What's the point of having phones if no one picks them up

Second time I purchase from them and I am extremely disappointed. They offered to deliver the one item I asked to purchase since I was already at the auto shop, 9 minutes away from the store. 2 HOURS passed and still nothing. I called multiple times and was just placed on hold can kept transferring me around. Customer service is trash!! Was extremely rude over the phone. They are extremely unprofessional!!! Never again. Don’t bother ordering from this place.

It was a little expensive but a nice clean place I was taken of very fast. I was in and out in 3mins bought brakes and rotors.

Honestly, just walked in the door and was greeted by a younger employee. He helped me get what I needed and was really polite. He recommended the Meguiars Hotshine for amazingly cool new looking tires. Store is clean and friendly staff. I would make this my parts store from now on.

Awful company. I had a flat tire so I went there to buy the fix a flat in a can. It was defective and no air was in the can so the liquid would only drip out slow. I went back in 10 minutes after I bought it simply wanting to exchange it for another one. They said they wouldn’t let me. They called the manager who also said no. Everyone else working in the store was very rude.
