Stopped in quickly because I needed new wiper blades. The store manager helped and I was in and out so quickly. He put the new wipers on for me and to top it off they were buy one get one free!! It's the little things like this that make a hectic day/week a bit simpler. Thanks for being someone that does their job!

Unfortunate customer service today at the Foxboro store. Changed the oil and filters in three of our cars back in June. 6-7 quarts for each car with oil, filters and other supplies bought at O’Reilly as usual. The oil recycling tank at the store was full for what seemed like most of the summer, so I held the oil until another of our cars needed an oil change today. Took the old used oil in today when I bought the new oil and filter. Went back with the extra 6 quarts from today’s oil change and was told they couldn’t take more of my used oil. I’ve been a loyal customer of the Foxboro O’Reilly store for years with thousands of dollars spent on parts and supplies. It’s not my problem you can’t manage your oil recycling tank. AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts in Mansfield will be getting my business from now on.

Employees are very helpful, add this O'reilly's. Not only did they have the hydraulic oil. They also help me put it in my vehicle. Made my life easy.

So disappointed today. Went to OReilly Foxborough. No customers in the store I thought great. Good timing. I was wrong . An employee walked by and said someone will be right with you. Saw two or three people down the aisles. I waited almost 10 minutes. No one ever came to help So I left guess I’ll be going somewhere else for a battery

If you need to special order anything. Go somewhere else. If they order the wrong part they still charge you shipping. I'll go to CarQuest from now on.

This place is great! I came for windshield wipers and they had a great price and installed them for me. Steve helped and was super nice and made sure the blades were on okay. They also have a one year warranty. I highly recommend coming here!

I wish I would have gotten his name because he was an amazing representative for O'Reilly's. He spent like 10 minutes helping me look for a very specific fuse. Everywhere should have this type of service

I pulled into the lot & before I got inside to the counter they already had my information pulled up in computer. By the time I paid, one of the guys had already replaced my old windshield wiper blades with the newly purchased ones. Customer Service Is Top Priority Here! I Highly Recommend.

I had a good experience with OReilly. I went yesterday to this store to check my battery. They check led it free of charge, it was good, but my car still wouldn’t start, so the manager went above and beyond and came outside with me and cleaned my battery wires and made my car run again, otherwise I had to wait for a tow truck and I would lose my day at a mechanic. Thank you guys you earned my business for good

Everytime I come here they have the best customer service. Today I bought windshield wipers and the employee offered to install them for me without me asking it was so nice! I will be back for sure

My girlfriend and I are from Vermont and recently purchased a pop up camper in Foxborough. After hooking the camper up we realized there was a special electrical connector for the camper so we headed for this O'rielly's. After looking for this piece we decided we are going to have to jerry rig it. One of the associates, Steve, came out and helped us trouble shooting it until we figured it out. He did an awesome job and was very helpful. We couldn't thank him enough for his time. If a manager happens to read this he deserves a raise! Thank you again Steve!
