I cannot begin to thank this amazing place enough. My young daughter and I were visiting my oldest in Worcester MA from Hillsdale NY. I was 2 hours from home when my transmission slipped on the pike. I coasted to the truck stop and attempted to add fluid. I learned my car has an encased transmission… you can’t put in the fluid yourself. I called and payed for AAA to tow me. I called and spoke to Jessica whom said they can put in the fluid if we get it there. Apparently, AAA will not come to the masspike. After waiting at the truck stop nearly 3 hours…. We rolled up an hour before they closed. They took the time they could, after hours mind you. Gave practical advice and were more than helpful. It was a long and rough day for this little 5 year old and I, but we made it home and are so grateful for the snack and impeccable help 🫶🏻
I was in a real pickle! My 4Runner badly needed rear brakes, rotors & calipers. My appointment was for 7/3 however I couldn't drive it any longer they were so bad. I dropped it off this past Monday, 6/26 and they actually were able to squeeze me in and the repair is impeccable. Jessica is the best hard working person I've met and their prices are excellent. I'll continue using J's for any other issues my vehicle may need and will share the word with others! I'm so thankful for what they did for me.
Great friendly service. Brought my vehicle in on my way home as I was having engine problem and they were able to diagnose the problems and order the parts that afternoon and had it ready for me the next morning. Will be going back to them when I need my vehicle serviced.
Just had our Nissan Rogue repaired with a new serpentine belt & tensioner. J's was only supposed to diagnose the problem, due to having a filled schedule, but they squeezed us in and Diagnosed, Called, Replaced and Adjusted the problem all at once. Highly recommended!! I dont go anywhere else for my auto mechanic services and I haven't had to in years. Great auto shop you can trust, they're reasonable price wise, timely, do a great job and just very helpful in general, especially when your in a pinch. It helps that they're friendly too!
J'S AUTO is seriously a great car repair shop, I do most of my own car work but when I don't have the tools or knowledge I bring my vehicle's to them, they have always fixed them fast and with economical prices. But the best is there are no surprises they are one of the fairest shops I have ever used, they never try to screw you over like some shops do. Everyone there is super nice, they always call first if they find anything wrong that wasn't immiediately known. I just can't say enough good things. I am an actual customer I live down the street, and I highly reccomend them if you are looking for a reliable automotive repair shop.

Went to one place they said electric problem go to electric shop. Went to electric shop they said mechanical problem. Call two other places who had a long wait. Found J online. Both Repair buddy and AAA. Both rated them well. Made an Online appointment didn’t get a confirmation. Called them. Were very sorry about that omission and did confirm the appointment. They did the dio and came to the same conclusion I had. Replaced all the injectors on a 2014 Grand Caravan. Price was good before the discount! Job was done quickly and have had it back for a week, very happy. Will be back with my others vehicles.

I purchased a 1963 Chevy Impala and took it to J's Auto for a complete engine and transmission overhaul. OMG the entire staff was super friendly and professional. Joe and Joe did not disappoint me at all. They took care of my pride and joy like it was their own. Their price was super affordable. Well thank you for giving the readers that snapshot of information. Allow me to add the rest. I brought the vehicle in for the first time to which I was told it was fine but it might be a problem with the AC. Now I knew this was false as I had scanned the vehicle on two different scanners before bringing it in which both read the transmission torque converter needed to be replaced. But you gave me the vehicle back the first time and said it was fine. Ok. A few days later the light comes on again. After mentioning the torque converter the second visit now you guys decided I needed one. Fine that was my assumption initially but I was already weary as I felt you either were in over your head or just simply trying to sell me on a more expensive product, the AC. I get the vehicle back. I’m told it’s running smooth and it’s all good. I pay my bill I’m on my way. Less than a day later all the lights are back on. I call and bring it in yet again for a third time. To the readers let me remind you I haven’t had my car for about 3 weeks at this point. So I bring it back the third time and at 4:55 when the shop closes at 5 the mechanic calls me and says he has no idea how to fix it. I find it hard to believe he actually thought it was running smoothly the second time if the third time he had no idea. It’s Friday and now I don’t have my car all weekend. Mind you when the mechanic called he said to me he doesn’t know how to fix Subaru transmissions. This baffled me as one: foreign and domestic vehicle repairs are advertised, two: transmission repairs are advertised, and three: he knew it was a Subaru that needed transmission work done prior to taking the job. So yes I gave you two stars despite getting a refund in full because my time was wasted and based on what has been said it seems as though you should have just referred me to some one else initially. Mind you I’ve been unemployed and have had to cancel numerous interviews and even got a job and couldn’t go because I had no transportation so you can imagine my frustration when I was told this whole endeavor was in vein. This wasn’t my first bad experience with you guys either. With that being said I do appreciate the refund although it only made sense to give one as you actually didn’t fix my vehicle. But that is why you have two stars as opposed to one. Not to mention there’s another light on that wasn’t on before so whatever was installed may be causing damage.
*Update* I've been using J's for about 4 years now. They do all the maintenance on my 3 lawn trucks and also my personal vehicles. I wouldn't go to anyone else now.
Very reasonable pricing and they always make sure to call and let you know exactly what is going on and pricing before doing any work. My trucks get beat up with having to constantly tow and carry heavy loads and it's great to know that I always have a place to rely on when things go wrong. Highly recommend!

It's so nice to walk onto a car lot and be treated like a human being with a brain- not a credit score or a 'dumb girl'. Jess made my experience so easy that I brought my van back to her when it needed repairs. She went above and beyond what I'm used to- calling around to get me the best price possible, calling me with updates, suggesting alternatives that might save me a few bucks. She took the time to get to know a little about me and then used that to get me a vehicle I love. I have already recommended J's to friends and will definitely do so again
Bought my van there in 2015 and have had all repairs done there and there amazing with getting everything done for me with my warranty.
