Repair was finished a week late, with very poor communication throughout the entire process. They continually delaying my pick up date with an automated text and no explanation why. I couldn't get information when I called. They never provided a description of their repairs before or after the job, even when I asked. Only positive was that they dealt with insurance company directly, but given their lack of transparency with me, I'm concerned they overcharged the insurance company. Then when I finally went to pick up the car, I found out that they pass credit card fees onto the customer, which I was not told previously, so it ended up costing me more money than I expected. Won't be returning to this auto body next time.

I wish that I could give this company 6 stars! I haven’t seen our truck look this good since the day it rolled off the lot. We were involved in a minor collision and they repaired our vehicle in no time. They completely detailed our vehicle and I would recommend them for all your collision needs! Thank you so much for making our experience worry and stress free!

The service, excellence, and care in the work they do, as well as the communication, attitude, and ordinary politeness of these folks, is damn near perfection.

I had my car repaired at Stephen's Autobody not long ago, and it was a complete nightmare. After the initial fix, I noticed so many parts were missing from my car, forcing me to return to Stephen's repeatedly to retrieve them. Decor panels, spare tires, buttons, cables, wires, hooks, towing balls, jack stands, light bulbs—you name it, they were missing. It became exhausting going back again and again just to get back what was originally on my car. Some major parts, like my spare tire, were secretly kept by them with labels on them. It wasn’t until my fifth visit, after I confronted them about the missing tire, that they finally returned it. As for smaller parts, they never gave them back, and I still have holes in my car that need to be fixed. I had to order many of those parts myself to get the car back to normal. Overall, the repair job at Stephen's Autobody was terrible—rough work, misaligned panels, and mismatched parts everywhere. My car was left making all kinds of noises, even though the original issue was minor. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Stephens saved my car! I have a 01 Toyota that was hit in the wheel well. You can’t even tell there was any damage at all! Even color matched the bumper and fender (didn’t even know that was possible regarding the cars age) the job was done so quick too. Car was also so clean when I got it back. Thank you guys so so much.

One door on my truck had a nasty dent in it from a piece of falling concrete. The other door didn't. But now, if you look at it, you can no longer tell which one had the dent. It looks great! Also, unlike a lot of service places that don't really seem to care anymore, it's great to see that there's still a place that treats you well, clearly communicates, and has pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed body work. New vehicle prices are ridiculous and high interest rates don't help either. So if (like me) you are planning on keeping your current vehicle for a while, go ahead and get it fixed up. I'm glad I did.

Excellent service. My quote from Stephen’s was half that of another local shop. They had the work done fast and even buffed out scratches in my paint. My car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Highly recommend.

I'm convinced this is the last great body shop in MA. Shops used to care if their work was well done but not anymore. Except for Stephen's. Maybe 10+ years ago, when I needed a new body shop, I ended up trying this shop and they're phenomenal. Been coming to them ever since. They just recently repaired a hit on my '23 Audi Q8, which I was worried about given the vehicle, but they did their usual amazing work. It looks beautiful. I can almost always find signs that body work was done, but not when they do the work. If ever an issue arises, they take care of it quickly and easily. Can't say enough good things about them and their staff. They don't disappoint. I should clarify that I wasn't worried about their work... I was worried because I'm an over-protective baby when it comes to this truck lol.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Stephen's Auto Body. They had a rental waiting for me, they made my truck look brand new, they matched the existing lettering and had the work done within the promised timeline. The staff is courtesy and professional. I highly recommend!!

Stopped by here to get an evaluation on the damage done to the clear coat and paint on my hood, only expecting to get information and assuming there'd be a wait on when I could get my car in to be worked on, but everything went so smoothly that I dropped my car and the key off in the overnight slot two days later; and then two days after that, my car was done and ready to be picked up. The guy who did the appraisal was right on as to how long it would take and cost (right down to the exact dollar amount). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I also really liked the text updates and the links to the website to see where my car was in the process. The price was fair — honestly, it was less than I was expecting — and the results spoke for themselves: my car looked like it'd just come from the dealership, not a body shop. They even vacuumed my floor mats, which I was pleasantly surprised about. Definitely not necessarily, but a thoughtful touch. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for great body work, professional staff and fair prices. Hopefully I won't need any more work done to the car, as it's still very new, but if I do I know where I'm going

The service is outstanding. I brought my 8 year old Subaru in last week for a bumper replacement and it now looks like a new car! They even washed it, which I did not expect. The staff is great, from Kaylan and Shawn and Scott to the mechanics who did such a fabulous job. They had an Enterprise rental for me when I dropped off my car - it was so easy! I received text updates during the repair process and my car was ready when they said it would be. This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Stephen's Auto Body.

This auto body shop was highly recommended. I had work done to my Toyota RAV4 for work to be done to the driver's door. They kept me posted daily as to the status of the repair. I picked up my vehicle today and was very happy with the result! They even washed my vehicle and cleaned the interior. They are very friendly and really exceeded my expectations. A++++

I had a very pleasant and positive experience with Stephen’s auto body. They fixed my car in a timely manner. When I got a call to pick up my car, I was prepared to take it to a car wash as I dropped it off really dirty. But to my surprise they cleaned the outside and detailed the interiors as well. Also, while they had to wait for the parts to arrive, Shaun helped me by fixing the door of my car and make it capable and safe to drive.

Stephen's Auto Body was amazing! Everyone there was incredibly kind and courteous. We needed a rental car while our car was being repaired, and having an Enterprise car rental on site was really convenient. They did an absolutely beautiful job on our car and I appreciated getting the regular updates via text. When we picked up our car, it looked brand new - they had even cleaned out and did some detailing on the interior which was a really nice touch. We would highly recommend to any of our friends in need of auto body work!

By far the best auto body work I've ever seen. The staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They did a high quality job on my car for a very reasonable price. When I got into my car, it looked like a brand new car. And while I had just asked for exterior repairs, they were nice enough to do some detailing work on the inside and fixed my radio (which had not worked in years). I would highly recommend Stephen's auto body!

A few weeks ago, our car was victim to a hit in a run in a parking lot, completely wrecking the front hood, bumper, etc. Stephen's Auto Body was recommended to us through Geico and I'm so glad it was! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and fast. I dropped the car off and was able to pick up a rental, all under 20 minutes. Being that was it was right before the holidays, we needed the car in order to travel back to PA and NY. The parts were going to take over 10 days to arrive, ruining our plans and our Christmas trip. Stephen's Auto Body sent someone to Long Island to pick up the necessary parts in order to get the car finished and ready so that we didn't need to delay our trip! It was so thoughtful and much appreciated! Even better--the job they did on the car was fabulous and the detailing was immaculate. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them 100%!

Absolute nicest people around. My friend had backed into my car door and I was paying out of pocket and they were super wonderful about getting it fixed fast to minimize the amount of time I needed a rental. I needed to replace a door panel and we waited until all the ordered parts were on site before dropping it off and I got it back in THREE days!! I’m pretty sure they washed and vacuumed my car for me too! The ladies at the desk are super friendly and helpful! It’s also a huge help having the rental place right on site. I’ll recommend this place a million times over.

Always very happy with their service, work and convenience!! I have brought in different cars for different reasons over the years and they always do a great job fixing it while handling all the insurance stuff and getting it back to me clean, and quickly. The rent-a-car service that works out of their office is an added bonus - very convenient and again they do all the work! I've never gone anywhere else, and never will.
