After coming from Waste Management, moving to Pratt has been a breath of fresh air. Thanks for the great service.

Rich L, ask me what ACTUALLY happened that day you were complaining about. You left a few important facts out of your review. I've never responded to anything like this, but your review was brought to my attention by someone in your association and is lacking a few important details of that day. 😊

The customer service is horrible Rude Rude!! I’ve called one time that I had a very pleasant woman other than that any other time I get the rude woman! God forbid you question her about the billing, good luck! We also had trouble with the lady that picks up our trash same thing rude and the trash has to be in the exact spot that she wants it in if not she will not pick it up!! We’ve put out our trash in the same spot for 9 years until this lady started picking it up. ALSO we have to pay for pick up when we’re gone for the winter…we actually pay them to drive by our house…unbelievable

Today for the third time in several months. The driver did not empty my trash respectable at the condo Assocation I live in. I was on my way to a cancer treatment and flagged him down. After watching him empty the respectable right next to mine and ignoring mine When I asked him why he did not empty my trash Again!!! He immediately shifted blame to me. was it out??? YES, since last Nite as always! I just watched you drive right by it!! If you call their office, you get the same scripted response from them. YOU PEOPLE ARE OUT!!!! OUT TO LUNCH!!! Then when he came back, he made me purposely wait to he finished his whole route. what a punk!!! I had to take my trash else were because I could not wait Thank you for making a 100 % disabled veterans' day and calling me a liar. Apparently, their drivers or office staff don't like to admit they screwed up!!! Keep rehearsing those scripted lines and blaming the paying CUSTOMER!!!! They also went as far as lying to my condo association and telling them they had a dash cam of my container not being out. But will not provide dash cam. WOW!!!!! Think maybe some drug and alcohol testing might by warranted at this place?????

They updated their billing system. Then your auto payment stops. Then they don’t tell you until the day the truck is coming by. Then tell you just to bring your own trash to the transfer station. Effective business change in systems is done through multiple calls or emails. Many people have careers and kids and need reminder support. Not a well thought out transition Pratt.

Never had a problem with Pratt up until I told good ol Cheryl I was canceling pratts services and then her demeanor completely shifted, started asking 21questions about who, what, when, where and why I was canceling my services. At the end of the call I went to say goodbye she just completely hung up. Rude enough… maybe she should not be answering your phones and taking things as personal attack. As a consumer we have a right to change companies when we want to! I will be letting people know about the horrible customer service given to people when they CANCEL.

Worst company ever. Rude since “collaborating” with another company essentially a money grabbing merger at the expense of customers by changing their previous policies and values and told their customers it’s for the better. Charge tons of money for nonsense. $15 for an open trash lid with no warning and then said it’s been the policy forever when called. $40 for a couple quarter full bags on the side could have saved money if the gentleman didn’t say there were so many bags when they all could have fit in one bag. The terrible customer service over the phone “just following the policy and what my drivers say” but left out all the common friendly language like “sir” or “thank you for your business though” that has been lost over the past 20 years to society. Thought common sense such as common decency was still common. Will be closing my account and finding a trash company who has good values and good services. I don’t care if I have to pay 15% more a year to get no surprise charges and good customer service. Zero stars would be better stated.

Thank you for being a wonderful waste management company. When we were transitioned from Service Time to Pratt over a decade ago, it was a seamless transition. Pratt Waste and Recycle provided exemplary service and they made it easy for me to manage my account and pay online. I wish I could still be a Pratt customer. Unfortunately, my town's route was sold to E.L. Harvey. Thus far, E.L. Harvey has been a massive disappointment. I hope Pratt Waste and Recycle is continue to grow their business. Thanks, again, for your incredible service.

Pratt a company that repeatedly mentions to pick up the phone and call if you leave a bad review. They on the other hand don’t seem to be able to do the same. One attempt to charge the credit card and they just give up. Terrible customer service after 3 years of payments going through with no issue they couldn’t be bothered to pick up a phone and call to get the issue resolved. Instead they just decide not to pick up the trash. Oh by the way we pick up the phone and called all they had to do was run the card a 2nd time. They charged us for the recycling and trash that was supposed to be picked up that day and wouldn’t even come back to pick up.

Pratt was recommended by the former home owners. Never had issues with them and customer service have been good. After a year of service I find them a bit pricey, so maybe is time for a change.

We have had Pratt for waste and recycle pick up for 2 years now and are very happy. Everyone we've worked with has be very friendly, courteous and helpful. The every other week pick up is perfect for our 2 person household and the price just can't be beat!!

We have had Pratt for a couple of years. They have not missed one pickup. Their service is impeccable. The company we used to use averaged one missed pickup a month. I highly recommend Pratt. PS: their price was better also!

Pratt has been picking up our waste for a few years now. I have absolutely no problems with them whatsoever. They pick up at the same time almost on the dot every other week. One week they were later and I wondered if they would delay pick up due to weather. I emailed the company and got a response immediately that the trucks had left a little later but there would be pick up. If pick up is pushed due to a holiday we are always given ample notice. I highly recommend.

We have used Pratt's trash pickup and recycling services since moving to Oxford about 2 years ago. Dealing with Pratt is no hassle. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They provide ample notifification / reminders if our pickup day is changing due to a holiday or exteme weather. Pickups are always reliable.

This company is like a well oiled machine. They're always on time, fair rates for a great service, professional when alerting you of schedule changes and holiday adjustments, and have NEVER missed a pickup. I highly recommend them. In fact, just today driving up my street I've noticed more of my neighbors have switched to Pratt, and that's for a very obvious reason. Keep up the great work!

We've had a very good experience using Pratt. They've never missed a pickup, their prices are fair, and their billing and customer service is excellent. We used a big name hauler in the past and they were always robocalling us to say they couldn't pick up yet still charging for missed pickups. So glad to be done with them and with a local company like Pratt.

I've with Pratt for over a year and a half, I switched from another company from my area their prices were going up and Pratt co. Stays the same.great service, our route driver is here at the same time every pick up day and fast. Wouldn't go with any other company.

Great company to deal with. Communication about pick-up schedule due to holidays is wonderful. My only complaint is that several months ago the drivers use to place the bins back a foot or two away from the curb after emptying. All I had to do was just looking out from the house I knew they were empty. Two to Three months ago this stopped being the norm and I have on a number of occasions walk out only to find they have not been by yet. As winter approaches (or rainy days) it would be good if they would start this up again.

I have nothing but great things to say. We moved into our new house about a year ago, and started with a different trash company who, left MUCH to be desired and charged a lot more money for sub par service. Pratt made our transition easy and affordable. Any issues we've had were quickly and easily resolved! Highly recommend!!

I have used several trash pick up companies over the last 33 years at my home, since Pratt took over those duties many years ago I have never had an issue with them. They do the job on a regular schedule and perform it at a highly professional level. Timely emails about changes in scheduling due to holidays or weather are always sent with plenty of notice. I highly recommend this company.

We have been using Pratt for trash and recycling pickup for over 9 years. We have been very satisfied w the level of service they provide. I have heard stories of other companies not showing up some weeks, not communicating properly, etc...Pratt has been a "set it and forget it" type of service and I often take for granted that I literally almost never have to think about them because they always show up and do their job. Would recommend to anyone in their service area. I bumped down one star (would have only been half a star if that was an option) because they often leave the barrels strewn all over the driveway or side of the road, knocked over, etc....a small thing, but worth the comment as an area of improvement.

Pratt Trucking has been our trash and recycling company for 9 years. They are dependable and have never missed our scheduled pick up. They inform us in plenty of time if our delivery date changes due to a storm or holiday. Their prices remain consistent and have only increased twice in 9 years. The woman who drives the recycling truck is very friendly and always greets us with a smile and a wave. We would highly recommend them for curbside trash removal.

I have had no issues or concerns with my trash removal company Pratt. They are great with communication when there is going to be a delay in trash pickup due to holiday, weather conditions, etc. I am grateful that most days they pick up early in the morning because when my husband leaves for work the trash is picked up and he can bring the bucket up instead of it by the curb all day. They can be a little pricey for my taste, but their good quality care makes up the difference. I typically get good customer service and have no issues. I highly recommend this company if you are a residential home.

Went with Pratt Trucking after having had several missed weekly pickups and not so good service from another company. Pratt Trucking has been wonderful to work with. They are always on time for weekly pickups and communicate so well with regard to their holiday schedules. They have also made recycling so easy. Have not had one ounce of regret having switched to Pratt. Would highly recommend them.

I’ve been using Pratt for a long while with my weekly trash removal & bi weekly recycling. They are always on time with the trash & recycle pick ups even with the holidays schedule, snow storm/weather disruptions. Prices are reasonable considering the current inflation. I would give them 5 stars but my only complaint is I called one time (not long ago) & this person was not helpful over the phone, she seemed very incompetent. I waited a few weeks later, spoke to a different office representative & she was able to help us. She fixed our auto billing/payment.

We switched from Republic who wouldn't come for weeks and months to get our trash or recycling. They have been on time and excellent to work with. This week we forgot to put the bins out the night before and were a little late to get them out the morning they pick up. We missed the recycling but they were in the area the next day and they picked up our bin anyways. They did call to remind us to put them out before our scheduled day going forward but I thought it was great that they would get it the next day when they happened to be driving by. I don't plan to forget again but I just know Republic would never. We love Pratt!

Absolutely worse company ever lake st had paid there bill have proof and this trash company is soooo lazy they can’t even pick up a trash can that’s been sitting for 3 weeks they need to get it together because it’s not the people that lives there fault it’s the company who don’t know how to cash a check and pick up a trash can pratt get your act together
