Seeing I was in Westfield yesterday I stopped at Auto-Zone to get some brake-pads for my 04 Honda CRV Jareth was my autozoner. The next day I had called to see about a possible new caliper? Jareth was on the line, He told me, I had a credit I had forgotten to return a core a few years ago. I want to thank Jareth for his honesty and taking that extra step to help me out.
Jareth (at least I think that’s his name) was at the counter when I came in and asked for help with my battery. I knew I needed a new one when I realized mine was smoking and leaking battery acid. I do mobile phlebotomy for work and was only in the Westfield area because I had a patient over there. I stopped in and asked to purchase the battery, but since I was working at the time I needed to install it right then and there. Jareth stated that since they were short staffed and busy, they wouldn’t be able to help me install the battery but would allow my bf and I to use their cart of tools to do it in the parking lot. We ran into some issues and had asked an employee who had just arrived for help with removing the battery. He sent Jareth outside and he helped us to remove the battery himself and get the new one in too. I greatly appreciate the service I received here and will be returning whenever I need auto parts in the Westfield area. Thank you!!!

They have the best price that I could find for an AGM car battery. friendly and courteous. They installed the battery at no extra charge.The person who installed the battery was very nice. If you're going there to have a battery replaced they suggest going between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m..
I was just at Auto zone in Westfield on Main St. the two gentleman working were absolutely Amazing, Walter went above and beyond to help me get windshield wiper blades for my 2002 Ford F250 not only did he help me pick them out he also helped to put the wiper blades on due to the fact that the arthritis in my hands is horrible. He took the time to come out and put the wiper blades on my truck for me.
I highly recommend Auto Zone in Westfield.
I will not shop anywhere from my auto parts now because of how wonderful the service was here today .
Terrible Customer service. I needed help hoping they’d have the right tools to get a screw to come off so that I could put a liscense plate cover on. Kid looked at me confused and hesitant when asking. He came out barely put effort into getting it off and told me to get lube and different screws with a look like I was dumb... I was appalled… Went to O’reillys and they were so nice to take a look and came out and got it off with the right tool and patience with perfect and nice customer service👌🏼

Went to the westfield store today and explained my problem with a fuel filter on my F350 diesel. The clerk was very understanding of my situation and took care of my problem. I will be a regular AutoZone customer from now on.
went to the autozone in westfield today and i was pleased with the pleasantness and helpfulness from Dave and the other employees. i had gone in for a new battery for my car, they where quick to help me find the correct battery for my car, not a bad price as well. you get what you pay for. when installing the new battery into my car that was badly damaged, corroded and rusted they went out of their way to clean everything up and get the old battery out and the new battery in correctly. i am so thankful for their help.
Terrible! Called and was on hold for 15 minutes before I proceeded to drive there and was still on hold when I got there. There was 1 person in the store. They come on the phone and say they are sorry they are very busy. I tell the guy I'm the one on hold and there is no one in the store. He says "oh sorry." He was slurring his words and looked like he was sleeping. I'm pretty sure he was high. I will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. Go to Advance Auto they were very helpful and their service is alot faster and they are more knowledgeable.
Used to not like this location but they have been better. Gotta pick and choose a bit. Been having trouble with some of the other places around tho so I'll be back.
This is a good store, a lot of knowledgeable staff, the ability to work on your car in their parking lot is a plus. There is usually only one cashier working at a time, but other than that I've always had a good experience.
Staff friendly, while the girls had no clue what to do until the guy came out to show them they were able to install my new battery for my car, no complaints here!

Have been going to this Auto Zone for parts when needed and they have pretty much everything I need. Free check engine light is helpful. Employees are nice.
Young girl help me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about batteries and she got me a very fair price for it also.this old retired part time mechanic was impressed .
Always terrible bo disrespect but these people ask my if my cars four wheel drive when u order tires lol they just dont have alot of people that know what they r doing
Good store large stock of items however were out of numerous auto bulbs I needed though for a common vehicle. Lots of staff and helpful

Very good people working at that autozone a specially the ones that were there today 1/21/17 at 6.00 pm 3 guy helped with finding the right tool that was going to get the rest of my spark plug from the engine that was stuck in the engine, they knew exactly what tool to use when I told them about the problem and of course it worked!!!!! Thank you guys you guys helped me a lot!!!!
