*** responding to your reply. I could see where we made the mistake of installing it ourselves and I can take the responsibility that we possibly made an Error in the installation. But don’t lie and say you didn’t ignore me because I was in two different chats and no one ever responded back. Maybe you guys were still in the “line “but never responded . So don’t lie . *** The delivery of the seatbelt was fast and we installed with no problem. The reason I’m Giving one star is because the seatbelt stopped working again I was stuck at the store for an hr trying to get the seatbelt to work but it wouldn’t pull long enough so I could put it on. During this time I was texting for customer service trying to get help just kept getting the run around and just decided to drive home without a seatbelt when I told him that he just stopped texting me. Never again will I work with this company

What a great company! My seatbelt stopped retracting. I was quoted all sorts of crazy prices to replace or repair it. But I did some Googling and found these folks. It was all efficient, friendly, and well priced. My repaired seatbelt came back within a week.

I have not actually used Safety Restore for their seat belt repair services, and I certainly won't be, based on my experience with their customer service. I contacted the company in October to request sample swatches of their seat belt webbing colors to help me decide which color to order. I was assured my information was received and the swatches would be shipped out that very day. It is now nearly December, and I have still not received the samples. I followed up with their team a couple of times via text messages to ask if they still intended to ship them, but my messages have been met with complete silence. If a company cannot extend the courtesy of sending out a simple, pre-sale item like a color swatch—which they promised to ship immediately—and then completely ignores follow-up questions from a potential customer, I have zero confidence in their ability to handle a paid service reliably. Their failure to provide basic customer service and keep a simple promise indicates a total lack of respect for the customer's time. If they can't be trusted to send out a swatch, how can they be trusted to return my vital seat belt parts in a timely and professional manner? I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Everything a company should be: quality work, quick turnaround, good communication. We had an SRS module reset, and it works perfectly. Then we had to send the driver's seatbelt to also be reset, and again everything was done quickly and accurately.

Safety Restore redid my seatbelts in orange for me and they look amazing in my car. Their communication was great and the turnaround time was super fast. I'll be using them again in the future for my other vehicles.

I needed to have a set of seatbelts checked out and have the color of the belt changed. Absolutely great company to deal with. They answered all my questions and made it easy to send my belts in. They were super quick with the turnaround on them which was great. The quality of work and materials were also really good. Even the price was good.If you need your seatbelts fixed up definitely get a hold of safety restore.

Outstanding service! Driving older model vehicle, no OEM, no aftermarket. Junkyards and eBay for seatbelt bad option and no availability. These guys did a VERY quick turnaround, even with shipping. Completely like new. Would absolutely use them again!

Awesome service! I shipped out my black seatbelts and got them in red, everything was done quickly and they look great. (I was getting an error message after reinstalling them, but after communicating with safety restore they advised me to recheck the connection based on the warning light I was getting and they were right one of the connections was loose.)

I shipped in my drivers side shoulder belt that had been in an accident and would not retract properly. I received it back promptly (much appreciated) since I could not drive the vehicle without a seat belt. It has worked perfectly for at least six months. Thank You

Gotta say these guys definitely know what they are doing and turn around time is also fast! I run a auto repair shop in Hawaii. I used Safety Restore few times in the past years for seat belt repairs and air bag module reset. Got back my seat belt and they work great every time!! Thumbs up to the crews!!!!!

They did an amazing job on my Porsche 997 seatbelt rewebbing from black to red. The color and material is top notch. The turnaround was very fast and they have excellent communication and customer service. It looks so good I’m sorry I waited this long to get it done.

They did a great job at replacing the belt's webbing and repairing the retracting mechanism. Now my belts go back in smoothly, easily, and fast. Before they were sluggishly slow and sometimes just hung out like a large man working out for the first time! The color was a near perfect match to the originals, too. I'm pleased.

Communication is horrible. There's a text line and a an online chat feature. Chat seems convenient until you talk to 4 different people and none have access to you previous chat you never closed. The text line is a joke. And absolute waste of time . Context....I have a 2012 Cts V and needed my front belt retractors serviced. Contacted the company and told them I was familiar with that setup i had (phases). They billed for detractors and I sent them in. Got everything back quickly and installed. My original codes were there and a still 2 others. So I reached out and I was told about the lower anchor pretensions. Not a huge deal even though id specifically asked what id need to send in. I was even offered a savings due to the miscommunication...which wasnt honored by the next rep. Either way...So I pulled and sent them in. Those too came back quickly. I installed and still had 2 codes for the retractors. I contacted again with my issue via phone call, chat and text. Gave the codes to the tech and was told to send them back to have them checked. I then asked if I should send them all back to which the response was "No, codes are for the belt side". Next day aired them on a Thursday. I text and chatted 9 times monday-friday asking details and was ignored or brushed off. Text line never responded till I called and talked with someone that had me on hold for 18 minutes. Which is probably when they finally checked the belts. I ohmd them at 1.9 and the system required 2.3-2.7 . I am told that the retractors are good and the codes were for the anchor pretensioners. At this point im over it all and ask why they wouldn't prioritize getting these tested and back to me and got no response. After much talking with chat and excuses from text line after customer service hit them up they sent my belts back. 1 still is exactly the same but they did correct the passenger side. Luckily I found 1 available through gm and got it handled but im now $249.97 invested for initial belt retractor cost, 140 for shipping, days of time and a new unit from gm just to still have one messed up unit and the text line not responding again. I dont like chargebacks but it seems that noone wants to talk so ill persue any means necessary as I feel the proverbial ball was dropped and im due at least my money back for one of these belts. Use caution. These are not the only people available for this type of repair. Hell the factory replacement was $5 less.

I discovered Safety Restore through Google and later found them on eBay—what a fantastic company to work with! I own a 981 Guards Red Boxster and had been wanting matching seatbelts for a long time. They picked up the phone right away when I had questions and even sent me a free sample packet of belt colors. True to their word, they turned the job around in just one day. Seat belts arrived in excellent refurbished / renewed webbing condition. They even stitched in the OEM part number / seat belt tags for that extra touch of OEM look. I sent 2 tripple stage seat belts in to get repair as they were locked from an accident. I got them back and the steel body brackets were bent up on both of them. Only reason I would think they would have bent them was to install the cheesy taper headed screws in place of a spot weld. The screws at the head hang out. I do not think the mfg would consider this a good repair. I can't even bolt the seat belts back into the bronco due to how bad they bent the bodies. They will not respond to emails or phone calls.

I ordered a belt replacement with color match. Safety Restore did an amazing job. I'm restoring an old Mazda RX-7. Of all the repairs I've made, this has to be the most satisfying.

Just received my black with Red edging seat belt. It gives my car a little pop instead of the all black interior. Just what I was looking for! Stitching is done very well so quality is there. I noticed the plastic caps are in the wrong spot so when the passenger belt retracts it doesn't go all the way back to its return. Little hiccup in the shipping department. I'm outside of Chicago Illinois and I paid for priority mail but arrived five days later than expected. Then when I got my package in the mail they ended up shipping another customer's package with mine so the Nebraska customer will have to wait an extra three days from when I received mine.

Had my seat belts restored for my 1967 chevelle by safety restore. Shipping was easy. Great communication with emails and texts. Knowledgeable service reps. Excellent craftmanship. Fast turnaround. Totally satisfied and would defiantly recommend!!!
