My family and I were stranded with a broken-down truck, and after countless calls to other towing companies with no luck, John drove 90 minutes and came to our rescue. Superior Towing really lives up to their name and provides superior service! A technician for our plumbing company was stuck in a bind at the end of the day. Typically you have to wait around awhile when you need a tow, but not with Superior! They showed up and were quick, efficient, thorough, and even funny! We absolutely have a new go-to towing company. He called moments after I hung up the phone with the roadside assistance company in the wee hours of the morning and provided me with a surprisingly accurate time of arrival. John has the best towing biz in the Boston area. He not only worked with me to transport a large crated machine, he made sure to double check the safety of my trailer and gave me a crash course in ratchet tie downs. If you need a tow or recovery, call him first!

Great towing service with a far reach and help with unique situations- we had a truck go down last year and needed it towed from Middleborough to Brockton- and recently they helped us move one of our containers when another rig went down from Middleborough to Boston- much appreciated John!

My Polestar 2 needed to be towed to the dealership. First tow company who I will not name showed up with a flatbed and tried to drag my car up and almost destroyed the front end I stopped them. Superior ended up getting the job and they showed up with the proper equipment, were friendly, fast and very skilled. Very pleased with the service.

All business owners should go to customer service school to learn from John at Superior Towing. I have a tricky situation involving moving a tiny house trailer that is stuck on a dirt hill. John isn't set up to move this type of building but he kept me on the line and called several people he knows to try and help me out! Hoping that next time my car breaks down it's near Whitman so I can get it towed by Superior Towing.

This incredible driver pulled over to help me and some friends on the side of the road during a snow storm. He helped us for free and without him we would have been stuck there for a long time. I didn't catch the driver's name but I'm so thankful that he stopped and helped us. God bless him and Superior Towing

Tesla lockout and dead battery. My battery died and my car was too far from the charger. John from Superior towing was amazing. So many other tow companies cancelled on me but John saved the day!!! He jumped my battery, manually put my Tesla into neutral and rolled me to the charger. I had been waiting for 3 hours for other tow companies to come. When John got the call, he checked in with me to make sure I was ok and gave me his ETA. When he arrived, he had to maneuver around and between parked cars that were in his way. He was professional, courteous and accommodating. He treated me like I was family. I will recommend his company to everyone I know. Thank you, John for such “superior “ service! -KB

My mom was on her way to pick me up from South Station when she noticed she got a flat tire. Fortunately for her, John happened to be in the area waiting for a ride when he noticed it and happily offered to help her change it if she had all the supplies (which she did). Throughout the entire process, he was extremely kind and polite, and he changed the tire quickly and efficiently. Thank you John for helping my mom out!

Quick service, about 25 minutes to arrive after I called and then another 30 minutes home. Cheap price as well. Very professional driver, easy to hold conversation with him on the ride home. When I’m in need of a tow again, I know who I will be calling

The best customer service experience I've ever had. I got a flat tire at work on a Sunday night. I tried a bunch of places and John was the fastest with the best price. He answered right away and picked me up really quickly. He waited 20 minutes for me to finish working then took me home. A total life saver. Some much more piece of mind knowing if I ever get stuck again I know exactly who I'll call! Thanks John:)

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars because these guys deserve it! My boyfriends car broke down around 7:30 PM last night. Unfortunate, but no big deal because I have gold package AAA. Boy was I wrong! Won’t get into the whole AAA nightmare here but long story short the car was still on the side of the road at 9 AM THE NEXT DAY with NO hope in sight of a tow any time soon. I decided to forget AAA and their uselessness and called up Superior Towing. The modern communication methods and customer service I was presented by the company was amazing. I honestly think he felt more compassion for my situation than any of the 15+ AAA employees i had spoke to previously. He was there and had the vehicle loaded within 30 minutes of my initial call! AMAZING. As someone who drives a Jeep aka utilizes towing often, this is my new go to. By far the best experience and they were able to provide a quick and easy solution to a stressful situation. One of the best tow service I have received. John and Superior Towing were life savers, professional and reliable, considerate, quick and efficient.. I wish all companies worked like him. Definitely the Towing company you want to contact when you need a tow. On my way home with my husband and child our truck broke down. Before we could even think of calling for a tow, John with Superior Towing see us on the side of the road with our hazards. He pulls over and to check on us. What went from a 3hr wait on the side of the highway with a very busy 4yr to the vehicle being on the flatbed and headed home within 20mins.

Words can't describe how thankful I am to John and his towing company. I called late Sunday night desperately needing for someone to tow my Ford transit connect from Brighton to Rhode Island. I had called several other companies who were unwilling to drive that far, but John was more than willing. He showed up promptly in 55 minutes and helped me shovel out my car. He was very kind and compassionate. My vehicle was transported back to RI and John did a great job maneuvering it into a tight parking space. This guy is awesome, if you ever need towing John is your guy trust me!!!

He’s so kindly approached me and offered to put air in my tires. If I ever need towing or roadside assistance I will definitely be calling superior towing and recovery from now on!

On Easter Night My truck battery died, I was stuck on a side of the road with my four kids I made five phone calls to other towing companies. No one wanted to help us. I made one more phone call before deciding to give up and sleep in my truck for the night. John answered and came within 20 minutes I am so grateful I made it home safely with his help. Superior Towing is a professional/ friendly service. They had to pull my car out of my garage without being able to thrown it into neutral. They got the dolly under the wheels and pulled the vehicle out from the garage with less than a quarter inch to spare on either side. A real magic act. I was very impressed!!

I was stopped at a cross section and he showed up out of nowhere and helped! He so graciously towed me to a local gas station and ensured I was able to get where I needed to go!! I would highly recommend him for his professionalism, his service and his willingness to help.

After receiving terrible customer service from Mags Towing and still didn’t receive a tow, I decided to try these guys out. And boy that was a great decision! Communication that you need, service that you can rely on, and professionalism that is outstanding. My new go to tow service for sure.

There are said to be about a million words in the English language but not one adequately describes John from superior towing. I broke down on the highway and had to leave my vehicle. A mile into my walk John passes and pulls over and asks if I need a tow. He saw my vehicle and assumed that it was mine. He could have kept going but didn't. I had no money until payday and he held it for me until then. I wasn't charged extra even though he held it. If it wasn't for John and the state police had to have it towed I don't think I would ever had been able to afford to get it out of wherever they towed it to. Anyway, save his number in your phone and make him your first call. You'll be happy that you did!!
