Extremely prompt, friendly towing technician, and great price! I was in a jam and needed a vehicle moved. 4 Seasons Towing came to the rescue and moved my vehicle quickly. I can't say enough kind words for the great towing guy who moved my vehicle. I didn't get his name but he should be a valued employee. An engine coolant hose blew out on my truck leaving me stranded on route 3. Called these guys and they quickly sent their closest tow truck towards me. Tow truck driver was very friendly and made the process easy. Cost was also pretty reasonable.
Needed a long tow, with AAA, and several two companies refused the job. Four Seasons took it, and sent a great driver (Paulo) who was professional, courteous, friendly, and prompt. I would highly recommend Four Seasons, and Paulo!
Unbelievably rude, list as 24/7, called for a quick tow which was no rush guy didn’t even ask just so no I don’t have anyone on we don’t run 3rd shift, why are you advertising 24/7 service then….also maybe if you asked I would’ve told you it’s not urgent whenever someone comes in and has availability will work. Will never call again!
Had my car parked at Browns Corner in Billerica for 2 weeks and couldn't move it cause my car stopped running. Was trying to get a new battery for it and when I came back to get my car it was towed and gave me no notice. It took me a week and a half just to have him give me my photo I.D. back and was a complete asshole about it. Now he has my clothes in the car and he won't even give them back to me. I'm homeless so now I don't even have a change of clothes.
Want to give a shout out to four seasons towing out of Peabody ma had the privilege of having a young man tow 2 of my trucks for me very personal and the same with the office personal highly recommended them and I'll be honest I'm hard to please thay knock it out of the park and the driver was Alex sorry should have put his name first
My car broke down, I was stuck on the side of the highway on a Saturday. Called around and found these guys, they gave a fair price and sent someone out, took him less than an hour to reach us. He was a new kid but he was polite and helpful and was careful when loading/unloading my vehicle. Def recommend these guys. 10/10
Tow experience was great. Using Google map coordinates, they located our stranded car and towed us to get tire fixed.
We failed to get a standard receipt and follow-up call to request the receipt was terrible. If you call Four Seasons for service, make sure you request a standard receipt, not one sent by text, if you need to submit the receipt for insurance or reimbursement purposes. I gave up on the call when the owner became passive aggressive.
We were out of state and needed a tow back to MA. It took a while for AAA to find a company to help us. This company not only agreed to drive the 2 hours to pick up our vehicle, but then drove the just under 100 miles to our mechanic. Additionally, they called to say they had our van and sent a picture of them dropping it off. They literally went the extra mile.
Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to ensure my car was not damaged while being put on, and taken off of the flatbed! Highly recommend to anyone who needs their car towed.
Amazing experience with these guys! Super professional and went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me out. My car is so low to the ground that it’s extremely difficult to load on a flat bed, they could have easily said no but they made it happen! Don’t call anyone else in the area but these guys! Especially if you’re worried about damage to the car! Amazing job.
Today was the day everyone hopes it never comes. My car broke down and Four Seasons came to my aid. Sylvester, our tow truck operator was the most efficient, competent, knowledgeable and overall awesome person. Our front wheel was the cause of the issue (issue is an understatement) with the car and made it difficult to pull the car into the truck. Sylvester calmly solved those problems and hauled the car into the tow truck.
Both my husband and I were impressed with his skills and ways or working. THANK YOU for making our not so great day more bearable.

The representative I spoke with was very nice however they wanted to charge me over $1000 to take a scissor lift from a loading dock and lower it into the parking lot. I’m not sure why they think they can charge this much, other companies will do it for $250…
I had a great experience with this towing company. My car stopped working and I was so scared and didn’t know what to do. This company not only came within the hour it was a great price. The driver was helpful and kept me updated. Wonderful customer service !!!
Called these folks when stranded on an exit ramp < 2 miles from their location.
Operator had me on call for over 30 minutes and then informed that it would take up to 2 hours for the towing truck to pick me up.
This has just been an waste of time while stranded on an exit ramp during a cold winter evening.
I had a different company tow my car in less than 15 minutes from making the call.
Had a great experience today with this company. 100/10!!! My car would not start and the wheels were locked. Took almost 3 hours to get to the towing destination and Alexander was super helpful, dedicated, & patient. Would totally recommend!!!
I called today to get a quote on picking up and delivering a tools box which is in the same town 10 minutes from me. These people want to charge $800. Are you guys crazy.!!! That's a rip off. You won't have my business. I'd rather get a uhaul and pay $30 and do it myself.

This evening my husband's ball joint on his truck broke making it unable to drive. We called AAA to get a tow and they sent Four Seasons. We are incredibly lucky they did because Four Seasons' new guy, Andrew, was there and did a superb job! He was incredibly professional, personable and took extreme caution. We were a little nervous when we arrived at our mechanic they only left a small tight spot, it was NO problem for Andrew. He took his time and carefully and with great problem solving skills unloaded our truck. I do hope we do not need a tow in the future, however if we do we know who to request! Thank you so much Andrew and congratulations on your first week with this company, we really hope they see how much of an asset you are but so far we truly believe they do!
I work with tow companies all over the US dispatching for non profit organizations and car donation programs. 4 Seasons Towing and Recovery has been my mainstay tow company in the Boston Area since 2010. They have towed hundreds of cars for us and have always provided excellent service at great prices.
Doesn’t deserve any ratings if they tell people if a tow driver delivered your car to the wrong adddress they will tell u “you will alright “ not even apologize or nothing .
