be fully expecting to receive the wrong part and have to go back and get the correct one. this has happened to me three times in a row and i would highly recommend just going to the one in billerica

Moses was very insightful! He gave me very good advice right off the bat in verifying the correct bulb for my vehicle. He then went above and beyond and installed it for me! Highly recommend!

FYI - when I said "What you'd expect" I simply meant. The experience was solid, not special, but on par.

Never have I ever had the pleasure of working on my car with the most supportive team I’ve ever met. If you have any car problems at all, or just need advice this is the shop for you! David excelled in customer service and went above and beyond with his hands on assistance. Despite living about 45 minutes away from this location, I will make this my preferred auto part shop for the rest of my life. Thanks again to David and his team for the 10/10 customer service and overwhelming support!!

Got a new 12V battery for my Chevy Bolt back in March. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but it turns out: they sold me a defective battery. I only learned this yesterday after getting it swapped out at the location in Danvers after having issues starting the vehicle. The battery was evidently several months old at the time of purchase, and, based on what the Danvers staff told me, "should not have been installed." I got the feeling the Wilmington location is simply not used to selling 12V batteries for EVs, and may not have checked the manufacturing month on the battery they had in stock. I believe this is called a "training opportunity".

Went there to replace a dead battery. We looked up my recent purchase and figured out it was still under warrantee, so I ended up getting money back for my dead battery. I wouldn’t have even considered that without the help of the employees there. Very helpful and generous!

Good helpful staff, seems well stocked, ample parking easy access in Wilmington off Main St. Near shopping!

I've been by 6 times in the last 3 months to find the store closed. Google says open til 9, sign on door at 6 says closed, go to Tewksbury. If you're not open or can't be open, update your hours. Other times sign closed for lunch. You go back two hours later and still nobody there.

Always closed early "due to staffing" but every other branch is open...Place spends more time closed than open and I'm constantly driving past it to go to an open store.

I went based on the store hours listed on the auto parts website, Google and on the store building itself. Everything says that you open at 7:30 in the morning. I was there at 7:30 a.m. lights were on in the store. Doors are locked. Nobody answers the phone that's extremely frustrating and really rude to your customers to not update your hours or at least have a sign on the door that says. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will not be opening until blank time. But as somebody who does not have any other time that they are able to come to your store, this is really frustrating cuz if I knew you were not going to be open I would have gone to another store Don't bother going to this location

You might want to update your website on business hours, and all the services that you advertise online that you actually don’t provide. Traveling to the store just to see a hand written sign on the door that tells you the services that you actually don’t do can be frustrating for people.

One star on account of changing store hours to close at 5pm and not updating the hours online. I understand this happens from time to time, but if there's another review from a month ago with the same comment AND inaccurate hours were confirmed by the business 2 weeks ago, then that's not right. Please consider the needs of stranded motorists.

If you are going to change your hours to close at 5 put it up on Google! I wouldn't have ordered and paid for parts I needed tonight only to get to the store at 5:04pm to find all the lights on and the doors locked. Very inconsiderate to its customers.

David employee that works there was very helpful trying to help me and my husband for a part for my truck thankyou so much for your help i appreciate it.

If they can staff this place and keep it open when it should be that would be the 1st step in the right direction. Always a new face and no one knows what's going on or what to do..

Was overall pleased with this location. Helpful staff and stock is better than other locations.

In December I went to the Wilmington Ma Advanced Auto Parts store for new wipers for my truck. The salesperson took me over and showed me three that he said offered rebates. I decided on the one that he told me would give a $15.00 gift card for a rebate. When he was ringing it up he told me I could fill the rebate form out online. I was notified a few weeks later by Advanced Auto Parts customer service that there was a problem with my rebate submission and to call. When I called, they informed me that the wipers I bought did not offer a rebate. I was upset and told customer service the only reason I bought those wipers was because I was told I could get a rebate gift card. They suggested I call the store manager. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager but was told he was not available at the moment. I explained the situation to the store employee and left my name and phone number and asked if the store manager could call me when they became available. I guess they never became available because my phone call was never returned. Auto Zone is only 1 mile further away so I’ll probably start going back to them.

Great service. Was in tonight to return wipers that did not fit my car. They did not have the same wiper in stock. They gave me a better wiper at the same price. Two of the employees came out and put my new wipers on before the rain started. The manager did all of the return and exchange at the original price and even brought my register slip out while they were putting my wipers on. That's good service!

Quick service. Helped me find the exact filter I was looking for. Associate was pleasant and helpful.

The Advance Auto Parts in Wilmington, MA is highly recommended! Their customer service is top notch. The manager Eric, as well as Bob and Nick go above and beyond to help and they are very knowledgeable and so helpful. There is nothing worse than really needing to get somewhere, and your car acting up! On more than one occasion they have saved the day.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Offered to, and replaced the wipers in a jiffy and had me on my way without delay. Highly recommend for any of your automotive needs

Amazing experience at the Wilmington location. Manager and staff were super helpful. I had a difficult week vehicle wise and they were able to help me out 4 different times in 2 days. Had everything in stock and tested my alternator for me, got all the right parts the first time and even let me use some tools. I’m super grateful, don’t have great luck with these types of places but they killed it and it made my day.

Came here to get my check engine light scanned today. But they wouldn't do it because it's COLD out. What a joke. No scanner, no wipers, no batteries because it's COLD out!!!! Isn't this when most people have problems??? The staff here needs to toughen up a little bit

I can't recommend this place enough. Reasonable prices, fast service, and knowledgeable employees have helped me enormously in my efforts to self-maintain my vehicles. I've not had a question they couldn't answer, even if I wasn't buying anything. And all employees at this store that I've spoken with so far have been very personable and polite.
