Place is a joke what ever happened to customers come first? I went in there was one person in front of me he asked what i needed i said i needed them to scan my car. While im waititng theres 3 other employess that all just continued on stocking the shelves. I gave them a few minutes went outside came back in and they still never stopped to help thatll be the last time i go there..
I stopped in for a crush gasket for an oil drain plug, and the employee behind the counter was very helpful and made sure I got the exact part I needed. He couldn’t find it at first but continued searching until he found it. I was impressed at the effort he put for a part costing $1.50.
2 people behind the counter helping 1 customer. I waited. Finally made eye contact and asked if I needed help. Yes I can't find valve cleaner. His response aisle 6. Yes, I was in aisle 6 I can't find it. Crickets!! No joke I'm trying to help my husband who is blind. I told him that and still crickets. I'll order online from now on. Thanks for the great customer service!
Really nice employees the manager took the heavy battery from my car and when I went back to get the new one the gentleman brought it back in my car that was so nice service thank you
I had never been to O'Reilly before yesterday, but I am thoroughly impressed. I stopped in to get my battery checked after a jump start. They were fairly busy, but I only waited a few minutes before a friendly gentleman waited on me, then checked my battery. I needed a new one, of course! My fault. He was able to show me my battery choices with accurate pricing without delay and long story short, I paid, my new battery was installed, and I was back on the road in about 15 minutes. I regret not getting the gentleman's name, but he was courteous, friendly, able, and efficient. A combination we don't often see in the world these days. I also found the price to be more than fair. They did not charge for the installation, and I paid a lot more for a battery at a local garage over six years ago! Again, thoroughly impressed and also grateful for the treatment I received.
Went in for windshield wipers because the last ones I got from Advanced Auto Parts weren't the right fit and they flew off on the highway. A young lady helped me and was super sweet and informative. Knew exactly what she was doing! Definitely recommend 👍
Friendly great service had to get a tie rod clerk opened up both packages to compare one from car and one from box. The price of tie rod was great to recommend the store in orange mass.
Local staple with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am ecstatic for the ease of access to this establishment and I am looking forward to going back soon.
Always awesome staff and always have what I need at fair price. Also great physical store to check out for odds and ends or to get out of the house. I would only go to other autoparts store if it was suggested by OR staff
I need to replace my battery. I sent my son in to see if the had in stock. They did. The guy that worked was very nice. He put the battery in for me. I just wish i would have gotten his name. The other place i went was expecting my 15 year to do it. I know where i will be going for now on. I recommend O'Reilly if you need anything for your vehicle. Very nice staff.
They usually have what u need in stock if for some reason they dont they will have it by the next day for you but generally have all basic parts for cars and trucks atleast 1 basic in stock
Whenever I call for a part, they usually have one or two in stock. If they dont have it, they get it shipped in the next day. Mike is always very pleasant to deal with but the other employees are always super helpful as well.
Has most of the stuff you need prices are pretty bad tho, but for the most part they do a good job of getting you the right stuff or at least ordering it 4 u
Good location and associates.. Bold of them to open this location with a Walmart behind them and a Napa auto + advanced auto parts within 5 miles of them
Clean, well lit, fully stocked, good prices and (almost as important) staff is always nice and helpful. It sneaks up on you when you're coming from athol though. The parking lot and sign are kind of tucked back by a corner.
