There are few businesses which cater to customers the old fashion way with respect and kindness. Prices are similar to other auto parts stores but service is excellent and precise. A pleasure to know these people.

Best parts store in western Mass. Huge inventory, if they don’t have something usually it’ll be in by the next morning. Very loyal to their customers. Old time customer service where they consider the customer important even if it’s not convenient for them.

Talk to Pete when you get there and you'll never get the wrong part but you will get the right part for a noticeably less Price than the other places this place is great I've been going there for years

I've been going to Westfield Auto Parts for over 25 years. The main reason is that the guys at the counter are true "parts guys." They don't rely on what the computer says, if you come on with some bizzare part from some obscure vehicle, they actually do the research to find what you need. Having the machine shop right there is also an added bonus.

They always have the parts, if they don't have the parts they can locate it fast, the only thing the prices are a little more up there than others places but it a great place to shop for parts.

Westfield auto is the best place to get parts in Westfield. You can get engines rebuilt as well as rotors re-machined, most knowledgeable staff and the best prices. If you can't find something somewhere they have it.
