I took my GLE to Euro Car Center for annual maintenance for the very first time. I had previously done all the maintenance in a dealer. Julia at the front desk took my information and provided a clear estimate of the work. Then when the work was being performed, Quinn, the service technician, called me and explained the findings and recommendations. They even suggested me to consider not doing some work I proposed because it wasn't necessary at the time. Throughout the process the communications were easy, clear and timely. They also provided excellent post-service summary and recommendations. It was an excellent experience, and I will definitely go back!
Don’t bring your car there, I brought my car there because of the mechanics (Quinn) was interested in buying it. He insisted that I waited at Dunking Donuts instead inside the shop so he could check out the car. 45 minutes later he came back to pick me up lecturing me on what was wrong with the car and that in a few weeks if I didn’t sell maybe he would be interested. Funny thing is my car was running fine and engine light was off, mysteriously after my car being in his shop without me for 45 minutes my car engine light turned on and somehow Quinn doesn’t seemed that they were related. So car goes in fine and comes out with the check engine light on. That’s what happens when you trust a child to do honest bussiness. I would never bring my car there or recommend this business to anyone. If the place was honest and reliable they wouldn’t be hiding in the back.
After the Audi mechanic at the dealership recommended replacement of lower curved control bar and bushings for my 2018 Audi Q5 (40,000 miles) per a routine inspection (there were no symptoms), I brought the car to Euro for the repair. After assessing the car, the Euro mechanic told me that there were only the beginnings of a crack in the bushing and that he wouldn’t recommend the replacement at this time - he said he felt that the system likely would have at least a year or two before needing the replacement. He assured me that they could go ahead with the replacement as planned but because the bushings are rubber, it would not be unusual if the new bushings had similar small cracks in a year. I opted to not have the work done and drove off to tell my car-aficionado boyfriend who said: “Now THAT’s a reputable car mechanic to return to!
This was my first visit to Euro Car Center, and I was very impressed with the experience. I came in for an oil change, and the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The service was quick and efficient, and they even went the extra by checking a few additional things on my car to make sure everything was in good shape. I really appreciated the care and attention—it gave me a lot of confidence in their honesty and workmanship. Overall, an excellent first experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The team at Euro Car Center was great! Got me in quickly to get the work I needed done at a reasonable price. Didn’t try and upsell me on services I didn’t need, and those I did, they gave me alternative options and didn’t try and hard sell anything.
I came to find this place only through reviews and thought it might be not that good. They did exceed my expectations, I left the car at 9 told them I need by 3PM it was ready before then. They explained everything clearly with recommendation without pushing extra work. I went for oil change for my 2006 Mercedes but they did a standard review and told me what stuff i should take care of. Prices are reasonable and staff are nice. Really good experience. Highly recommended if you have a European car.
I have been using Euro Car for at least 5 years for my Audi and Mini Cooper and during that time, my experience has not changed. They are friendly, very accommodating and above all, their work is extremely thorough. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for local mechanic with full capabilities.
Finally! A place that could give me back my Jaguar in full running order. For some reason my F Pace has rebelled after going to the mountains or being left out in the cold. I had tried to get it fixed several times, including a primary coolant leak, and euro car care finally did the work that was needed. The car has travelled to the mountains twice since and no rebellion!
Don and the team never disappoint. Excellent customer service and just all around a great group of people. They are honest and fair with both their work and pricing. Will not take my Audi anywhere else and cannot recommend enough.
All work performed well. I trust this mechanic big time. Very knowledgeable. I also like how they go through the vehicles and report problems that could be coming. Have been going there for years and at the location before this one. I drive there from Somerville. Would highly recommend.

Julia and her coworkers were very helpful today. My car had a scary noise and they were able to quickly identify what was going on and explained everything in detail. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. My car now feels great again thanks to them!
Euro Car Center is fantastic. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I had a Mini Cooper to repair that other shops refused to touch. I thought I needed an entire new oil pan but ECC fixed it instead and saved me over $1000. Made another small repair as well. This is a repair shop that can be trusted.

Excellent shop. They were able to find parts to fix my wheel bearing when other shops came up empty. Great communications on price, timelines, and other needed repairs. Had a great interaction with everyone there when I came to pick up my car, people having a good time but obviously working hard. I will certainly come back for other repairs here! Thank you!

Don and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and very generous with their time, energy, and expertise. The shop looks unassuming on the outside. Don't let that fool you. The shop is filled with expertise and professionalism. I see that after 110 reviews on Google the rating is 5.0 stars. There's good reason.
My Jetta might not be the supercar it thinks it is, but it was treated as such at ECC. Don's staff put in a new clutch, changed the fluids, and went through the car, replacing some secondary fasteners that were missing or worn out.
I'll be taking my car here from now on. I think the work is better than the dealership.
Don and his team were fantastic from the moment I called. They were friendly, prompt and professional. Don was completely honest and upfront about his parts pricing and labor costs and even gave printouts of those costs to take back to my dealership service group if I wanted. He took the time and pointed out things (while my car was on the lift so that I could actually see and learn) that were not broken that my dealership wanted to charge me to replace. Don is the man!! My wife and I inherited a VW Eurovan from a relative in Andover. We brought our van to Don to inspect before driving back to NJ. He went out of his way to help us and get everything done very fast. I wish we lived closer to Andover because I'd be seeing Don on a regular basis for service to keep up with this very special van.
