All these amazing reviews are confusing, maybe I just had a terrible experience, or they treat individuals better than small businesses.
One of our company vans was in an accident, and this tow service was one of the preferred vendors for our fleet management company, and boy was in a bad experience. We were billed well over $1000 which had to be paid in cash, and the open hours, or the hours at which we could pick up the vehicle were very slim, which just allowed them to tackle on additional "storage "days.
As a small business owner, I hope this was just a poor experience for me, and that they are able to learn from this and not treat other small businesses the same way.
Great experience. I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and lug nuts that were over-tightened. AAA still hadn't assigned someone after 45 min. Joe stopped by and offered to help. Changed the tire for free even after offering to pay. We have found our new go to company! Thanks!
Motorcycle was here for two months after accident, Joe (owner) was super helpful, professional and exceptional service all around.
Bonus ~ kept us updated/notified with all accident uodates from insurance co., got the bike on the same day everything cleared.

My son was in an accident and his car was totaled. Thankfully he was ok! Our dealings with Joe at Auto Rescue were fantastic. He was friendly and helpful and made a stressful situation a lot easier.
We had a very good experience with this business. Our Altima was totaled in a rear-end collision in September 2023 and the employees here were very responsive to our phone calls, respectful and cooperative when we came to retrieve our belongings from the car. A few days later we wanted to retrieve another item from the car as a momento so we called and asked if we could come down again to get it. The personnel were again very responsive and cooperative and we were able to retrieve the momento from the car without any issues. Overall a very good experience with this business and its personnel.
Personal experience, I went to Auto Rescue to retrieve some belongings out of my vehicle, which had been previously totalled in an accident, and when I arrived I found out the vehicle had been towed to it's next destination. The problem being is that I never signed a release, the vehicle had been moved without my signed permission. When I confronted a few of the employees over the phone I was met with ridicule, rudeness, and complete disregard. Irresponsible and inappropriate
