I do a lot of projects on older cars, and have found Rodney and everyone there is attentive when you get in the store, and interested in helping you get the right part. Selection is great and even returns are hassle free. Have been going since they opened, and they are always my first stop!

As I was shopping I could hear one worker talking crap about my moped that's outside like its the worst thing to ride. after I got to to check out I told him it saves on gas. but the worker couldn't even look at me after he realized I overheard him. Classless.

Better than auto zone best oreilys is new on on Cambridge St in Burlington they got one on Boston road but if u go in opposite direction Boston road Billerica turns into Cambridge St Burlington

The store manager Luis is nice but 60% of the staff needs cutomer service training. I won't be back based on the way I was treated today. Plenty of auto parts places close by that would like my business.

Guy there helped me get what I needed quickly and easily

Both the guys at the desk and the guy at the attached tire shop were amazing. New to the area and my dpw gave me the runaround about recycling used fluids from the car. These guys were a huge help and very friendly about it. My new local auto parts store for sure.

Rod or Rob was very helpful, found me a great set of wiper blades and installed them effortlessly. I will be back when I need any other car parts. Thank you

Had to go pick up a part for my truck a simple part I could not get the valve out so one of the gentlemen at work they tried he also couldn't get it out so it must be my truck but they had my pot and a reasonable price and they were willing to help thumbs up

Don’t waste your time at any auto parts store. O’Reilly’s is knowledgeable/helpful. Other stores would assist when we struggled to put in low light bulbs in. O’Reilly’s young men helped us out with no questions.

Had to get new wiper blades they were put on free workers very helpful and friendly

Rob and Matthew helped me get what I needed. They are the ones to see. We went to the back to make sure a terminal connector would fit. They are both very helpful

Best parts store to go to !! very helpful staff and the store manager definitely knows about the field and some witch makes it so much easier to get parts hands down recommended them to any1 I legit past 3 parts stores to get to this one !!!!

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. They will tell you the best option if you have any question about what you are doing. By far the most thought experience I have had at an auto parts store

Exceptional customer service. Called ahead for a part that they placed on hold for me. I know absolutely less than nothing about cars but they were very honest and helpful. They even doubled checked my vehicle to make sure the part I reserved was the correct one as well as checking to make sure the part wouldn’t need any extra dealership installation. The manager Matthew and his team are the reason why I’d recommend doing business here and I’ll certainly be going back in the future!! :)

The guy that helped me on 2-23 saved me $20 and put my wipers on for me plus he smiled the whole time and was friendly. Thanks doll I appreciate the customer service..

Great staff, friendly & they try hard but they need to get there car audio knowledge & section ugraded, hooked me up with everything else I needed though even matching spray paint but I had to go back & forth multiple times because not alot was on stock, go see Vinny, he's the man

The asst. manager Vincent was extremely helpful. He didn’t hesitate to help me with my car battery problems. 100% would definitely recommend this O’Reily Auto Parts store.

The manager, I believe his name was Matthew, approached me right away, looked up my car for wipers, went and got them and offered assistance putting them on. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I like that they are in the same building as VIP. Makes things easier!

They know all the right questions to ask and have the parts. Just know what you need or if you don’t just ask them to help. Great place.

Good prices. Had the parts we needed for our old truck! The man that helped us on the phone was very kind.

I walked in with my broken wiper blade. Within 5 minutes a manage was outside in the cold helping me put my wiper that he fixed back on my car. I'll be glad to go back and buy new wipers there when I need them. Thank you.
