Bianca and the rest of the team at German Automotive Solutions were fantastic when I had to take my 2023 Mini Countryman in for an oil change and tire rotation.
After a poor experience with a dealerships service center I needed to find an auto shop close by and GAS was my first choice. They are friendly and honest, which is extremely important to me. On top of the services I requested, they also topped off the fluids and performed a multi point inspection.
I haven’t had to utilize their more in depth repair services yet, but I will certainly be back when the need arises.
I was in recently for scheduled maintenance that replaced the spark plugs, cabin air filter, and oil/filter change. They also performed their usual inspection and have been watching a few things for several months and reported that one item was now at the point that it should be replace. The other item they had been tracking could be replaced now or deferred until the next scheduled maintenance. Alex was sensitive to the fact that I have over 189k miles on my 2012 A4. The car is running great, so I plan to keep it a while longer, so I have scheduled the repair of both items. I find them to be excellent mechanics, honest, and fair. Alex has never tried to upsell me on any service unlike what I've found at the dealer. I'm confident that Alex and his team will keep it in top shape well into the 200k miles
The team at German Auto are incredible. Polite, clear, helpful and always honest. They have your back as the customer. I trust them completely with my vehicles and that what they recommend is only what’s necessary and how they would want to be treated.
I had been given an estimate by my BMW dealer for a repair that was gobsmackingly high. Imagine my surprise to be offered a different analysis and a much more reasonable repair. I will never go back to the dealer and would advise anyone to choose German Automotive Solutions.

GAS is excellent. They take time to explain everything and do a thorough inspection every time I'm there. They don't overcharge. They are knowledgeable about my car and I feel very safe driving my car with them always on top of things. Bianca is delightful 😊
Ive brought my bmw to German Automotive Solutions since i purchased in 2021. Bianca is always pleasant and knowledgeable whenever she is communicating with me. Being in Methuen, i love not having to troop it all the way to a dealership, and my car still receive a service that surpasses dealership quality due to Alex’s expertise. Prices are fair. This is where I take my mini. This is family owned and I am happy to be able to give them business but to be honest, the exceptional customer service with Bianca and the mechanics professional work is the reason why I keep returning. The whole process of dropping off and then picking up the car always goes smoothly. Bianca keeps you updated and calls you when it’s ready. If you have a German car and live in the area this is the only place to go, no questions asked.
My 2nd visit to German Automotive Solutions for my 2018 Porsche Macan. Great service, upfront & honest about the needs of your vehicle, very reasonably priced and quality work. Bianca is always accommodating with scheduling and incredibly nice.
I brought a Mercedes ML350 to the shop to check for a delayed transmission shifting on all gears. The mechanic/owner checked the car and claimed that he spoke to Germany or Mercedes corp. to discuss the issue. Because the German were using different terminology than what he is using, they could not understand each other. Then they suggested to change the transmission for $10000. Then he offered me $400 for the car, which the car is worth about $14K. Finally they charged me 1.5 hour diagnostic to tell me the same thing I told them. I took my car back to Mercedes dealer in NH. They fixed the car by changing one intake hose, which cost me $173. Very disappointed with the service and the offer to buy my car. I think it is important to write these reviews for other customers to know.

I had heard nothing but good things about German automotive solutions ever since they first opened. I had heard and read about how good Alex and his crew was and of Bianca. We needed them to help fix a coolant leak and my wife's Touareg TDI and they came through and took care of the problem / issue. If we ever need anything done in the future to either of our vehicles, we are going to bring them to them. They are nothing less than excellent.
I’m a new customer having found German Automotive Solutions on a google search. The website was informative and and convinced me to give them a try. I have an older MB and have been looking for a service facility I could trust. I found it. They thoroughly analyzed the engine and found the cam sensors to be the problem. They provided me with a detailed estimate to approve before they started work. The repair was completed in time for me to pick it up the same day. I explained my BMW car situation (A/C as well as Airbag error ) to Peter and he nodded. I left with some confidence and was not surprised to hear that they were able to exactly figure out what was wrong with the car. The workmanship and customer care I received at German Automotive Solutions was absolutely phenomenal! The repairs completed on my A6 were complex to say the least. The customer sevice, communication and transparency were all above expectation. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop as a first go to rather than going to the Audi dealer. Kudos to Bianca and the team!

Alex and team are great, had long running issues that were nearly impossible to diagnose by multiple shops. Alex hit the nail on the head and was able to fix my S4 and found other issues other shops claimed we're done correctly. Highly recommend.

I had my 2006 Audi A8 was repaired at this location with front air suspensions and few other things. It was first time I used a non dealer service and I was surprised with the service. They were not only professional and Knowledgeable but also considerate of the repairs on what should be done or not at a minimum. I highly recommend them
Really impressed with these guys! They did a thorough checkup on our E46 M3 and some important repairs. Polite and courteous and very professional (and friendly!). We will definitely start bringing our BMWs here for service !
I had the good fortune of purchasing a car that was previously worked on by Alex. I recently took delivery of a 13' 128i at a local dealership and wanted to know the service history of the vehicle. I reached out to GAS (after consulting the Carfax)and was promptly assisted by Alex. I was impressed by a few things, his willingness to help a non--paying "customer", product knowledge, and quality of work. The car hasn't seen the inside of his shop in almost 2 years yet all repairs(VC, Oil Filter housing and pan gaskets) have healed up beautifully. It's too bad I live 300 miles away... Having an independent BMW mechanic like Alex is a fortunate thing indeed!
