If I could give 0 stars I would have they are horrible I'm still waiting for the down payment back and I guess court is the only option left to do! I would not recommend this place ! Still waiting for my $3700 back to court in march 😞 crazy

Took me in for an oil change last minute when they did not need to. All were very nice and got it done as fast as possible. Nice business ☺️

We had bought a truck at Sonia's through Mike. It was a used truck.There was a problem with the truck after a year and had no warranty on it and Mike made it good. He put us in a newer truck and went above and beyond to help us out. Mike made the deal go smoothly and fast. Jeff was also wonderful. Jeff was willing to go above and beyond for us also. Jeff as I can see is an asset to the company, also want to mention Joe helped out alot too and we are very grateful for all of them.

I must say how unsatisfied I was with the experience I had here. I tried - like really tried - to buy a car here. They were very unresponsive, ran my credit and didn't get back to me. I spoke with the manager but other than excuses and complete silence I have not received anything. I see my messages are all left on read. I spent over 2 weeks to buy a Jaguar vehicle here. But the extremely poor service has put me off this place. They promised communication but never got back to me multiple times over the past few weeks. I am quite dissatisfied. At least they are consistent in experience (from reading other reviews)

Bad customer service, and a sleazy salesman at the top. Instead of addressing your issues they try to get you into a more expensive vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE GREEDY! AND WILL PUT YOU IN MORE DEBT INSTEAD OF BEING CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! The GM/ Owner will try everything just so that they don't have to fix your vehicle. If you do buy from them, don't say I didn't warn ya!

This place is a complete joke. If you’re looking for unprofessional, dishonest, and quite disrespectful people to deal with, this is the place. The only person that was nice, helpful and honest was Roy. Mike has no consideration for your time and is non responsive when you reach out to him with concerns. We drove over an hour away, multiple times and each time it was honestly just a waste of time. They want to make money off of you and will sell you a piece of crap and if you they promise that they will fix and issues with the vehicle, just know they won’t, you’ll get the car back in the same condition - if not worse. Mike had us come in for an appointment and then had us wait over an hour for him to arrive. They had the car for 3 months and didn’t fix anything that was wrong with it. Most of the time he would leave us on ‘read’ when we’d text him (even multiple texts) and not reply for weeks and doesn’t return calls (unless it beneficial to him). Cars are overpriced. All 3 vehicles we looked at would shake when you drive them - among other issues. These are just a few examples…I could keep going on and on. DON’T waste your time or money. Go somewhere where they’ll treat you with respect.

What an absolute joke of a dealership is all I have to say. If you want to be disrespected and deal with a group of unprofessional individuals this is the place. From one serious customer (not anymore) to another just find another dealership. Take your time, energy and hard earned money somewhere that will actually appreciate your business.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I drove over an hour with the full intention of making a deal, only to be met with a salesman who barely gave me the time of day. The interaction felt rushed and uninterested, like my business wasn’t worth his effort. I was told I’d get a call back with numbers and help finding the right car — but that call never came. I wasn’t just sitting around waiting, either. I called numerous times myself, trying to move forward and even put down a deposit on the vehicle. Each time, I was ignored. No returned calls. No effort. Then when I finally get them to answer the phone they told me it had sold. When I expressed my frustration, instead of an apology or an attempt to make things right, I got a call from the owner himself — who was extremely rude. Rather than taking responsibility, he made it clear that the only thing he cares about is money, not the customers who keep the lights on. He had zero interest in fixing the situation, and his attitude spoke volumes about how this dealership is run. How unprofessional it is to call a customer and yell at them telling them they are in the wrong. And let`s not forget the continued call back harassment after I said I was going to leave a bad review. Just a little advice your reputation means more than any amount of money. For a business that is supposedly trying to overcome a “bad reputation,” (which is one of the first things they told me) this is exactly how you keep one. No communication, lack of follow-through, and a complete disregard for the customer experience. Save your time, energy, and hard-earned money, and take it to a dealership that actually deserves your business. What an absolute joke of a owner and a company.

Bought a new truck from this dealership. After paying the dealership cash agreed on the buyers order. Dealership keeps adding fees refusing to give me the title and keeps asking for more $$.

I recently purchased a 2023 BMW 430i from Michael Vayl at Orange. I did not know that he was the owner/GM of the dealership. The level of client service that was given to me directly from Michael was unprecedented. I have purchased many many cars and this was by far the easiest process. I live several hours away from Orange MA, to top it off, Michael delivered the car to me! It was exactly the way it looked and was described, it was detailed and ready to go. The paperwork took minutes. Its been a couple weeks now and he is still checking in with me to ensure all is going well. Bravo to Michael and his team,,,,again, by far the easiest car buying process I have experienced in several years! You have definitely earned my business!

I drove to my local dealer from Athol Ma. I needed to buy 2 Ram 2500 for my companies. I spoke with Vincent. His knowledge was awful acted kind like a salesmanship way said he would call me with his best price. No call or email for 2days. I called him back and no response. I drove to Salvadore in Garder and had a sales manager Stephen who sold me 2 new Ram2500 and I bought a promaster van as well. My local dealer lost a customer lack of knowledge and no follow up.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Drove 3 hours to pick up my new Jeep, worth every minute. Mike and team were extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to work with us unlike other dealerships. I plan on recommending them to all my family and friends.

Honest easy to work with makes process enjoyable. If you're looking for hard to find low mileage vehicles this is the place from trucks to sport's cars no matter how far of a drive it is for you guaranteed it's worth it ..I drove 6 hours s for my truck and would do it again ...Thanks Mike and to all staff at orange doge Chrysler jeep.

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Mike & Vincent and had a wonderful experience. We were hesitant to buy out of state, but when my husband spoke to Vincent he got a good feeling from him. We decided to drive 4 hours to see the car and meet Vincent. The car was absolutely everything Vincent said it was. We also met Mike who helped us through all the paperwork and figuring out shipping the car to us. The communication was awesome and they ended up delivering it themselves! Mike has made a few calls since our purchase to make sure everything with the car is going well! We will be buying another car from Mike & Vincent!!

Sale went very smoothly, I was dealing with delays from insurance and they helped with transportation, registered, plated and delivered my used car once the paperwork was straightened out. They mentioned they were under new ownership, and the previous owners had a lousy reputation; I see some old reviews that reflect that.

Purchased a used Civic after a long search. Stumbled on Sonia's of Orange through a couple used car sites and they had something that really fit what I was looking for. Worked directly with the owner Michael. The rest of the staff was just as accommodating, friendly and professional as him. Transaction was easy and honest and they handled everything beyond my satisfaction. Will definitely recommend to others and will be the first place I go when I look for another car.

My experience at this dealership was great. Eiren was great. The used car I was purchasing was looked thorough with great detail to make sure the car was safe and ready before they officially gave/sold me the car. I loved that them made sure I was getting a reliable car

Won't go into a long drawn out review but buyer beware. Typical shady dealer tactics at this place, like raising the price during negotiations and a crazy 900 dollar "doc " fee... too bad as I was really interested in the vehicle. I have to give a shout out to Aiden in sales as he was honest and forthcoming with any information I requested.

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland and saved 20% off msrp. Thank you Matt. No pressure and our needs were carefully listened to. Highly recommend. Edit: (Originally 5 stars) A week and a half after the purchase and I still don't have my registration and quite a few of excuses. Never in my life did it take more than 2 days to get a registration transferred! Finally received my registration 14 days after the sale. Registry gives you 7 days to register. Another edit: (was 2 stars) Was told at sale we would get an additional $2,000 off for an affiliate discount, after careful examination of the bill of sale we found they only gave us a $200 rebate! Check your bill of sales people, I am really wondering if this was the best choice of dealerships. Final rating is -10 stars.

Awesome experience purchasing my 2021 Ram 1500 at Sonia’s! Emily was very helpful and kind through the whole process and made what is generally stressful very easy and straight forward. She helped me look at several different options and was very informative with any questions I had. No surprises when it came to the purchase, what we agreed on was honored, timeframe for picking up the truck and the registration being available for the inspection were all done exactly when she told me they would be. All the financing was taken care of for me and ready to just have papers signed when I showed up. The rest of the staff were just as kind, helpful and enthusiastic.
