I'm extremely gateful for Shadi and his crew. I recently had an accident and my car was questionable totalled. When the insurance made the final decision to repair my car I found SK Auto. Shadi had called me right away to ensure me that him and his crew could repair my car and take over with insurance. Shadi also had to get additional repairs covered due to insurance not including all parts needed to make complete repairs to avoid any out of pocket costs for me. Once car was completed my car was delivered to my home detailed and beautifully repaired. I was so happy to have gotten my car back and the fact that you couldn't even notice it was ever damaged. Shadi was vey reassuring through this whole process. I highly recommmend them!

Fantastic body work. I brought my infinity qx60 in for the whole front end and it looked better than when I bought it. Great service, lifetime warranty. Had a camera issue in the front end after and they’re gonna take a look at it free of charge.

I’ve had to go to SK Auto Body twice in the past four months because of two separate car accidents, and both experiences were seamless from start to finish. From the very first call they took over and handled everyyyything, literally! They coordinated a rental car, dealt directly with my insurance company about payment, and even towed my vehicle at no cost. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, that kind of support really makes a difference. Shadi is professional, personable, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the repair and the customer experience. The office manager, Jackie was equally wonderful, friendly and consistently kept me informed throughout the process. Overall just a smooth, stress-free experience both times. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Shadi and his team were very helpful with my situation, even though GEICO eventually--and unfortunately--decided to total my car out. Shadi even recommended a great mechanic for my other car that needed work. I would definitely bring my car here if it needed work.

I’ve had crash damage repaired on 2 of my cars by SK, both came back like new. They used OEM parts, paint was flawless, even dealt with the rental car company. Highly recommended!

SK Auto did an EXCELLENT job replacing the rear bumper on my car. They kept in touch by phone letting me know the progress of the replacement. Everyone at this shop was more than amazing. So easy to deal with, fast, impressive work. They kept me in the loop during the entire process. Even great with my kids when I came to pick up my truck. Let them see the chickens in the chicken coop they have in the back of the shop. Couldn’t say enough good things. They gained a life long customer for sure.

My antenna snapped off in a carwash. I went to SK Auto Body on Wed Feb 4. They gave me an appmt on March 10. But, to call the following Monday. I did, and I was told to bring it in on Tuesday Feb 10.i did, and they installed my new antenna that day within a few hours. They did an excellent job and everyone I spoke with was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them if you need any work done. Thank you very much SK Auto Body.

They fixed my front and rear door as someone hit it. I was very nervous at first because its an escalade and the paint is tri coat diamond. They matched the paint perfectly and couldn't be any happier

After my car got hit by a tow truck (low-speed collision, but lots of body damage to the passenger doors) just before Christmas, I wanted to find a good place that would do quality work. The reviews here were good, so I gave it a shot. I’m so glad I did. These guys are serious professionals, and did a spectacular job. Despite the busyness of the holidays, they took the car quickly - right in the first week of January. I received regular phone calls from their office whenever the car moved to the next stage in their process (insurance evaluation, insurance approval, parts buy, etc.) which helped a ton since so many shops just leave you in limbo and tell you when it’s done. Getting the car back, I saw that they went above and beyond. I lived close enough that Shadi dropped the car off himself and talked me through the repairs they did before leaving, and made sure I was aware of his shop’s warranty too - he was really professional and it’s clear he cares about both the quality of his work and his customers’ satisfaction. They even detailed the interior of the car! The car looks better now than I’ve ever seen it. This has been a truly excellent experience with SK Auto Body. I know where I’m going if I ever need work again.

Shadi and his team at SK Autobody have fixed multiple cars of mine (one a tree fell on, one was rear ended at an intersection) and performed paint maintenance and correction on other cars of mine that are older collectibles. Every time, I’m astounded by the quality of the work, the speed of the service, the reasonable prices, and the friendliness of everyone on staff. I recommend them to everybody.

Sk Auto Body was great to work with after my car accident. They were professional and worked to get my car in earlier than originally planned. The team was upfront about the costs and the fact that because of potential body damage, there could be more work needed than originally quoted. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Shadi was very considerate and helped me with a car during the time my car was being worked on because I didn’t have rental insurance. My car looks perfect! I hope I don’t need collision work in the future but if I do, I would absolutely give my business to SK Autobody!

I highly recommend SK! I brought my car in a couple time for repair after a car accident.The staff were patient, caring, helped me out to get a rental time. The staff were incredibly helpful and honest. The work was done in a timely manner. I was told I have warranty in case if I noticed any paint peaking off to bring the car back. I felt respected and my insurance cover the fees. I now found my new go-to shop!

I will preface with saying that the last time our car needed work, we used a body shop in North Andover that has a perfect rating (which now shocks me but that’s neither here nor there) and we had a negative experience there, so when working with SK Auto we expected the bare minimum: a job well done and price transparency. And SK Auto absolutely outdid themselves. The bare minimum we expected and received: We were rear ended and our car needed extensive work which included them taking it to the dealer for calibration, etc. They set up the rental for us. Where they exceeded (and why I think they stand out!): The way they treat their customers with kindness; this is a stressful situation to begin with and they are so so so kind here. We weren’t just another customer whose insurance was willing to pay for a repair; it felt like we were cared for. Maybe I’m just jaded from my previous experience (haha) but the customer service here was outstanding. Our car was detailed (yes! detailed!) when they certainly didn’t need to do that. They worked with the insurance rate (this is where it gets tricky and you need to ask questions of whatever body shop you work with). For transparency, we have travelers insurance. We had an amazing, 10/10, experience with them. Our car looks brand new. Anyway, all this to say, I highly recommend SK Auto for any body work your car needs. I HOPE I don’t need anything fixed on my cars anytime soon but if I do, I will be returning here.
