I’ve been coming here for almost a decade, a review is well overdue. I don’t know how I found this establishment, but I’ve not gone anywhere else since then. Everyone is great here, customer service is superb. They are detailed, caring, patient. Sean is the best, I deal with him the most but no matter who you engage with you will be satisfied. Quality work by quality people. Not to mention they have to best coffee station and waiting area I’ve ever seen! Love Ken’s.

I have gotten a few oil changes and all my tires replaced at Ken’s. I’ve always felt like I’ve gotten honest and fair pricing, along with feeling comfortable that I’m not being upsold on services that I don’t need. It can be intimidating to bring your car in for services as a woman who really doesn’t know anything about cars, but I’ve never felt uncomfortable at Ken’s. Thank you for all you do!

Really awesome experience! I own a local repair shop but needed a service that we don’t provide. When I asked around about who could help me, the resounding answer was “Ken’s Auto!!” The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I was also able to get right in and out which was really convenient. Thanks to the whole crew over at Ken’s!!

My wife was taking my truck on a weekend trip to Pennsylvania and I needed an axle replaced on it. Ken's got my truck in the next day on short notice to replace the axle. They made my wife extremely happy for her girls trip and gave me peace of mind that they would get there and back safely. Thank you guys!!!

06/24 Had my oil changed at Kens for 11am they took me right in, my 2nd time going to Kens all i can say is very courteous people working there and very honest. Kens will be my place for my car service.

Local car guys fixing cars for local people. Really nice waiting area (the whole place is clean). Fair pricing. I've had them work on 2 of my vehicles. Will return.

Ken's Automotive is AMAZING! I have been bringing my car here for over a year and am always so impressed with their automotive care and customer service. Today I was able to get in for an urgent car repair AND they were able to drive me to and from work! My car was fixed and driving perfectly by my lunch break. Great place to bring your vehicle for any serious problems. This is a family run business. The owner and his wife are always there to make sure your needs are met. The technicians will do everything possible to find and fix any problem you have. Much better experience than waiting at a dealership.

I have been coming to Kens Automotive for a couple years now, they have done work on my Ford Mustang and also my Jeep Wrangler. There work is always amazing and they are always available to help with any questions I might have, or wanting an estimate for a certain repair. I have also recommended them to family and friends. They said that they knew how to work on Ford's, front to back and top to bottom. In my experience, they were spot on. They communicated well. They were well-organized. Most importantly, my truck runs like new again. I highly recommend them.

5 stars for the 3 people whom we spoke with including the mechanic. They genuinely seemed like they cared. Balise couldn't seem to find the problem. Charged 96.00 for appx. 1.5 hours of diagnostics. Acceptable. They believe they found the problem. Set date for next week to fix the problem as they were closing up. Will edit this review when they finish the job. We may be switching mechanics soon....all of our cars..

It's refreshing to find an honest mechanic who you can trust. Their prices are very reasonable and they make recommendations without "selling" their work to you. They also recommend a timeline to fix things that aren't considered safety issue when finances are a little tight. Wish I found this place years sooner but glad a coworker recommended them! I now recommend Ken's to anyone looking for a great mechanic!

Ken's Is The Best Mechanic Shop I've Ever Been To! The Owner Ken Himself Is Always There And Greets His Customers By Names..He Will Not Fix A Issue Unless It Needs To Be Done Then And There..When I First Went To Ken's Honda Had Told Me I Needed Brand A New Brake Set Up On Both Sides And It Would Be Around $900 I Didnt Belive It So I Went To Ken's And He Said Let Me See What's Going On..30 Mins Later They Said Ok $45 I Said Huh? Yes All You Needed Was For The Brakes To Be Cleaned And Adjusted! Another Time To Prove His Honesty Was When I Told Him My Front CV Joint Was Going And For Him To Replace It During My Oil Change.I Recieved A Call 30 Mintues Later And Was Told Cars All Done And Your CV Joint Is Fine.Anyone Else Would Of Did The CV Joint And Charged You A Arm And Leg! Also Ken's Employee That Takes Appointments Is Awesome!So If You Are Thinking About Going To Kens.Ethir Give Them A Call And Ask For Lindsey And Tell Her Anthony Mazza Sent You Or Stop in And Do The Same!

I always go to Ken's for my routine oil change and a year and half ago it was suggested I replace my timing belt as maintenance. Ken's auto completed the job and just recently my engine began making a horrendous sound. It turned out my tensioner had failed. I called and spoke to Mike who was extremely helpful. The parts that Ken used were under warranty and they replaced my entire timing kit with no questions asked. Thank you so much everyone for your honest work Cheryl C (Honda Crosstour)

I worked with Ken on an inspection for a used truck I wanted to buy, and he was great. Not only did he do a thorough inspection and explain everything to me, he reviewed the inspection of another truck that I had inspected at a different repair shop and gave me his recommendation on which was the better truck. Plus, he did the inspection in less than 24 hours notice, commenting that he appreciates that folks typically need to get inspections done quickly. I highly recommend Ken's shop, and would definitely have them service my vehicles.

Ken is very professional and 100% honest with you. Ken has been my mechanic for about 15 years and is now my whole family's go to mechanic for anything.. Great guy and very reasonable prices

This place is a huge ripoff! I took my husband's car here and was told it would cost over $2000.00 to fix the car. The biggest disappointment is that we were told the water pump needed to be replaced, and that the coolant was completely empty. When my husband sent me the itemized list of things to be done there was hundreds of dollars in "diagnostic fees." I was furious and called my favorite auto mechanic on Center Street in Ludlow.. hint..it ends in faze... they looked at the car, fixed the ball joint, and we were told that the water pump was fine! I love them, they are always honest, and are never looking to rip anyone off! It's now been over six months and the water pump is still running great, and the car has not overheated or had any issues. I am shocked that we were lied to by the mechanic and that Ken backed him up. The best part is that the car had been looked at a few months prior to this and was only recommended about $450.00 in work. When I asked how this could change so suddenly they said the car hadn't been in there in almost a year, but they didn't realize they were looking at my car and not his! SHADY! Also, on a funny side note, I had an oil change on my SUV and the sticker stated I needed to come back at 80,000 miles. My car has 31,000 miles and I just recently had an oil change. The mechanic who did my oil change was pretty amused.

Expecting I needed a couple of new tires. Ken evaluted my current tires and said they just needed to be sealed around the rims. Was nice to find someone for my tire needs that's not trying to rip you off. That's the right way to build a business. He definitely earned my business.

I was looking for a reliable tire installer in Wilbraham, MA area and stopped by Ken's shop. I was pleasantly surprised with a very professional and friendly service as well as very reasonable rate, speed, and attention to detail. Ken and the techs addressed every concern I had. I highly recommend this shop for any auto repair.

Recently I was passing through Springfield when my car began overheating. I was not familiar with the area and found Ken based on his awesome google reviews. I am very lucky to have found this shop. Ken was able to look at my car really quickly and helped out with everything I needed to make a terrible inconvenience much better. ( He even let us wait inside his shop with my 95 lbs dog) Not to mention offering to store my car inside because I had a kayak on the roof, which gave me peace of mind. Ken's staff was helpful and courteous, giving me complementary shuttle service and assisting me in finding my way home to Albany NY. As for the work Ken's provided prompt quality service, replacing the water pump and timing belt on my car at a very reasonable price. If you live in the area make Ken's Automotive your shop. If you are passing through and need prompt, reliable, and reasonably priced work do yourself a favor and take your car to Ken's Automotive Repair.

ken is an awesome mechanic. he is committed to his business and therefore committed to his customers. i had a difficult job, and ken stood by his work, doing multiple repairs after the initial repair was complete - he is a very nice man working very hard to build a solid business. i recommend him without reservation
