being towed 5 minutes away. There was a “toll fee” a “day fee” and my car was only there for 2 hours. He did not want to help me, he was more involved in his nasty side conversation I had to listen to. Unfortunately, weeks later, I got towed again and had to deal with the SAME guy. He is horribly rude and unhelpful. This place charges an INSANE rate for a tow that honestly should not even be allowed. Other tow companies around the area cost at most 120$. Todisco towing in East Boston is horrible. If your car gets towed there, good luck. Nobody will help you and instead you’ll get charged some made up amount of money while being subjected to horrible employees.

This is a sloppy and predatory business that prays on the low income area in which it sits. They seem to be unable to tow a car without damaging it in some way and my car was no different. The reason behind so many mistakes is likely because the drivers are stoned during their shifts. I know this because i watched a driver put a dab pen down on the counter right next to me while i was retrieving my car. Additionally, the fee of $170 for a tow is extremely excessive. They will tell you the base fee is $135 and then tack on a "storage fee" of $35 the second they drop the car off in their lot. This is an example of predatory "hidden fee" practices used by the likes of Comcast and it is disgusting to see it used against the disadvantaged people of East Boston. This company and anyone with stock in deserve a taste of the misery they cause people every day.

I needed to have my Tesla towed out of our building's underground garage. Zuli (apologies if I misspelled his name) did an incredible job operating in an incredibly tight maneuvering space, and with low ceiling height. His work was both extremely professional and friendly. Based on my very positive experience, I highly recommend Todisco, especially if you're in need of specialized towing service (Tesla-approved).

Horrible drivers and even worse customer service. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS TO HANDLE MY CAR IF I EVER NEEDED TOW SERVICE. I would give zero stars if I could. Tow truck driver was driving erratically on the highway at night (tailgating my vehicle when there were other lanes that were open for passing) and flipping me off as he passed me on the right. He continued to tailgate other cars and swerving in his lane. He flipped me off once more as I was getting off the highway. My mother called to report the incident and the customer service representative told us there was nothing she could do as we didn’t have a truck number, even though we gave a pretty specific location. She yelled at us and hung up and I called back on my phone. I called & reported the same thing and told this representative to follow up with a manager immediately regarding poor customer service and unsafe driving habits of truck drivers. She laughed and said “well, isn’t this a lovely night!” and continued to be rude. She hung up again. Drivers should NOT be erratically and angrily driving heavy machinery on a crowded highway, endangering the safety of other drivers. Your drivers are operating trucks with YOUR company name on it. Way to maintain good company reputation… Furthermore, customer service representatives should be trained on how to professionally handle a safety-concern call.
