I had a great experience with Courtesy Motors! I called on a Monday morning and they were able to see my car right away. They quickly fixed a minor repair in just a few minutes and also noticed that my water pump needed to be replaced—something I had no idea about. The team was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend them!
I came for an oil change paid $194.47. Was charged for windshield fluid (which I never asked for) also in the notes it claims labor charge includes a top off of all fluids. I also was charged for 6 qt of oil. My car can only take 5.1 quarts.
I’ve been a customer at this establishment for over a decade now, and I always feel so well taken care of. I have often reached out for automotive advice even when I’m not on the island, and despite the fact that this repair shop is very well-loved and never has a slow/dull moment, Jesse always takes the time to help me understand what my car needs and whether it’s worth fixing- even if it means a phone call after shop hours. I’ll always trust Courtesy for an honest opinion and honest work!
Jesse and his team were a life saver. Our Subaru was making noises during our vacation and I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to get it looked at by a local shop. He was able to take me right away and fix the problem. Professional and extremely nice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! I am relatively new to the island and was unsure where to go for a new battery. Courtesy Motors was recommended to me. They were able to get the new battery in quickly and I was on my way. Efficient and very courteous. I will be sure to use them in the future for any car repairs.
The alternator died on my SUV and after calling a half a dozen places that all had a 3-4 week wait, Courtesy Motors was able to get the job done in just a few days which was such a relief! They were very professional and responsive and kept me informed of the status the whole time. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks guys!
The guy on the phone hung up on me as i was asking about an estimate. I am a polite person, and a curious one, and i innocently asked why he wanted my license plate number; he started to answer, but then interrupted and suddenly said he could not help me -- and hung up. This is extremely poor service, as i as an innocent potential customer have every reason to ask basic questions. How rude. No business from me, sorry not sorry.
