Tony the and Damen provide excellent service. The diagnosed the car and provided me with instructions as a how to service the car. Haven't met a better set of service people at a tire and service dealership. They are to be applauded.

I got a flat tire in the middle of the terrible snow storm and Lori kept the shop open for me to make sure I was able to get a new one before they closed due to bad weather. She even offered to take me home if they were unable to replace the tire! (They were able to, thank goodness!) Stan and J’Kwan were incredible at getting me in and out swiftly and making sure I got the best deal possible. I ended up here by accident, but this will be my new shop from now on. Thank you to the Firestone team in Hingham!

Tony and Lori Were very professional and helped me get my vehicle back on the road in one day. There were multiple things going on with my vehicle and they kept me updated and informed on what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. I have been a customer of Firestone and Hingham for many years and I was very impressed with these two individuals along with the technician who did the repairs on my vehicle. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed. Came in Saturday to diagnose car shaking and was told I needed 4 new tires. I left the key to the lug nuts in my cup holder for them and when I got the car back it was never put back. Came in today to have 4 new tires installed and they can’t find the key and wanted to charge me an hour of labor to cut off the lug nuts. Horrible service

Car got towed to Firestone with a flat. After calling in, the car was ready in 45 minutes and with a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the same spot.

I cant recommend the team at Firestone Tire enough. every time I need something they take care of me fast and cheaper then all the other shops in town. They also stand behind there work. Save time shopping around and give Tony or Lori a call!!

If I could give their service more than five stars I would. My son blew a tire while visiting from the mid-atlantic and the service manager, Tony, went out of his way to help get him on the road again to make his appointment. They replace the tire in 45 minutes! I can't thank them enough.

I had gone to Firestone last year and had all new tires and alignment done on the car. I did not have a good experience. I said I would never go back there again. But with that being said the tires were under warranty and I had an issue. I can't say enough about the crew that is there now.The customer service was phenomenal!! Tony was extremely helpful and patient and Lori also answered some questions and explain things to me. I don't know who the mechanic was that worked on my car but he let them know that there were a few other things wrong .But they got it fix so I could drive the car and it was safe and I could get the other stuff fixed at another time. I cannot say enough crew that's working there. I would highly recommend Hingham Firestone!!!

I went in yesterday for an oil change and was concerned about other aspects of my car. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and glad to show me each area and ensure me that the vehicle was still okay, instead of trying to sell me on repairs that were not necessary, and even gave me an idea of when I will need the services. I was also blown away by Tony Tsima the service manager, who gladly gave me information on the benefits of signing up for the Firestone card when I asked. He helped walk me through what the best options and deals were available for my current and future services. He was extremely patient with me through all my questions, and I felt like my vehicle was in good hands working with these guys. Very honest, kind and knowledgeable people at this shop, they are my new go to.

I brought my GS 350 in for a rightside headlight repair. They replaced the passenger side but technically the driver's bulb 'turns on,' but it shuts itself off after about 10 minutes of driving, i neved had an issue before with left driver side headlight. A qualified Lexus technician should know that when one HID bulb fails, the other is usually right behind it and will start 'cycling' (turning off when hot).I am now driving a car that loses its left headlight halfway through my commute. I expected them to prevent this headache, not just swap parts and send me on my way. PAID 209 FOR SINGLE BULB. 100% MONEY EXPLOITATION SCHEME

Tony and Damien were exceptional!! We had a horrible day, topped off with a flat. Another tire store closer to my house was going to charge me $300 to fix it- I came to Firestone, met Tony and walked out with a fixed tire, a sense of comfort and respect. Please go to see Tony and his crew. They are doing it right. Trust over anything else!

The mechanics and owner/manager of Firestone are incredibly helpful and thorough with their work. They always get me in and out as quickly as possible and I recommend going to them; Stan and Tony are great!

Very impressed and satisfied with Firestone for working and repairing my car. The staff was very greetful and nice and helped me get everything squared away with the claim we had to submit through SilverRock since my car was purchased through Carvana. Unfortunately, there were some issues that weren't reported from the last shop I brought it to and the mechanics here identified what needed to be fixed. Fortunately, they were able to repair it in a timely manner and everything was covered through my warranty. The new part they installed came out clean and well put together. Last car shop I brought my other car, that was also purchased through Carvana and also had a warranty on it, did not do a great job whatsoever and try to scam me. Mind you, this was an approved in-network shop. This Firestone shop, I didn't feel that way. I felt very confident that the team was going to do a great job and take care of me. I'll spend the time and drive to come to this Firestone location to get my cars repaired thats under Carvana's warranty. Thank you to the entire staff for getting the job done!

When a tire stud broke and my tires needed rotation, they handled everything quickly and professionally. They explained what happened, gave me clear options, and made sure I was back on the road safely. It’s great to see such friendly and knowledgeable service — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

Last Friday I had a flat tire at 6pm when most shops were closed, but I got my car towed here and they answered all of my questions and explained everything to me and got my car in quickly to be fixed. I was given multiple options for tires and I’m very happy with how everything went.

AMAZING! Lori was outstanding with helping me have my vehicle stop shaking. It needed an alignment and I showed 3 hours before closing. I am complete again. Her dedication and "getHerdoneness" was AWSOME. She is under staffed but it did not deter her. Her and one other tech, sorry I didn't get his name, worked. Embodying and perfecting multitasking because customers like myself were in need of car care. They both deserve Corpoate recognition, wage increases, and more dedicated help like them. I recently visited your facility to have electric brakes installed on my rare vehicle. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the manager and received immediate service. The pricing was competitive and reasonable. The technicians efficiently completed the brake installation. During the inspection, it was identified that I required an air filter replacement, which was a valuable observation. The part was swiftly ordered and arrived within ten minutes, after which it was promptly installed. Additionally, I opted for a wheel alignment.

Best service -they always quickly assess issues or noises with my car. They're super friendly and professional, and take the time to clearly explain how they'll fix any issue, no matter how many times I ask them to break it down. It is great to have a local place to take my car where they honor warranties, and give honest answers about parts and labor pricing.

Tonight was a long night but Damian and Lori helped me out a significant amount. Close to closing, I came in hot with a flat tire. Without any hesitation, Damian and Lori stopped what they were doing and helped with such ease. The two of them work together so well and do so in such an incredible manner. Lori checked me in and allowed me to calm down with her words. Her charisma and knowledge truly was vibrant. She showed me what they were going to do and made it clear that it was all good! Damian is one of if not the hardest working individual I’ve ever witnessed. He was sharp and amazing with his work. This place is the best and you should come here with any problems!
