They close or don't open whenever they feel like it. Too unpredictable. Loaded up the car just to take them for redemption, they're closed. Go somewhere else
Place is such a joke. CONSTANTLY closing early. Online says they are open to 5 PM and open Saturday. Then you go and discover they are closed Saturday and only open to 4 PM anyway.
This afternoon I took my break from work to try and turn in cans before they closed (I get out after 4), got there at 3:30 on the dot, and they were closed tighter than Fort Knox! No sign or nothing. Another car pulled up for the same purpose and we just looked and shrugged at each other.
They CONSTANTLY shortchange you as well, so MAKE SURE you count your cans before turning them in!
Very inconsistent. Show up during the week during their normal business hours and at times they're closed. You'd think they would put a sign stating their closed for either vacation or unforeseen circumstances. Not worth cashing cans in. Give them to the Biden Campaign he needs it more than me.
This place is doing business illegally. They are giving out .03 instead of .05! I will be contacting the appropriate offices to address this. Very illegal!!!
They ripped me off. I count my cans and label the bags. The place I usually go to was closed and I had no choice but to go to this place. I had 593 cans and they only paid me for 372.
Says onlinr that they are open Mondays until 4pm...i get there 3:40pm at all closed up. Did they go out of business? Their phone # doesnt work either....
They refuse to take some cans that are purchased in the state and are returnable. Plus they are now not taking glass unless in a beverage box and no they will not six packs of glass. They also have to be all the same label to be taken.
Just brought 3 bags of cans that I know I had at least $15 and added another half a bag so it should have been around $17. I could not understand the lady and she handed me $12! Talk about a rip off. What was I to do ,have her recount the cans?
HORRIBLE I brought in my parents and my cans 5,55 gallon bags and 4,13 gallon bags as well as a large Kohl’s bag full and 2 stop and shop bags this is not the first time I’ve been screwed over but SHE only gave me $ 55.00 for all those cans but when I returned 2,55 gallon bags and 2,13 gallon bags I received $76.00 ????????????????? They have ripped me off so many times and I have let it go, something is better than nothing I thought. NOT ANY MORE!!! I would rather leave them for the poor on garbage day than be made a fool of!!!
Now that the place in Fairhaven is closed this seems to be the only place to take in cans and bottles. Sure the regualr package stores take them but you have to feed the machines yourself which does't work half the time, won't take your empties, is full, or out of order.
You'd think King Can would up their game but waiting an hour+ is not my idea of spending a Saturday afternoon.
From now on when my friends bring beer over they can take their empties with them.
If I could rate King Can 0 stars I would.
