I went in having failed to recharge my A/C myself and when I spoke to the gentlemen who work there, he found someone who could help me as he, himself had no experience with my issue, and the man he found went out of his way to look at my car, identify my issue and help me fix it. I now no longer roast in my car on a hot day and it is thanks to the kind people at this AutoZone!

I just met with Erny and his staff in North Reading. I had purchased a set of wiper a few months ago and they have never worked properly. Erny took the time to look at the wipers and solved the problem. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received today. The North Reading Auto Zone staff is Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you, Auto Zone!

Impeccable service, I couldn't believe what they knew when I came in! These people arent irresponsible and I'd bet that they are trained to handle any customer that comes in. I'm proud of these people who work so hard each day, and everyday they come in. Without fail this is one of the best stores North Reading could ever produce. Marissa helped me and I thought she did a wonderful job.

Was charged a $35 maintenance fee without them saying anything about it at all .. I just happened to check my credit card statement . ..they were nice but I thought that was shady .. I would have tried to do it myself

Paul and Chad were two solid autozone team members. Went in today to ask a couple of questions and not only were they both super helpful, but they even helped install a couple items without me asking. Ok, I thought I could handle the install myself, but Paul in his proactive manner watched me struggle and as soon as I turned back to see if he could help he was already headed my way to save the day. Solid guys!

The headlights on my 2005 Chevy Silverado had oxidized markedly, to the point that they needed to be replaced. So, I checked price and quality comparisons with several brick and mortar stores, plus several online vendors, and chose AutoZone. Their supplier (TYC) seemed to have the best quality after-market product, and AutoZone's pricing was very competitive. It became an even better deal when I found out during the check-out process that I had qualified for a 20% discount plus free 2-day shipping. (I received the headlights in ONE day of my order.) As far as the employees at this AutoZone, I couldn't be more satisfied. Anthony took my original call over the phone and took the time to validate the part numbers, confirmed that the parts would fit my vehicle, and assured me that if anything went wrong with the internet order, I could resolve the issue in store. I also had the opportunity to meet the store manager, Chad, who was also very helpful and professional. So, all-in-all, this was an extremely positive experience in terms of dealing with the in-store AutoZone employees, and the smooth online transaction on the AutoZone website. I highly recommend AutoZone.

Chad was very helpful checking on my car. I cam in thinking that my battery was dying. He helped me check the battery and the alternator while helping me with some other issues he found under the hood. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Autozone- Whatever you are paying Chad, it's not enough!

I had a great experience here. My battery was bad and I needed a replacement, but after being turned away from four other AutoZone locations (Malden, Everett, Danvers, and Salem) due to their staff unwilling to change out my battery (even though it was a simple job for my vehicle make and model), I encountered Chad who was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. He was quite knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance, seemed very trustworthy, and demonstrated that he cares about customers—exactly what you'd want in a customer service representative. Even though this AutoZone location is quite out of the way for me, I will happily return here in the future.

My family and I have been going to this store for years, because their wares and staff are excellent. In my last two trips, I was helped by Chad, who assisted in replacing the low beam bulbs in my car. Not only did he correctly identify the bulbs needed, but also put them in quickly and carefully as possible. Chad acted like the kind of employee that actually cares for the customer, and for that we'll continue to go here. Great job guys!

Staff there is amazing... Helped me choose new windshield wipers. Also, installed them on my car. She also showed me how to do it so now I know!! The store is clean and well organized, which is always a huge plus.

Went to autozone last night to buy a new bulb for my headlight. I was helped by Chad who went above and beyond. I didn’t know the type of bulb or even the exact model of my car so he went out in the cold to check my car and make sure he was recommending the right one to me. He even offered to change them for me since he already had them open to check the bulb. This was much more difficult than it should’ve been because the last person to change my bulbs had broken a piece and replaced it with something that shouldn’t have been there. He managed to work around that and got both of them changed for me which saved me a lot of frustration because I was going to try to change them myself. Chad’s a rockstar!

Chad Dube helped me today, my engine light appeared yesterday went to the Stoneham Autozone they said it was the gas tank just not being tight enough today I went to the North Reading Autozone where Chad took time to look at the gas cap and it was broken he helped me purchase a new gas cap. I am so impressed with his concern for me the customer and now feel at ease about my vehicle. Chad explained when and how the engine light will eventually go out and if it appears again I will need to bring to a mechanic and it is covered under my warranty. Chad also explained the process of how the mechanic would check to find the leak for that is what the diagnostic test read. Thank you Chad and the North Reading team for while Chad was find the new gas cap the associates talked to me and lifted my spirits great teamwork and leadership your Customer Service went well above my expectations.

I've done a good share of business here over the years. Talked with an assistant manager about exchanging some brake pads for my mons 4Runner that disappeared ftom the system. Told me to come in hed take care of it this once because I've done alot if business with autozone. Went in was told was on lunch . Then told he was off. Then left saw a red shirt come in asked him he?said talk to the new store manager who last week gave me the wrong number for rewards refusing to add purchases on I had receipts for. Today he told me it was fraudulent to return pads even though they were clearly their pads in their box. I find them disorganized unknowlegeable and all they want to do is sell parts and nothing else. Its typical corporate bull. The lady before him was way better. Not?sure where they find these people. Customer?service?sucks. The rewards people are pretty useless too after I found the number on my own. Not sure I'm going there anymore.

Wouldn't honor 20% coupon on the front page of their national website due to an issue with trying to order a battery. Person spoke to their manager and said the best they can do was 10%. That's false advertising...Its the first thing on your website! Lost me as a customer.

Really great AutoZone. They helped me get the parts I needed, explained the different options I had. They even recommended a mechanic to fix my car up the road for a part I couldn't quite Jimmy in. They also weren't into upselling but making sure I was doing what was right for me and my car.

I stopped in to pick up some cleaning supplies. While I was gathering items I saw a 3x5 Price Cut card for ProElite 3pcs microfiber auto cloths. I figured that $4.99 regularly $8.99 was a good deal. When I got to the counter it rang up full price. I let Bob (store manager) know that it was a Price Cut item. Bob responded sharply that it was not and said to show him. Bob followed me back to the isle. I pointed out the bin filled with ProElite 3pcs packages and the Price Cut above it. Bob said they were in the wrong bin and took the other packages and moved it to an empty bin which of course was not marked as a Price Cut. He was rude and acted like it was my fault for thinking this product was on sale. Bob who manages the store lost me as a long time customer due to his condescension and poor communication skills. Bob should stick to smoking butts on the side of the store and let the more personable staff handle the register.
