Good customer service , the work they do is durable and their prices are decent.
However when I bring my car in for service whether it is brakes, tune up ,oil change ect. My vehicle is in their shop from around 8 am to about 3:30 pm and without them also informing you if your vehicle is ready for pick up or not. I have personally went to pick up my vehicle multiple times around their closing time because no one has informed me my car was ready for pick up. Along with having to wait at least 10 minutes to get the receipt for “ work the have done all day” personally I prefer to pay a little more money to have a job done in a decent time and with a little more communication with the customer. I will not be coming back.
This shop does it all , I was told by another shop giving my car an oil change that my cv joint was worn out, but as the mechanic at R&S looked, it was in good shape. They found my strut was basically unattached, and the other side wasn't much better. I also found out they deal in tires. Unfortunately, I had mine put on somewhere else. Next time, I'll be going to R&S for tires, too

Need a affordable quick oil change, come here? Car sounds funny, they got you. They are super friendly. Got a TV, marker and board for kids. Kept the waiting area warm.
We have had brake service, etc. done on 2 cars at R & S Automotive twice within the last month and their service work has been excellent. Prices are reasonable as well. Make R & S your one-stop service provider. You won't be sorry.
Hands down the place to go if you want good work completed. Owner is honest and reasonable and willing to work with customers to help out. A couple years ago he let me park my Mazda there while I came up with the money to replace a head gasket. Never charged me for the “storage fee” If you’re looking for someone who will make you feel comfortable and not have that feeling of being ripped off, this is the place to go!
Just picked up my Jeep which was in dire need of service. I must say that I am more than pleased with R&S! Their service, helpfulness, parts and labor were top notch exceptional. I’ll be back!
I have been going to R&S since I moved to Orange over 7 years ago. They have been good to me so far. Although I think they can't wait until I get rid of my 2002 Dodge Ram 150 rust bucket. I hope to move on from it come February 2024, but they keep it going for me. I would recommend them to my friends .
Awesome garage my wife has been looking for a mechanic for awhile now and was recommended RnS automotive prices are awesome and they do such a good job. They tell you what's wrong they keep in touch with you. This is one garage that isn't out to nickel and dime you by telling you false things that your car doesn't need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RnS automotive..
This is my go-to repair shop now. I'm able to get appointments sooner, the work is top notch, and the cost of repairs is very reasonable. They replaced an engine for me, and charged me exactly what they quoted me - when does that ever happen on a complicated repair like an engine swap? With 3 kids and a wife who all drive used cars, they get all my business.
If you like getting screamed at and then hung up on by the owner for simply asking when your car will be worked on after it being there for a week after your appointment with no actual response then this is the place to go to. This business needs to understand that they are not the only one with responsibilities and commitments.

Nothing but the best people down to Earth and will not rip you off I have recommended them to friends. one had a quote from a different repair shop for over $1,300 they got it done Here for under $300. This Just shows you he is a honest small business doing the best for the Community
I haven’t been in the area too long. I had an emergency situation happen at 4 in the afternoon. Called these guys and dropped my truck at 445ish. They hung around after they closed at 5 to size up the problem and then had it fixed early the next morning. They are friendly, funny, very knowledgeable in their craft, and extremely fairly priced. I will be giving all my work to them in the future and I highly recommend you do the same!
Good sense of humor when I called asking if they could get my car fixed in the next day or two. But they did squeeze me in even though they were booked. Price was better than most places would have charged. It wasn't a complicated repair yet what I saw was a trustworthy shop.
New to the area, heard good reviews of R&S through internet and fire fighters in the area. Lived up to their expectation. Fast, convenient and super friendly. Will return!
Got a new plow installed this week. First time I’ve been to R&S. Sean was an honest guy, performed the install in a few hours, and had 110% fair pricing—cheaper than his original quote. Even though the shop closed at 5 he stayed late to show me how to properly disconnect/reconnect and operate the plow. Great experience Exceptional service. I highly recommend R&S. They go above and beyond. I’ll be back for all my truck services from now on.
I have nothing but good things to say about Shawn and Mike at R&S Automotive. Dealing with car problems is never a pleasant time, but having honest, knowledgeable, and respectful mechanics really help things go as smoothly as possible. I went in with a check engine light thinking it could be ECM failure. Turned out my car battery was just on its very last leg. During all testing and repairs, Shawn and Mike were more than helpful, kind, and attentive. They shared their knowledge with me as well and made sure I understood more about what was happening with my car. I have never had such a positive experience with another automotive repair shop before. Even if I had needed to spend a lot more money to replace my ECM, I would still be writing this positive review because of the excellent service I received. They really seem to care about their customers. I have now found my new regular mechanics and I will never use another shop as long as I live in this area. 5 star service. Would definitely recommend.
Acts as if he cares of customers concerns but acts like a child when he forgot to add a deductible to the charges. Would have paid the difference when it was realized after talking to adjuster who oversaw the claim as I'm an honest person but instead owner had his employee hang up on me. SAD! Must not realize communication is what his business will either strive or fail from....
I've been there for two different repairs on my car and both times I've been very happy. They are very honest and helpful with advice as to what can be done for your car. Highly recommend! ??
Although, me and the mechanic had a difference of opinion over bill and what was quoted, he made good on his word plus fixed my car and is working good. Seems to be an honest man if he thinks something will cost you to much and you don't really need it fixed he will tell you. Just suggest that if you get a quote for something have it in writing.
