I was in a terrible car crash and my car ended up getting towed here. I was unsure of the process on getting my car released to me. After an entire night in the E.R. I was exhausted and stressed but Grace was very helpful with the process. Her and another gentleman at the counter greeted us right as we walked in. Since I live almost 2 hours away, Grace was able to arrange a pick up and tow to my residence without me having to sit around and wait for hours. I very much appreciated her help. My car ended up arriving to my home not too long after I git there. Excellent service! Thank you!

Got a flat tire in Saugus, AAA said they'd be there in an hour. Mechanic was there in 15 minutes and changed the tire very quickly. Very professional and helpful. Thank you!

Horrible experience here! After a car crash car was towed here, after going through all hospital and figuring where the car ended, came here to figure out how to take the car out, first person that took care of me was really nice and understanding of the situation (tried to help-sorry don’t remember her name) but after that there were 2 others that make the situation worst, living hell experience, treating us like garbage! Even one of them got nasty attitude towards me! After going through a car crash and paying fee to be able to get that car out of there, these people doesn’t have manners or a lil bit of empathy of the situation, I understand working in this kind of environment is a lil overwhelming sometimes but that doesn’t have to take the human part of it! They should teach this people how to be polite cause clearly most of them lack of it! I wish they don’t have to go through things like we were that day! Kudos to that First Lady that took care of us the first time, wish I have here name so they can keep her and teach the other 2 how customer service is done!

The "new lady" charged us the wrong amount. But it's still took over an hour for the old people to call me and let me know. Just making excuses. Cause they didn me even call me I call d them for an ETA and that's when I found out the "new lady" made a mistake. We have to pay an addition nap 150 to clear things up and then they tell us 20-30 mins before the car is dropped off. Another 1hour goes by i call again and I'm on hold for 10mins. I hang up call again they answer laughing and giggling no one say hello or anything I'm out on hold for a few seconds they return to the phone all casually like hey what's up!? Yeah I just called for the 3rd time what's the ETA. We have someone picking up the car now. It's been hours at this point and the car hasnt even been picked up from the tow yard. Moral of the story don't have plans for the day. And prepare to be annoyed. 4 hours later they bring the wrong car!!!! HORRIBLE Establishment

Got towed off the mass pike since they have the contract which is a crime in itself. Was willing to pay to get towed directly to my house. instead got dropped off at a gas station charged 276 and was told to call AAA. Pretty sad to treat a paying customer that way just to make more money with ripping people off towing them off the pike.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, Dealing with Astrid in the front desk was the worst experience I have ever had . first, she gives you an attitude right when you walk through those doors in East Boston . Second you can't hear what she is asking you because she is blasting reggaeton from the computer. My father uses this company for his properties in the Chelsea area ,but after how I was treated by Astrid yesterday we will be making a switch to a better company that treats customers with respect . Astrid should not be working in customer service with that terrible attitude and disgust she has for customers . Dealing with someone like her at Todisco Company who wants to make your experience miserable just like her, really makes you question how these people are still in business . DO NOT USE TODISCO TOWING !!

Don't leave no personal items inside the cap of these tow trucks, the drivers will rob you they robbed me. Most of the drivers are spanish so its not surprising at all. You cant contact the owners they'll give you the run a around until you give up. My people Black Americans do not use this services family they will rob you if you leave anything in that truck.

Got towed and was running behind the tow truck like a crazy man. Spoke to the driver and he says i have cameras in the truck that are recording me else i would accepted cash and dropped the car here. From Salem Heights. The worst towing business i have ever seen.towing people say its the property manager calling them to tow the car and the property people says its them patrolling.May you towing guy get asked for what you are doing. Had three interactions with their front desk, all three times I was IMMEDIATELY met with a nasty, condescending attitude. Completely ignored what I said, insisted my car was not drivable and that I did not already give them my tow slip, was very quickly proven wrong all three times. No apology at all, just pure embarrassment. My guess is they are desperate to charge more fees... so shamelessly predatory, even for a tow company. Seems like they hired discount Temu mean girls as their reception team. I'd say fire them but actually, they are exactly fitting working there. I hope they have a blessed career.

They quoted me $230 on the phone when I was broken down on 128. They charged my card $458 after the tow was complete. Bait and switch. They tell you that calls are recorded so I know that they have record of this. I don’t have the time to file in small claims court for $200, typical tow company, low quality business practices.

Predatory business practice. They frequently break rules at Salem Heights in Salem. They tow cars that are legally parked in the visitors parking. They are leeches that wait for people to walk away so they can steal their car. But don’t worry ! If you catch them in the midst of towing your car they’ll drop it for $200… straight to the drivers pocket. I wonder how the business feels about their drivers taking unaccounted cash in return for not bringing it to the tow lot.

Only reason it’s 2 instead of 1 is because the front desk people are a lot nicer these days. $175 for a 5 min tow is absurd , especially when other spots nearby charge closer to 120. I was in the wrong 🙋‍♂️, but still seems like a ridiculously high price.

I mean what's there to say? They are reliable and consistent. Without failing, every first, second, third, and fourth Thursday of the month there they are. Did I forget to move my car for street cleaning? Don't worry about it. Like a good neighbor Todisco is there. They'll move it for you. You just need to pay around $145 convenience free or "towing" fee as they call it. The City obviously wants in on their good work. The City leaves a little love letter reminding you of what they view as a little automotive oopsies. They always send it in this cute bright orange envelope. It's adorable, but also let small businesses shine. No need to take credit for other people's work.

They said they would return the car in an hour and a half and I waited five to six hours until the early hours of the morning so that when I arrived at the tow truck the employees were ignorant in their service and ruined my car's clutch, be careful as they are not trustworthy , I don't recommend it and if any of their services close, I'll tell you to be careful with your car so it doesn't arrive with a problem at your house like mine did hahaha (clutch problem because of a driver who doesn't know how to drive a manual car and is also ignorant)

They literally just towed the owner of a restaurant's car from the lot of her business and refuses to bring it back. Mike on the phone was an INCREDIBLY petulant child when I calmly explained this to him on the phone. Turns out they towed the owner of the store next door earlier in the week. Genuinely looking forward to seeing it play out in civil court. DO NOT suggest using them to monitor and tow for your business. Liability.

Both women were professional, compassionate, friendly and very helpful. It made the experience better. Both truck operators were friendly and very helpful. Called to have my vehicle towed after waiting 3 hours for AAA (which sent the wrong tow truck for our car to be towed). Told us to call back in 4 hours to get the vehicle towed. Called Todisco and they were there in 20minutes!!!! Literally made our day! The dispatch to tow guy were GREAT! Professional and understanding of our situation. Thank you so much guys!!! Hopefully I don’t need another tow but if I do I will certainly be calling you guys!
