Refuse to stand behind their product, sold me a defective battery promised to have the vehicle towed 5 days ago and here we are with still no tow truck to pick it up. Was hoping maybe someone with half a clue will actually reach out to me once they see the review. I assume M Kim the customer service supervisor is "working on it" still.
I had a horrible experience here. I went in to get my battery replaced and they messed up my bluetooth and radio. Now nothing in my car works. Even my back up camera doesnt work. I went back and no one was able to fix it and they refused to fix what they broke. I now have to pay someone else to fix what they broke. DO NOT GO HERE!! They will not be accountable for any mistakes they make. I believe oscar was the manager who refused to fix what they broke.
I called the number at 9:00 AM and gave my information. Johnny called back in 10 minutes. I was at the Foxboro shop in an hour. The job was done in an hour and half. Thank you Greentec, thank you Johnny!
Great company this is the 4th battery I purchased from them being a car dealer that sells alot of Toyota prius its a great service that works and is affordable!
I got the new Greentec battery for my 2005 Prius. Johnny came to my work and installed the battery in about an hour. The car is running great, and getting about 47 mpg combined. No signs of trouble after 10 days of highway and city driving. I'm grateful Greentec was an option for helping the car get many more miles for a good price with a warranty!

It took a bit longer than expected to get the replacement battery into stock, but once it was delivered, installation and testing went very quickly and smoothly. The work was done professionally and Johnny the tech that did the installation was great. Highly recommend GreenTec.
John was GREAT. Answered all my questions so I felt very confident about the installation. He did very neat work and even gave me some pointers about rear seat removal for vacuuming! Great job!

Greentec did a fabulous job replacing the hybrid battery in my Honda Civic hybrid. Jacob at Greentec explained that it might just be the battery or the inverter (not both) that needed replacement, and that I would only have to pay for the part I needed. (The dealer would only replace the entire system, which would cost much more.) Johnny at Greentec brought both parts right to my driveway, and worked with great thoroughness and care to figure out which part actually needed to be replaced. It turned out it was only the battery -- which saved me a lot of money! I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, clear explanations, timely communication, fairness, and technical skills.

The tech who came to my house was very professional, did a great job, tried to save me money (although I opted for the more expensive option) and gave me 100% satisfaction. I'm having them install an inverter for me in about a week, and I'm looking forward to having my Camry hybrid back in working order then!

2015 Prius C with 409k and the battery started to act up. New Greentec battery with 36 month warranty was my logical choice.
A fair price for a one year warranty battery that I got a 1 1/2 years out of the first. I advocate for replacing the battery yourself in the parking lot. Johnny at the Foxborough location was helpful and enjoyable.

After calling around to several places looking for a replacement hybrid battery for my daughter’s Gen 2 prius I found Greentec. Their website was easy to navigate and understand. I called and all my questions were answered. Within minutes we had an appointment ( next day!) at their shop in Foxboro. The car was fixed within hours and for less than I expected ( under $1100 installed) with a 1 year warranty. The car drives “like new” despite the 215k miles. Highly recommended.
I had a new battery installed in my 2007 Prius on 3/27/2020. Cristin came to my house and installed the new battery. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous! Excellent Work by Chris and Patrick at Greentec Auto in CT! 2005 Honda Accord was diagnosed and battery was replaced very quickly with no issues! The location is excellent also, just a short drive from MA. The cost was much more reasonable than going to the dealer. Thanks guys for your great service! Chris from Greentec followed up immediately with me on a Monday after my contact with Greentec customer service representative over the long weekend. His manner was professional and reassuring, as previous estimates from Toyota service departments were astronomical.
When I arrive at Greentec- and I was able to drive the vehicle there rather than have it towed- Chris and his partner were both accommodating and kept me up to speed on the process and timeline of the repair. They were able to get me in-and-out of their shop in about an hour's time after thoroughly checking the hybrid system and assuring that it was in complete working order. I would highly recommend green Tech auto if you are experiencing issues with a Prius or Camry battery. They do efficient and afforardable hybrid battery work that is guaranteed for 2 to 10 years depending on which service you choose. All of this is done out of fraction of the cost of a hybrid repair and any dealership.
Very thankful that I was able to find a Greentec Auto satellite office locally, and would highly recommend them.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had my son's hv battery replaced in his 2006 prius. Chris performed the battery change! Chris is very knowledgeable, personable and professional! I had a great time watching and socializing with him while he swapped out the battery! Highly recommend Greentec!
Brad Poland from GreenTec Auto is joy to deal with. I had an extra civic hybrid battery lying around my house that I couldn't get rid of--MANY metal scrapyards, junkyards & even my own Town Recycling Center would take it. GreenTec was 1 of 2 companies--after getting rejected by dozens of other companies--that would take the battery to dispose of it. Thank god for these people! I ultimately went to the 2nd company of the 2 that would take it because it was A LOT CLOSER to my house. However, I found that this company's response time in getting back to you is amazing and I'd love to work with them more in the future when I actually do have Hybrid Battery Car issues. I believe ABCHybrids and GreenTec Auto are pretty much at the top of my list when I think of people to call with hybrid battery issues.
I had an inverter problem that left my 09 Prius almost undriveable. Chris and Patrick were incredible. My A/C stopped working when the new inverter was put in and they worked together to analyze the situation and somehow figured it out. Turned out to be an embedded computer code that needed to be reset and they had the software to hook up with Toyota and fix the issue. It took a couple of trips but they didn’t give up and they were always professional and courteous.

Chris and Patrick are excellent service representatives. They did a great job installing my hybrid battery. This company will save you tons of money with a refurbished warranted battery. . Compared to what a toyota dealer would charge. They come to your location.

Wow. Am I glad I found Greentec Auto. My 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid needed a new battery. I found Greentec, called them up, had the battery shipped in within 3 days, battery was installed in Escape in less than an hour. Super nice phone support. Great mechanic that did the install. I'm good to go for another 100,000 miles. And...much cheaper then any place else I looked at. Highly recommend for your hybrid battery replacement.
