I bought a Ford f150 just year ago. Paid highest price which was fine. Expected truck to be excellent condition for the year. 2009 but replaced almost entire front end, computer problems but ate the costs. The tire plugs kept the lighting on dashboard they did reimbursement for one which only band aid had to replace another because problem came back. Airbag light is on. Entire system not working dash board like fireworks. Rear shocks done. 4wd needs power transfer boxes. I am pretty quit guy. I had enough I like my truck but I expected brake pads and rotors, wipe blades, and oil changes fir at least two years. Even a timing and water pump because had 94000 on it. But the power seat and dome lights stopped working. Had to have towed once that cost 175. On top thise repairs. I am going my wife at them she the loud one. On top of that bought and waited 8 days til was ready. I figure 7 days Massachusetts law of lemon laws. I am thousands of dollars in repairs still having problems.

Another update…
Car continues to fall apart. Needed a flywheel ($1500 repair.) a starter (big $$)… and now tie rods and new rack in pinion…($450).
I was basically sold a lemon. They fixed it enough to get passed the 3 month mark and then it started slowly falling apart.
Update***
This car is still falling apart. Will need to get more repairs done to the exhaust system soon as it sounds and smells awful. More money down the drain.

I bought a SUV from Melrose Auto Gallery at the end of November 2021 and started driving it in December 2021. (Registry was backed up from covid and wasn't the shops fault.)
I have been patiently waiting to write a review and now it's time.
I have had the car for less than 1 year. I paid good money for it and I have had to continually repair issues. So far the repairs have cost over $2000.
Here are the pictures of damages, things they "mickey moused", rot and other issues that were found to be a problem with the car that could not have been my fault.
When I first started driving it, it was fine. A few weeks in though, it started making noise. So I brought it to them and they sent it to their mechanic who said the muffler was being held up with wire. The shop manager sent me the pic of it. (Shared here.) And the shop wouldn't pay to fix it. So I went elsewhere to have it fixed properly.
Other things have needed expensive fixing over the last 10-11 months but you can see a few of them in these pics.
The sales process was irritating. (I am not talking about the financing as I ended up paying cash.) The owner and manager are HARD sales people. Super hard sales. They are nice and friendly but they are above and beyond when it comes to hard sales. (I know because I have been in sales before... this was ridiculous.)
Overall... not a great experience. Do I recommend them? Nope.

Don’t buy Cars from Melrose Auto Gallery!! I bought a car from them an they gave me a fake title. They won’t return my vehicle!! They are making me fix the title situation myself!! I actually need a lawyer !!
Had a great experience at Cesar's Cars. My man Junior was super helpful and did everything he could to ensure all went smoothly. Very professional guy! Even after a few weeks i contacted him about something minor with the car and he had me bring it right in and replaced the part. I highly recommend this place to whoever is looking for a good quality car.
I got my Nissan Altima from them today !! i’m so happy with it ! he had everything ready when i got there ... it was quick , in and out .. great customer service !!! very reliable place .
This place is sketchy do not do business with them. They had advertised jeep I wanted and then we talk to them discussing that I was coming to look at it. When I got there they said that it sold a week ago we're trying to sell me a newer car that I could not afford. Then when I said thanks I'm gonna try somewhere else, they had all these cars blocked me and then when I asked someone to help me direct my way out they said no and to figure it out. Came pretty close to calling the cops.
Alex and his team were wonderful to work with when we bought our car. They followed through on every last detail of the transaction and were eager every step of the way to please us and ensure our satisfaction with our purchase!!!! I highly recommend this team: they're thoughtful, communicative, honest, and genuinely care about their customers.
