I started with abc dumpster and now I have Harvey. I had few times when was abc where they went month and half and no pick up nothing off bill either now this past Wednesday they dump dump it and leave trash so they look at the video how does the camera go inside. It dont thats why so now I only have 3/4 of a 2 yard dumpster for month. I usually dont complain but I need to show what they do to certain customers. Would like to say they need to learn how to fix their online ³what I owe. I changed my price like 3 months ago and they always threatened me before I was late now again I won't pay what they say I owe fix the online mistakes. Im sure u have someone in that building that can fix the problem cuz im sick of the threat. I think it's almost time to get new company. Cuz i have all the bank statements showing i paid every month. So if anyone is having problem with them put it out there people so others can see. Sorry for putting this up but I have to.

CNG station on Hathaway road truck #1179 always thinks he can just park at the station when there is a no parking sign. Only two pumps and now I have to turn around just to get to the other side. This truck guys think they can just do whatever they want. This is not their area. They have their own area in the back, but decides to park here and and leave it unattended. Multiple times

Kiana is one of the best representatives you have for your company. Been having several issues that range from not getting a dumpster picked up to struggling to even get one fixed or replaced in the first place but when I call to resolve things, she is usually the one to pick up that call and is a very nice person to communicate with. You can tell she cares and goes above and beyond to make sure I get my problems taken care of, unlike a lot of the drivers who just decide they don’t feel like emptying my dumpster. Thank you Kiana for your care and understanding on these matters.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I’ve had this dumpster for seven years with the previous company, ABC Dumpster, and they were absolutely amazing—always communicated, always let us know when they’d be in the area to dump. We have a gate that must be manually opened due to it being old and broken, and ABC was always respectful and accommodating of that. Since the switch to EL Harvey, I’ve had nothing but issues and the worst customer service experience ever. They’ve repeatedly charged me outrageous fuel fees without even dumping the dumpster. It’s been completely overflowing for days. I refused to pay until they finally agreed to come out and dump it. I paid $783 yesterday, and instead of doing the job, they took a photo of an ATV in the backyard and claimed they couldn’t access the dumpster. Let me be clear: any experienced driver would have had no issue making that turn—or at the very least, they could’ve picked up the phone to ask the owner to move the ATV. Instead, they took a picture, left, and still charged me a fuel fee. As a small business owner myself, I would never treat customers this way, or charge for a service that wasn’t even provided. This is unacceptable. I will no longer be using this company, and I hope—after reading all the other reviews like mine—they seriously reconsider their business practices. Do better.

These folks are never pleasant to work with. Rude on the phone, not consistent in communicating service delays, and often times trash is left on the ground after pickups. I decided to call around after I was treated poorly on the phone today and found a more frequent pickup service at half the cost.

When this company was ABC disposal they were great. Since EL Harvey has bought it the customer service has been absolutely horrible. Our family businesses have multiple dumpsters and we have never been so dissatisfied. Absolutely the worst!

Sine Harvey has taken over the schedule and putting your recycle bin out to be picked.up.is useless. They go right by and even though we are not supposed to be charged for recycled items the service still sucks. I don't have any complaints about the regular trash guys they are faithful and always on time.

I have to call every 2 weeks to report my recycling not being taking its getting frustrating if you want reliability don't use this company clearly calling and complaining doesn't work now it will be 2 more weeks before it gets picked up thinking about switching company's

I proceeded to head to this establishment and the person stated, “closed at 4:30” however, they are advertising their hours until 5:00PM EST. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. In other words, a joke and this is why they lost the NB Contract.

Completely understandable with my fathers driveway being icey, 2 weeks later and a week missed the trash is overflowing, just got threw another snow storm this time I made sure his driveway was plowed and salted, date is 2/10/2025 father called said next pick up is 2/17/2025 because of the snow… get your shit together abc to Harvey, switching after this last load

... so, you were scheduled to pick up trash on Monday. You picked up our "extra" bag. Not our trash. We called at 10 am on Monday. You said you would be back within 24 hours. Tuesday came and went. No pick up. I called at 745 this morning: wednesday, left a message. Eric called me back and said he put a ticket service request and that someone would be out today. I told him I was concerned because we thought this was supposed to have been taken care of yesterday.... why would today be any different? He assured me time and time again that this would be picked up today. I called at 4:00 and spoke with Britney. She promised to look into everything and call us back. We waited for about an hour. She never did. Sad. We called at 450 and spoke with Eric again. He assured us that you would pick up today...I said, but it's almost 5, he said they work until sunset....and they would be our today. Promised.... So, now its 7 PM. Trash is still out on the curb for the fourth day. Please, what is going on? What do I need to do? Who do I need to call?

No stars. Since ABC (which was once a great vendor) sold to Harvey Waste & Recycling it has been a travesty. These guys don't abide by their town/city contracts and just do whatever they please. Recyclables are a...well, maybe we'll pick them up if we feel like it today. I blame the towns, too, for charging taxpayers and then contracting sub-quality services and then paying these businesses for their inept services.

If you wish to get scammed EL HARVEY - WASTE is the right company for you. They should be embarrassed of their unprofessionalism. Not transparent at all with their customers and can possibly charge you 3 tons in an empty Dumpster. The owners should be ashamed of their employees. Also, any damage made at your property it's up to you, they do not bare any responsibility for that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

When it was ABC Disposal we had no issues, as soon as they were bought out by EL Harvey they have been terrible. After not picking up our barrels multiple times and arguing with them to give us credits for the WEEKS they missed, we canceled our service with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and if I could give them zero stars I would.

Horrible under new Managment. I was a customer with ABC Disposal for 12 years. Ever since they sold to Waste Connections / E.L. Harvey, it's been horrible. The old management under the past ownership was tremendous. They had a great handle on their company as well as the customer. Under this new ownership they can't pick up anything on time and their service is terrible. This new company is so bad that they lost the City of New Bedford contract. One in which ABC held and serviced for 20+ years. Now... their business is down significantly, and their service is terrible. They should sell this company back to the OLD owners and beg the OLD Management team to come back!!!

When I pay for trash service by Harvey and they notify me on the day of pick up that there changing from Monday to Wednesday! When called to complain about a notice that should have been in advance! Service lady tells me dispatch will call me to explain and never received a call! No wounded they lost contact to NB and now losing my service! Give them a chance and this! They suck

Worst trash company. Worst customer service. They last picked up my trash on 7.7.2023. Since then they are yet to pick up the trash. I called to cancel my service with them. The supervisor told me that they will have someone over to pick the trash and barrels today. I called in to know when they are coming, only to be told that they won't be coming until 7.31.23 because they are short of staff. This makes it 4weeks. No one called to inform us about the change. I am so frustrated with the company. I have a 2years old who still uses diaper. There worst customer service reps are Machado, COLLEEN GONSALVES and Nancy. They will lie to you.

Residential services are AWFUL. They have not picked up my recycling since May25th. I have called no less than 20 times requesting a pick up. I have emailed them almost every day. Every day I get a different excuse. Truck broke down, the regular driver is out. Driver will pick up tomorrow. Last week the driver said he picked up and yet the office actually confirmed the truck GPS never got within a mile of my address! And there is NO recourse. The Supervisor Michelle Enos has not returned multiple phone calls/messages. They haven’t even provided a credit for lack of pick up. They are unprofessional, and unresponsive. You can call them until the cows come home - they do NOT care and will not respond. DO NOT USE this company. You’ll regret it.

Our company gets a huge roll off dumpster picked up once or twice a week. Coleen G. in customer service is beyond AMAZING. She confirms scheduling with me, then confirms again the day before. Usually the day before she will ask dispatch to make us an early morning pick up. She checks in with me, she stays on top of dispatch reminding them our dumpster has to be picked up before 2pm. On the rare occasion we have had a "fishy" dumpster returned to us I will call her and she will get it swapped out for a non-fishy dumpster the same day. We have carpets in our warehouse that get installed in customers homes and she understands I can NOT have my warehouse smelling like that, in turn making the carpets smell like that. I'm always extremely grateful for her speedy response to this. She goes above and beyond her job making my job and our warehouse person's job MUCH easier. I wish every person I dealt with in other companies for my job was as responsive and as helpful as she is. She is the epitome of excellent customer service! Thank you!

Driver hit my 15’ flagpole in my front yard which is 2 ft away from my double wide driveway. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday April 15. Couldn’t reach anyone on the phone or at any of the Shawmut Ave locations. When I finally reached someone one Monday she asked why I didn’t call in the damage to their Dartmouth location. How would I know a Dartmouth location when all the website says is Shawmut Ave NB. Richard Baptist is giving me the run around even after he sent two more employees to look at/straighten it. They agreed pole is bent and must be replaced. Still waiting …. He is good at avoiding phone calls and not returning them. Need a dumpster then get Redbox. They came within 2 days and easily dropped off in the driveway. Redbox driver couldn’t figure out how the Harvey driver hit the pole which was 6 ft away from where the dumpster was going.i UPDATE: Nick, the Operations Manager, yesterday promised it would be fixed today. Dumpster was dropped off with a big hole in it so the poor driver had to give us a tarp to lay down in the dumpster before we started filling it up. they said they would call prior to delivery and pick( still waiting for that call). Pick up driver tore up my lawn and broke the edge of the black top from the driveway. We have been calling for a month to have them come fix it and still nothing. After having a somewhat heated conversation over the phone on a Friday I get a bill on Tuesday stating that I was over the limit on the dumpster and that I owe almost 300 dollars to them. I will never use this service again. Horrible communication skills and customer service

Since Harvey bought ABC disposal their service has declined dramatically. My recyclables haven't been picked up for weeks despite numerous calls to do so. They don't abide by the days they say they are going to pick up. It's been so aggravating that I call continuously without avail. I voice mailed the Disposal Manager Ashton without a return call. I've been so frustrated with their lack of customer service that I cancelled my account. Even now they are putting off picking up their totes. I would not hire this company.

Over the previous several months there have been several times when E.L. Harvey has missed pickups. Every 3-4 weeks their excuse is; broken down truck, no one showed up at work, running behind schedule, and the latest was a truck caught on FIRE. I'm posting a picture of a neighborhood that's been waiting for two days and it does not seem to be anytime soon.

This is the 3rd time in under a year since being forced to use their service by my town that I’ve had issues with their employees not doing their jobs. That orange lid barrel was next to the rest of the cardboard and they left it because they didn’t want to be bothered. My recycling is piling up because of that. That’s a months worth of recycling that they haven’t taken cause they only take the barrel. Never had a issue when I could chose my own company and used Dooley! I will be complaining to the town of Wareham again today about this! Save yourself the trouble and stay far far away from abc
