I took my car in to repair some rear end damage. When I picked the car up, Lee showed me a hairline crack in a plastic trim piece. I never would have noticed it if he hadn't shown me where it was. He told me the part was backordered for 3 months and he would call when the part came in , fit me into his schedule, and get replaced in a half day. True to his word Lee called 3 months later, fit me into his schedule 2 days later and my car was in and out in less than half a day. If you are looking for someone to treat your car as if it were his own car, Lee is the guy you are looking for. Lee is one very honest dude.

Highly recommend! I wanted a second opinion on an estimate for getting my license plate drilled back on after the screws rusted out completely. After the first quote seemed outrageous (best case was $195 for an hour -worst case was $390 )I sought out a second opinion at Triple Nickel (saw strong reviews on Google and they are conveniently located near me.) I gave them a call and spoke to Lee who said he’d look it over and see what he could do as he thought that cost seemed on the pricier side. Well, not only did Lee fit me into his Friday afternoon as a walk-in, but he quickly accessed the issue, reattached my license plate and graciously handed over my keys free of charge! Finding a local trusted mechanic and auto body shop is important to me, and I found that with Lee and his staff. I appreciated his kindness, honesty, friendliness, generosity and willingness to help me out! Also, I can’t forget to mention Lucy, an adorable dog who greeted me with a wagging tail and friendly bark (from a leash behind the desk of course - until I was eager to pet her myself! we became fast friends ☺️)

I visited this shop to ask for a repair quote and was treated incredibly rudely. When I explained that I had pictures of the damage since my car couldn’t be driven, the staff insulted me by saying I had “no common sense.” That kind of response was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. To add to the unprofessional environment, there was a dog barking at me the entire time. Instead of a helpful and courteous experience, I was met with hostility and chaos. I would never recommend this shop to anyone looking for respectful or professional service.

Was rear-ended, company dealt with insurance and perfectly restored my vehicle. Honest and dependable highly recommend. Beautiful work!

They did an amazing job with my car repair. I had messed up my bumper while turning into my covered garage. They were very quick with the repair and the cost was way more affordable than anywhere else I went. They were great with follow up and communicating what they would do.

I want to thank Lee and his employees for doing an outstanding job on my 2023 Pathfinder. Brought my car to them after another body shop originally "repaired" my car after and accident last year. Two months ago I started noticing a few things, one of which was bumper clips letting go. Took it this time to Triple Nickel and it was fixed properly! If it wasn't for Lee I never would have known what a horrible job was done to my car a year ago! Highly recommended Triple Nickel!!! Wish I had taken it there originally! Would not hesitate to bring my car there again!

I would recommend Triple Nickel and Auto to just about anyone. I came here after Hynes Collision Center Woburn performed a botched bumper installation on my vehicle. The moment I came here, Lee (owner/manager) sincerely greeted me and did a walkthrough of my vehicle with me to see what was wrong. He was to the point, efficient and absolutely delivered on a successful bumper installation. Attention to detail, integrity and sincerity. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Lee and his team did a fantastic job repairing body damage to our car a while back and we were extremely pleased with the quality, attention to detail, and how he kept us informed on progress as he dealt with the insurance company. So when it came time to help my daughter find a car, we stopped in to test drive a Honda he had for sale. Great customer service, giving us a summary of the car and work done. And he said if anything came up when we took it home, he'd make it right. Well, we bought the car at a fair price, and as luck would have it, it developed a couple of issues with a leak and drivetrain issue. We called, he told us to bring it in right away, and Lee and his team diagnosed the issues, repaired the car, checked to make sure it was OK, and had us on our way in very short order! The quality and speed of service, and the commitment to be true to his promise to take care of any issues was top notch - Lee and his team get 10 out of 5 stars. Overall, I am still satisfied! A year ago, I dropped off my car after a hit-and-run incident. Triple Nickel worked on the driver's side passenger door and quarter panel. They made efforts to match the original paint color, even on the bumper. The paint has held up great until this day and shows no signs of chipping or cracking. Several years ago, I had a paint job done on my old car elsewhere, and I remember that paint started to chip away after a year. I believe the paint job done at Triple Nickel does not and will not have the same issue.

They were wonderful! Fixed my GMC Terrain after a hit and run! They were so easy to work with, they dealt with the insurance company, my car was ready sooner than expected, cleaned inside and out, works with Enterprise up the street, so was able to leave my rental there, when I picked up my vehicle! Would highly recommend them! So friendly as well!

My wife and I experienced different problems with our cars at the same time, and took both to Triple Nickel for repairs. Lee gave us a fair estimate on what it would cost to fix the issues, but also gave honest advice and recommended other alternatives given the age and overall condition of the vehicles. The office area of the shop was extremely clean. The staff took measures to avoid direct contact and sanitize pens or any other items that would potentially be shared or touched by other customers or employees. We are relatively new to the community and Triple Nickel gained new customers for as long as we remain in the area. We were treated with kindness, generosity, and honesty. While we hope to not need any additional servicing on our vehicles in the near future, whenever the time does come we will be sure to call Triple Nickel.

I recently had an accident that involved someone hitting the side of my vehicle. I was very impressed with how professional Lee (the owner of Triple Nickel) was with me. He told me when he could fix my car, and when it would be finished. When I got the car back, it was on time, clean, and the paint job matched perfectly. I was also in need of a new rim, which the insurance company was originally not going to pay for. However Lee was able to work with my insurance company to get the new rim included in the job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants a great job done on their vehicle. He is truly an honest and sincere business person. Lee also keeps his shop clean and neat, which add to the experience. I appreciate the great work his shop did to my vehicle.

What a great business and Wilmington residents should know how lucky it is to have such a professional, courteous, clean, accommodating and amazing body shop in town. I had a great experience with Triple Nickel Auto Body! After being rear-ended I reached out to the shop to see if they could fit me in for repairs. I brought in an estimate from my insurance company and was immediately added to the schedule for 1 week out. As my car was being repaired, I received daily email updates on the progress and other logistics such as cost. I never once had to work with my insurance company on price adjustments, Triple Nickel was able to work with my claim representative directly. When I picked up my vehicle, they had waxed, buffed and cleaned the whole car inside and out! I definitely recommend this shop, great service.

Last month my car was damaged from a car fire of an auto parked adjacently to my vehicle at work. Triple Nickel Auto Body & Repair did a fantastic job restoring my car and totally eliminating the caustic odor left from the heat and fire. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process and the car was ready when promised. Lee and the Triple Nickel team did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended! We needed a repair for significant damage to our Nissan after a fender bender. We had initially planned to shop around for estimates; however, Lee and the other staff members at Triple Nickel were so friendly & helpful that we decided against shopping around and moved forward with them repairing our vehicle. We were not disappointed. They have wonderful customer service & did a great job repairing our bumper, rear door, & light - looks like nothing ever happened. Needing a convenient place close by, I searched for auto mechanics near me. Triple Nickel stood out with glowing reviews. Lee is a good listener, is very knowledgeable, and has completed both repairs at a reasonable price and quick time frame. We are very happy with the service so far and will continue to go there for any future car needs.

Looking at the reviews here, it doesn't seem real that a body shop can even be this good. But after my experience with Lee at Triple nickel, it's nothing but the truth. I called in with a lot of damage to my Infiniti from the snow storms and he told me I could come down within the hour and he will have a bay open for me. When I pulled up he was waiting outside and walked me through the whole process of how everything worked and what the initial estimate looked like s far as time and cost. And to top it all off he called in a favor with enterprise up the street and hooked me up big time with the rental car process too. I even got to leave the rental car at his shop when I picked mine up after it was done. He was very informative throughout the whole entire process, making sure everything was being fixed quickly and properly along the way. Another shop told me it would probably be about a month to get my car done and Lee had my car looking better than when I got it within 2 weeks. I have a pretty bad view of auto shops and I feel like the majority are shady and look to screw you over, but that couldn't be further from the case here. My car has a lot of aftermarket work done which makes it even harder to find a shop I can trust and he just earned a lifetime customer out of me. I'll never go anywhere else.

I was looking for a body shop in the greater Boston area, and I found Triple Nickel Auto Body & Repair with such great reviews, so I decided to give them a call. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly customer service Lee and his wife provided. The car was repaired (mechanical and body work) to better than the original condition, and Lee had used quality parts to fix my car. I could tell Lee really cared about his customers. I did not expect such a quality service from an auto body shop as I've had many bad experiences with others. TL;DR: Highly recommended.
