I was having issues with my battery just in time for a huge snowstorm, and right before I had to drive across the state for college. I called and he said to drive over and he would see what he could do for me. He ended up taking a look and cleaning up the terminals. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and wouldn’t accept any cash— he just told me to have a safe drive back to school. His kindness will stay with me, and I hope I’ll have an opportunity to pay it forward!

Great service! My alternator died and I called around the area looking to get it fixed. Many garages wouldn’t give me an estimate until I brought the car in and they looked at it. The few estimates I got were extremely high except for the one I got from North Andover Auto Computer. Got a fair price and got the job done quick. I picked it up yesterday and am very pleased with the service I got. Will definitely be taking my car back here if I have any more issues!
I had previously been working in Virginia company sent me to North Andover Massachusetts to do a construction job two other mechanics could not find the skip in my truck took it to mark and he found the problem put spark plugs in and one coil was bad the other mechanics did not find problem thanks Mark I appreciate it truck runs like new

Mark was able to diagnose a vibration in the front end of my Mazda3 Sport th@ no one was able to figure out, other mechanics thought it was controll arm/ball joint issue. They were way off! Saved a bunch of $$$

I can't say enough about Mark's diagnostic skills. My trusty Subaru was having a weird intermittent starting issue. It never left me stranded, but sometimes wouldn't start for 10-15 minutes at a time. After two trips to a dealer and two days at another independent mechanic, I was no closer to understanding the problem or finding a solution. Mark patiently and purposefully worked to diagnose and replace a failing sensor and bring my confidence in my car back to 100%. Oh, and he's a nice person also...

I needed a pre-purchase inspection for a car that I was going to buy. I found this place just as closest to the dealership knowing nothing about it except a few reviews. I have been really delighted with the work that Mark did. He investigated a car from top to bottom and gave me a long list of defects which have to be fixed by the dealer. The price was really low .
Now I would like him to make everything for mine and my relatives' cars.
