The two older gentlemen that work the front counter are so obviously miserable, every time you go into the store it seems like they’d rather be anywhere else than there. Horrible customer service from those two, when you need to look up a part it’s the end of the world for them. If there was anywhere else to get parts I’d be going there.

I paid too much for a marine RV battery at this store and when I brought back the core which had a crack in the top they wouldn't accept the core because they said the core was unacceptable even though when it goes to the recycling center that they crack them open anyways I lost $18 because they're clueless or makeup stuff as they go along

It was open and had what I wanted. Plus they have no-alcohol gas for a mere $25 for a gallon can.

Full service auto parts store. No frills If that's what you want go to AutoZone. Bedside manner could be better but that's not why you go there. It's to get the right part, and that they usually have.

I couldn't figure out how to attach a new windshield wiper and without my asking, the owner came out to the parking lot to help. I had in fact installed the wiper incorrectly, so the gentleman removed the now damaged wiper with a new one....no charge! What a great experience. Thank you!!

Don’t Shop here! Go somewhere else! You don’t need to get humiliated, assaulted and have your day ruined by uncivilized arrogant disrespectful racist angry idiots. This business will never exist in the USA, only on the Island because of not having lot of stores. Karma will catch you soon

Tall thin guy with glasses is pretty arrogant and rude

While Napa is a great company, this franchise is poorly run. In particular, some (not all) of the sales staff lack even the basic rudiments of customer treatment. A couple of the most senior members are cold, surly, and treat people who walk in to spend money as some kind of lesser being worthy of little more than contempt. The other auto parts store on the Island has a much smaller inventory, but treat customers much better. Otherwise use the friendly and well run Falmouth franchise. Or simply buy online, where you will get better prices without being demeaned.

This is a great NAPA! Fast and friendly service. If something has to be ordered it generally only takes a day to come in. Highly recommended!
