We needed a long haul tow from Pittsfield, Massachusetts to Philadelphia and used our AAA membership. Lewis turned up within two hours and our car was delivered safe and sound five hours later. I cannot tell you how grateful we were to have Lewis take care of us. He was very professional, friendly and handled the car as if it was his own. I can honestly recommend this firm to anyone in dire straits they go above and beyond! Thank you Lewis you really are the bestest!!!

Horrible people, rude and way too expensive! The fluffy ginger dude behind the desk gave me the worst attitude telling me to look him in the eyes while he was talking to him and telling me if i didnt show him more respect he would jack up my prices. I was being compliant but this guy was being so disrespectful. I hope he gets fired for how he treated me, he deserves nothing better. 5 years later and this guy still makes me mad... I'd rather stay stranded in a ditch than be helped by them.

The woman that works at the desk is one of the cruelest people I do not understand how someone could be so strangely mean and work in the service industry my mother came home so emotionally distraught because she was so rude and horrible to her. Why would you work in a place where people are already in stress and then treat someone like that right after christmas? She should be fired asap.

Only 4 stars because I still don’t get why a flatbed would be sent for an 01’ Toyota Corolla and feel the cost was a bit too much, HOWEVER, it doesn’t reflect on the service or driver, which deserved 5 stars. He handled my old car with great care, was timely, and very polite at a time I was barely able to keep my cool, they no fault of his own. Shawn I believe was the mans name. Younger man, seemed Hispanic or possibly Italian, not sure, but that guy’s people skills can bring him places in my opinion. He remains focused and professional while my own mind was going bezel! He should get a raise or promotion in my personal opinion as I’ve had some tow truck drivers jerk me around.

Jesus was fantastic! He made a fantastic impression with what could had been a disastrous end of a bachelorette weekend! We broke down in Blandford and he towed us to Agawam. He was kind, funny, professional, and helped us through the whole process! Thank you, for all you did for a bunch of stranded ladies!!

They were Excellent! Christmas Eve we had to get our Jeep towed and they were the only ones that were open (even though all of the other Towing Companies websites said they were open 24 hrs/7 days a week. Interstate Towing was quick, efficient, friendly and professional. The guy who drove the tow truck had such a pleasant personality and a sunny disposition as well. I highly recommend Interstate Towing!!

Our car was damaged while parked on Interstate’s Westfield lot. We tried to reach out to the owner, but he refused to take responsibility for the financial loss incurred to us. He says “it’s no different than having your car parked at Walmart, it’s not my problem” Actually, I beg to differ. First of all, I had absolutely no control WHERE the vehicle was parked, whereas at a grocery store parking lot, I do. The yard was gated and I could do nothing about how, or where they chose to park my vehicle. Second, and perhaps most important, when Interstate temporarily assumes the ownership of your vehicle, the consumer can expect, at the very least that his property will be safe from damage, theft, break-ins. This company is unprofessional, and unsafe.

blew a tire on the mass turnpike this afternoon & called interstate towing for help with a tow to the nearest rest area, they were there within 30 minutes of me calling on a sunday & got my partner & i off the busy highway to the rest area so we could have a safe spot to change my tire. definitely recommend to anyone who needs a tow

So my experience was Hell and stressful. They only accept cash in person and that made getting my car back from them problematic. THAT BEING SAID.. I went in person with what I had and pleaded with them and they did make me a very satisfactory deal. Hence the 4 stars and not a 1. My advice is try working with them nicely and maybe things will be worked out if you're having problems with them.

Tim was great. He arrived much sooner than our quoted 90 minute wait time and had us back in our car in less than 5 minutes.

Beware, the workers will add in there own prices with no explanation. I called the day before and they gave me a price on my vehicle and said it would be $35 extra a day on top of that total. The total jumped up over $100 in one day because of a unknown charge. I asked dispatch to explain and he hung up on me. No one could tell me why. I paid cash and the kid said he has no change to give back.

Unfortunately had to get my car towed due to registration lapse, however the driver I forgot to get his name but driver 328 truck 472 deserves praise, he kept the talk on the way back to drop my car off cheerfully and funny, made a bad situation for me way better then if it just been a quit ride back, just want to thank him for keeping my head in a good place and being super nice! I hope you pass this along too him that he really did help keep me in good spirit, I say I'd love to use you guys again but hopefully that isnt necessary but if you do have to get towed hopefully your driver is as cool as he was, truly grateful!

I've always strongly disliked towing companies from previous experiences. Even having tons of friends in the industry, I've never liked the business. Yesterday though...Nick from the Westfield branch completely changed my perception. We called tripple AAA because my starter went on my truck. Needed it towed to a different property so I could repair it. Nick showed up way early than expected which was awesome. Now where my truck was located was down an icy, steep, declined driveway. Right off the bat I knew this was going to be hit or miss if he was able to get it out. He voiced his concerns aswell and kept it very real with me. Thankfully he had the knowledge, will and skill to make this happen! I was extremely impressed that he was able to do it, the professional manner he did it under and thanked him several times. He also gave me a lift back to the other property and we had some great conversation. Nick is the man and I couldn't have been happier with the job well done! This man needs a raise. He's an invaluable asset to the company. This is exactly the type of person I would want working for me in any business venture. Thanks again Nick and God bless!

This place has a special place in my heart for they were involved in towing my electric bikes when I was being harassed for political reasons and the tow,l guy looked up at the cop with the look of disgust and anger because he knew I was being harassed and doesn't have any interest in getting money from what he saw was a bad situation. Thank God the Westfield chief of police caught the other tow company stripping cars by the river and this place was born, they are clean polite professional and honest.

KEENAN did a great job handling the dispatch and making sure that I was safe. After a very stressful afternoon I have restored faith that there are still good people out there doing there jobs well and going above and beyond what is expected. LEWIS was my towing specialist, he was courteous and knowledgeable, and I felt like I was getting advice from a good friend. Interstate is lucky to have him,as a great employee 👏 as a women out on the road I felt very safe and cared for. Got my car stuck in the snow; they answered the phone right away and had someone out within a half hour. He didn’t wanna get stuck himself so he physically pushed my car out. $125 was the quoted price and he stuck to it. I’ll have to be more careful next time, but glad they responded so quickly.

We are from Manchester Ct. and broke down just over the Mass. state line on 84 E/B. Interstate responded through Triple A. I was impressed with the response time, professionalism and how helpful, understanding and friendly the operator was. Outstanding job Interstate!!

Ran out of gas this am at 530 am on way to work on a dark road in the boonies with just about no cell service. I couldn't tell them the road i was on so gave the call taker coordinates. She put the call in. 2 min later (interstate towing) called and said they'd be there in 45 min. 18 minutes later the tow arrived. Gave me gallon of gas which was 5 dollars. That's the only problem i had with this situation. Guy was great. Very nice. Instead of getting to work an hr late i was only 11 minutes late. Recommend Interstate towing. Very reliable and quick in my situation. Thanks Interstate Towing!!

I blew a flat, had no spare so I called triple A. They told me it would be about an hour wait which is typical. I was stunned when about 15mins later, if that, an interstate towing truck arrived. Fastest service Tow service ever had. I’ve dealt with interstate several times their guys are always friendly, very helpful, and either beat triple As time estimates or arrive right on schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a tow service.

Billy the driver was awesome! Such a nice guy. Skilled at his job. Great customer service. I was not in the greatest mood bc of the car troubles. He was kind and considerate, listening and good "car side manner" a gem of an employee. Deserves a raise.

Very quick response time and our driver Ricky was very courteous, outgoing, and held a good conversation which is hard to find these days. I highly reccomend him and will specifically ask for hin if I ever have any future tows.

17 year old. Horrible customer service, ridiculous pricing for a tow. I live up in the hilltowns, so it was assumed to be a pricey tow. But the hassle I went through to pay for it was not worth while. I asked the lady at the front desk how much my tow was going to be and she said $308 I went to the bank, and came back with the amount she told me. She then proceeded to give me a $418 bill. So I used their atm and spent my last dollar to get horrible customer service. A lengthy review but if I had a choice, I wouldn't have gotten my car towed here due to front desk lady who cant answer simple questions a 17 year old girl who just crashed her car asked.

Facility was nice looking but was waiting for almost 2 hours to get my truck and they refused to give it to me. Had to go home call their main office before i was able to drive back to them over 30 min one way. And was finally able to get my legal driving vehicle

I have never had such rude customer service in my life. The lady that worked at the desk didn’t even get up when we were asking us questions. She just continued to yell at me about I need to have all my information before doing anything. HOWEVER the crew staff that works on the cars has never been MORE helpful.
