These guys won't listen to you. Requested new tire to put on but when driver showed up they installed recap because he requested it. Frank couldn't give me a good explanation why they are listening to the driver if we as a company providing payments. Even though I called the same number 3 times and told that we need a new tire. No communication between departments, poor customer service. 1 star is too much for these guys.
We had a tire fail on our RV coming into Salem. Sullivan Tire stepped up on a latr Friday afternoon and had us back on the road in under 45 minutes. It was the absolute best case scenario. The guys look like they work in a tire shop, in the best possible way. Total professionals. Highly recommend.
Unmitigated disaster.
Brought in dump truck for flat. Installer destroyed rim with sledge hammer. Mounted tire and rim cockeyed. The truck vibrated terribly at 40 mph, took it somewhere else to be corrected. Used to be good but not any more.
Eric and the team were very accommodating. They were able to put 2 new front tires on my Freightliner same day. Our company has used their services for years and will continue to do so. Great service and nice people!
I am so extremely happy with the service I received at Sullivan. Recently I completed a road trip from Florida to Maine and blew my front tire on the way home forcing me to spend the night, get towed, and call 9 places to find one that carried my uniquely small tire. They didn’t actually have it on the premises, but were willing to go get it for me, which I think is next level service.
Also, the customer service was friendly and super knowledgeable, and the waiting area was impressively cozy and hospitable. I highly recommend trying this shop for your tire needs.
Took 2 hours to plug a tire that i had to show them where it was leaking only 15 min job... Thats if your slow at your job... 100% do not recommend ever using this location customer service also horrible
My Class C RV shredded 2 tires in Lexington, spoke to Jason the second they opened, he was friendly and easy to talk to, said his guys would be out as soon possible from North Reading! He called me back to update me on their arrival, and followed up with a phone call when the work was done. The crew arrived and got right to work, and despite a very difficult rim and tire, they got the job done perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure my other tires were safe and gave me the confidence I needed to get back on the road. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I admit I hesitated because I thought Sullivan tire was expensive - but this was a great value for the jam I was in. Thanks everyone at Sullivan Tire Commercial and thanks to Sullivan Tire in Lexington for the recommendation.
Unlimited stars for this place, Jason took care of me perfect with the exact tires I needed also excellent pricing an very quick, I'll be more confident with taking my load down to Miami with no problem. Thanks guys!!!!
