I had a shackle brake on my f-250 woodwards was highly recommended by just about everyone i talked to. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up the truck everyone was really nice and easy to talk to. The repair was done in a day with a quick turnaround time. I would give 5 starts but I had a bit of sticker shock on the price of the labor rate but again nothing nowadays is cheap anymore.
This place is the real deal if they don't have it, they'll get it and when they get it it's Quality not Japanese imported garbage mark take care over there. I've always had great luck with them.
Had rotted cross members on my 09 Silverado. They fabricated new heavy duty ones along with heavy duty shock mounts. They were done in a week. Def recommend them!
I had an issue with pricing and additional parts being installed, ownership reached out to me after the fact and apologized for the miscommunication and refunded me the additional fees i was charged. Class act, took responsibility of the situation and helped a small business owner afford the ability to operate his work truck.
Customer service could be much better, came in for a simple spring and got an annoyed attitude, instead of a couple min of help figuring out a solution while there I was told to come back, 30 seconds on rock auto and with the same info supplied to him and it will come right to my door instead of supporting a local buisiness, sad
I recently just had a situation with my Nissan Xterra, not only did they help me they did it faster than I expected!! Few day's later I needed help again and they not only helped me but got it back to me again faster than expected!! I recommend this place 100% they are very kind and professional!!
I've been sending private trucks and fire trucks to them for over 15 years. I drive an hour away to have them perform alignments. Alignment tech is friendly, professional and knows his job exceptionally job well.

A relatively new Auto parts store that is part of an existing Truck repair business. If you blink while passing by, you might miss it. It does not have flashy signs but it does have a very knowledgeable and capable staff. The interior is rather spartan and no nonsense.... But they are pro's and if they don't have it they will get it Quickly....after all, they are a Truck repair business and a parts house second. I believe that soon, the Auto parts aspect of the business just might expand and overtake the repair business..... Good Luck guys ! $$ reasonable pricing, clean,polite staff.... what's not to like..
