Mark was amazing to work with. My insurance company wanted to use a combination of cheaper after market parts but he would not allow that to happen and restored my repair with quality OEM materials. Also, when the dealership couldn't fix an issue with my blindspot indicator he took my car back into the shop and resolved the problem. Hope I never have to see the shop again but if I need a repair I'm going back to Duffy's!

Had a problem I needed help solving and although they couldnt help with repairing it they actually gave me a name and a place that answered there phone and scheduled my repair... That to me is a solid shop recommending another buisness rather than saying they cant help .... will call on them for future shop repairs..
