Brandon and the guys have taken care of all of our plows, sanders, mowers, and our John Deere 3025. I’ve been impressed each and every time. I highly recommend Maple Grove Bennington vt. or Adams ma.
I dropped off a walk behind brush hog for repair at the beginning of last fall. Good were friendly in person and assured me they would take a look and get back to me within a week. Two weeks later, they still hasn't got to it, that was understandable. However, then no call. Finally, they said the machine couldn't be repaired and I reminded them it was under warranty and that they were certified by the company to do whatever repair was needed. It's now 8 months later and still nothing. I'm sorry to write a poor review but they have showed no interest in doing the repair or helping us justify to the company that a replacement is needed. This is a $2k+ machine under warranty, nearly brand new.
I would be not than happy to change this review of the owners of Maple Grove show this situation priority and improve their communication and follow through on the repair.
Staff are always friendly and always knowledgeable. The will help in any way they can. Have not had one visit where all my issues weren't taken care off. Highly recommend going here. Quality service and staff.
Myself personally I never had a bad experience at Maple Grove. If I ever had a issue Pete and his crew takes care of it right away, no questions asked.
I have purchased equipment from this company for decades now. Pete and staff are always extremely competent, helpful and friendly. I travel past other outdoor equipment to get to Maple Grove, well worth the trip.
