We struggled to find the part we were looking for as it is a rare part. Putting aside our misgivings, we checked in with Us Auto Spare. The person we were connected with went by JJ. Their service was timely, professional, they also had the part we painstakingly looked all over for. He offered a reasonable price and it was not long before our package arrived as approximated. We installed the part ourselves and the outcome was just as we hoped for.
Part I ordered was in great condition and works perfectly. Sam was great to work with. They even verified the part to make sure it was correct. Will recommend US Auto Spare and will use again.
This company went above and beyond from the beginning to the end. They checked in with me numerous times with updates and did everything they could to make sure I felt comfortable.
We had a hickup with delivery, and they worked until they found the package and got it to me. Then, they contacted me to check and make sure everything worked out.

These people have the worst customer service and they don't do what they tell the customer they would. They agree to send the part for certain price then they come back with an excuse and ask the customer to pay a much higher price to get the part. I spoke to the manager, Ed. I told him that they should provide the customer what they agreed to with the customer at the same price. His basically said " I don't care". I would not recommend anyone to this place. This is scam!!
These guys did a great job of finding the part i needed for an old vehicle. They continued to keep you abreast of findings and followed up step by step
I needed a discontinued part for our wheelchair accessible grand voyager and they found it. It was overseas and it was delivered successfully. It was fairly priced with international shipping. The guys who work there were so helpful. They had the part tested before shipping so we knew it worked. Thank you so much for a great experience. Highly recommend and will use again.
Horrible place! They scammed me out of over $400!! They sent me a part that wasn't even from the right vehicle I asked for! They told me originally it would cost me $300+ with shipping of $50 then they later call me to inform me after already taking the $300+ off of my card that the shipping was now going to be $140! And all is non refundable, I get the part finally just to find that the part isn't even from the correct vehicle that they assured me it was from! I'm a single mother of young children and they completely took advantage of me, lied to me, sent me false information multiple times and was absolutely rude and careless when I called KEN to inform him that my mechanic told me that the part infact did not come off of the vehicle they claimed it did, it came off of a completely different make and model vehicle than mine and it wouldn't work at all, KEN laughed at my frustrations and literally told me there's no refunds and it's not his problem that it doesn't work for my vehicle. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!! AND WILL RIP YOU OFF DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They claim they got the part they sent me from a trusted seller they have done business with for over 8 yrs by the name of A1 auto recyclers which I contacted and they assured me that they have NEVER sold them the part that I purchased they looked it up in their own system to be for certain and confirmed with me that US AUTO SPARE was being very dishonest with me and even had me give them the address to US AUTO SPARE so they could look into them their selves with me on the phone and said that they appear to be scammers to them working out of their home!! BUYERS JUST PLEASE BEWARE SO YOUR NOT VICTIMIZED FROM THEIR SCAMS TOO!
ordered an engine last week . they have my money and wont get the engine shipped . i cant get updates from them or get the part shipped . they have told me several times that it will be shipped on a given day and it doesn't happen . they have told me numerous times that they would call me before a certain time and the call never gets made . several of their employees are very rude on the phone . if you want the truth dont deal with J.J. or Ken they cant seem to get things done
I could not be happier with the service I received from Sam at U S Auto Spare. The body shop could not locate the part because of the age of the age of the car. Sam located two the day I called him and arranged shipping of the one I selected promptly. The trunk lid is now at the paint and body shop for replacement of the damaged trunk lid on my car.

My experience with US Auto was excellent and the customer service was also excellent. The representatives that served me provided excellent advice which resulted in me getting the correct parts that I needed. I will use them in the future for my auto parts needs.
Was very pleased with the search and the results in obtaining a 19 year old left front seat for my 2006 Lexus ES330. Power seat destroyed by flood damage from hurricane Helene. I was pleased tremendously with the superb customer services I received to cancel my order without any question and processing the refund. The part I had ordered was not quite in the condition I assumed it to be, I did not withdraw my order though, requesting to continue the search to locate the proper part in an acceptable condition.
