Well maintained shore side park with a Boston skyline view. Definitely worth to stop by on the way to/from cape cod or if you find yourself at Quincy. They close just before sunset which was really a shame because the view was just getting stunning.

I would say this is a moderate level trail. With venturing down paths - we reached 4 miles and completed the loop the 2 hour mark. It has moderate inclines and hills so please wear appropriate footwear. It was so serene, clean, and the staff were friendly. I loved finding the posts indicating where you were on the trail - they were ALL clear to read, vibrant in color, and informative. We never got lost. Other hikers and walkers were also friendly and smiled!

A gem in Hingham, Massachusetts. The preserve is large, with large trees and a beautiful coastal trail. The paths are wide enough for a double stroller but are gravelly, making it a little difficult to push. There are also some steep inclines that make pushing a stroller more difficult. Mid-August to mid-September, there are beautiful fields of yellow and white wildflowers. The staff is very friendly. Make sure to reserve parking in advance on Trustees.

I grew up here. This is my home and I love this place. There is truly no place like The Worlds End. It's my pleasure to pick up old plastic from this sureen landscape that will never be touched. Don't drive by on your way to the beach. Stop here first then the beach then Ice Cream etc. It's gorgeous.

Beautiful hike with both woodsy areas and more open fields and meadows. Views of the Boston skyline! Easy to walk, some inclines and more trail like areas.

What an AMAZING park. It's so beautiful. Well laid out. Perfect amount of benches. I wish it wasn't almost 3 hours away. It's a place I'd like to frequent more often. And sitting on a bench looking at the Boston sky line is the best way to see Boston.

Such a beautiful hike! It's got everything- hills, trees, ocean views, and city views. I have seen dogfish and even a ray in the water by the bridge. It's $15 to park if you're not a Trustees member, but I honestly think it's worth becoming one if you come enough.

Trustee members get free entry otherwise 15$. We Love to visit in autumn and spring. Very important you need to take the trash out with you. Enjoy

A delightful park with well kept trails and great views. The park rangers were very welcoming and gave a helpful summary of the park and the trails. This is a great place to take a walk and take in all the beauty and atmosphere.

World’s End is a gorgeous loop trail with some options for variety. The views to the Boston skyline are so beautiful, and everything is kept very well maintained. There are open spaces to picnic or sit as well as benches along the length of the trail. Parking is free if you’re a Trustees member and $15 per car if not. You do need to make a reservation to park, which can be done easily online.

This park is a true South Shore jem. Well cared for and clean. Spectacular vistas and quiet hideaways. Our walk today was the inner loop about 2 miles. Bring a picnic. We are lucky. 20 years ago picked a lot to build our house with a direct view. Attaching the view from our home too.

Might be my new favorite place! Absolutley beautiful views. Worth every penny to enter. Staff were also very kind and helpful. It's definitely a place where you should have a good amount of time and enjoy the most of the trails and views.

I visited World’s End for this first time over the weekend. One thing up top, I didn’t know (my own fault for not looking) before going that guests are required to purchase tickets prior to entering(15$ per car). You can’t purchase tickets at the entrance. Although the weather was dreary, our group still really enjoyed our walk around the grounds. At this time it’s technically Spring, but weather wise, we’re definitely still in the New England winter. I imagine it’s even better during the bloom. The area was clean from trash and litter (which honestly is hard to find in Mass), the grounds are well kept, and it was a very pleasant trail to walk. We did visit post heavy rain, and if you do so, I would definitely suggest wearing appropriate footwear (hiking boots, rain boots, etc). The staff was very polite and helpful, restrooms on site, and It is dog friendly. One thing to know before going with your pup, is that there is only one dog waste disposal area at the beginning of the trail, none along the rest of the trail. Something to keep in mind that you might have to carry your dog’s waste in the bag during your walk. The only potentially negative thing is that I wouldn’t consider this trail/walk to be accessible for individuals in traditional wheelchairs. The paths are dirt and gravel, which I believe they do that in order to keep the property as close to natural as possible. Overall it was a very positive experience and we plan to visit this property (or other Trustee properties) in the future.

Nice place to walk, run or stroll with the dogs on a quiet sunny day. Pretty views, wide trails plenty of shade and a lot of benches to rest and enjoy tranquility, fresh air and picturesque seascapes.

Beautiful day for a walk and big enough for all to spread out and have some solitude. This is a great place to bird watch and there are blinds for viewing without disturbing. First time seeing great egrets so clearly perched in a dead tree. Lots of other birds spotted as well. Book your parking spot ahead of time on the Trustees website. It is $10 a car.

What a great day. Did a 4 mile walk. The views and scenery are outstanding. Everyone should do this. It cost $10 for a reservation and its well worth it. I joined the trustees so parking is free and I get to go to all their properties. I could post 50 pictures but I wont bore you. Just a few haha.

My favorite place on the south shore to go and walk. It’s so beautiful. It’s a little steep at $15 entrance fee (per car) for non-members. It’s important to note, you have to book ahead of time. Last time, I took stuff for a picnic to make worth of my time, it can get pretty buggy, so bring bug spray. The views of the water and the boats are beautiful.

World’s End is the perfect spring and summer stop for a walk, swim, and picnic. The many scenic trails offer a beautiful vantage point looking over boats on the ocean and Boston’s skyscrapers off in the distance. You can either take it easy and go on some of the more level ground or climb through the middle hills that offer a better workout, either way it’s a pretty easy walk. Half way there’s somewhat of a beach on each side of the trail where I have swam before, and often see others doing. It’s not a super nice beach by any means and it’s rather shallow for a ways out, but it’s a lesser known spot to take a dip and cool off. You can bring dogs on the trail and take your picnic basket for lunch either plopping down in the grass or on one of their many benches sprinkled throughout the trails. Perhaps an eye sore, but porta potties can be found at the start of the walk and throughout the trail. Try to eliminate any trash/doggie bags before heading out as there are no waste bins throughout your walk. Definitely bring sunscreen if you’re visiting in the summer, as there’s not much tree canopy. I highly recommend making a reservation online in advance. This is basically for the parking lot, as there’s nowhere else to leave your car. On nice days the reservations can book up, so play it safe and book it a few hours in advance. Making a reservation costs $15, which is fine because the beautiful walk is so worth it. However, I reduced a star because you cannot cancel or get a refund for your reservation if you decide not to go, even if it’s well in advance. All in all, definitely add it to your places to checkout in the south shore area!

$15 weekends per car, $10 weekdays per car, $0 for trustees members. It's a medium level walk that does take 2-2h30min to loop around with short stops. Allow for more if you want to bird watch in the hideaway or take lots of photos. There are two ponds and one has a dramatic isolated look. Sunset walk was good, no mosquitoes in may 2022. Toilets are port-o-potty, but the guard gas a permanent structure to collect money.

Beautiful trail! Is hilly for those who need to know that. Admission was $10 (non-member). Went on a Friday afternoon, easy parking. Looks like they are building a restroom (porta potties for now). Not sure what it would be like on a weekend, but very much enjoyed the variety of things to see on the trail. Highly recommend.

It was really pretty. They have nice views and lots of animals to see. It is a nice dog walking area and they are kid friendly. The only downside is that you have to buy a reservation to enter. But the reservations are relatively cheap, around $15.

Amazingly beautiful place! If you are looking for a nice walk in the nature that is pleasant and not too tiring, this park is perfect! The views are gorgeous! You need at least two hours to see it. I only had 1 hour before it would close, so next time I will walk further to the island that is connected to it. ATTENTION: you need to make a reservation for parking before you come at thetrustees.org. The reservation requires a small fee, which helps to take care of the park and to make sure they would have a space for your car. Parking is VERY limited.

Beautiful, charming, and serene spot for a hike, stroll, or walk to get your mind away from the everyday stuff. Remember to get your online reservation and ticket first. This is a good thing since it controls the number of visitors and ensures you get a good park to crowd ratio.

World's end is a very nice place . Its a huge area of greenery surrounded by water, a peninsula. Awesome place for a long walk enjoying the nature. There r birds everywhere and beautiful wild flowers. In some places its a yellow flower bed with green grass in between. Will need an entire day to cover the place. Dont forget to take water, bound to get thirsty n hungry after the walks. The only downside to it is its expensive tickets of $15. Its overly pricy for the muddy n stony road to go through for parking.

This place is true Gem. Lots of trails for for kids friendly hiking, bird watching. Great views of the ocean. Be sure to to hike the rocky neck, its a great place with lot of views and rocks. First timers make sure to have a copy of the map with you for easy navigation, I wish they had numbered the intersections for easy navigation around the property.

A really nice place to hike around! Beautiful greenery, trees, wildflowers, & views of the water & Boston. It costs $8 per person to get in unless you have the Trustees season pass. Parking is free. They provide trail maps. Dogs on leash only. They have benches for seating at nice viewpoints!
