Walked in (1st time) to pick up an online order (that nobody else had in stock). Nice store, friendly guy behind the counter to get my order. I will definitely return here.
I ordered an item on August 29th. The item was supposed to arrive on Sept 5th for an online purchase pick up in store order. I ended up calling and the store employee said they aren't involved with online ordering. I ended up calling a few days later and still no item. I was already losing patience. I ended up calling NAPA customer support and they game me the run around saying I have to deal with the store. I then called the store and they stated again that they don't have anything to do with online orders. So now I'm getting the run around from both passing the buck. It's now been 3 weeks and I finally called the store again and they were able to make a seperate order of the item I ordered that should be in the next day. We'll see if that's true. I filed a complaint with NAPA and hope this gets resolved. At this point they should give me the product as a courtesy and refund my money after wasting time and giving me the run around and overall crappy customer service. This is no way to treat customers especially in this day and age with technology how it is. This should have been resolved over a week ago and employee should have taken this action back then. I've filed a complaint with NAPA and hope to receive a positive outcome from everyone at NAPA's failure.
I have visited in store previously which was an average experience with good value.
I ordered online this time due to a "monthly special" price on exactly what I was looking for + free shipping over $35 as I recall.
Although it worked fine for me this time I didn't like that there was a quantity minimum for ordering this item for delivery …it appears this does not apply for in store pick ups.
The special pricing was a great value compared to other venders and as mentioned the free delivery was icing given I met the qualifying purchase amount.
I'm only holding back a star due to the free shipping high minimum + minimum quantity requirement for the item I needed... just isn't the right thing to be inposing onto potential customers who happen to want/need delivery (unless the weight is excessive).
Great place to do business with. Knowledgeable staff and friendly. They almost always have what I need in stock and if they don't they get it for me fast. A++
Highly knowledgeable staff, professional and courteous. Good size parking lot. Store was a little congested but I'll take that over a spotless store that lack's the product knowledge. Prices were competitive.
Not impressed. I called to confirm they had the part that I needed in stock. They informed that they did indeed have the part in stock. I said great thank you, I will be right there to buy it. This store closes at 530. I called at 5:07. My house is exactly a 4 min drive, it took me a little over 10 minutes to get the from the time I got off the phone with them ending the conversation with " I will be right there." Pulling into the parking lot at 5:23 I see all the lights or off but there is still an employee behind the counter. I walk up to the door knock on it and he gives me a look like I'm a bone head and says we're closed. I said I just called for the starter motor. He replied we are closed. I understand it was 5 minutes till they close but I had just spoke to an employee and informed them I was on my way. It was simple quick transaction and they couldn't have been bothered to help me and this was still within the posted hours they listed online. They should not list that they are open until 530 if they going to close early. Definitely disappointed in there customer service.
This guy's prices are awful and he's rude , told me 243$ for a bearing that i picked up for 113$ same part different napa. Guys a thief and will call you a liar.
Dead battery on Christmas Eve. Morning after Christmas I ordered a new battery online for store pickup, and a couple of minutes later it was ready! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clear information, great price, I’m beyond confident in quality of their products. I’m back on the road! Thanks for the help!!
Prices could be a little better but the staff is very courteous and helpful whether it be over the phone or in person and if there is an auto part they don't have they are quick to find it and get it ASAP. I can tell you this if it's last minute plow parts they are incredible. The owner of this establishment it's one of the greatest businessman I think I ever met. Always happy always asking if his stuff is treating you right I like to see that
Recently stopped in for replacement windshield wipers. The clerk found the correct ones, and helped put them on (in the rain!) when he realized I was having trouble doing it.
Went to get m1 oil and filter for oil change. Didn't carry ACDelco parts, got the higher end filter they gave me anyway. Went to get oil and its almost $10 a quart! $50 for oil alone? heck no, went to walmart and got 5 quarts of m1 synthetic for just $26 and also got the ACDelco filter i wanted. How does a auto parts store not have the best or even competitive prices on oil?, they are about 80% more expensive than what i paid at walmart, ridiculous, why would i ever go to napa again? People helping were fine, just not going to go to a auto parts store that can't even handle basic needs unless I want to get ripped off.
