It was after the storm that we had recently encountered, and I contacted them on a 3/2 around 9am Monday morning regarding my passenger back tire which looked like it was bent inwards. Marina who answered the phone, asked if it was drive able. I said yes, I believe so but will go extra slow. She was concerned for my safety and recommend I get it towed. I decided I would take the chance and drove it to the shop. I was at the shop for maybe 15 minutes, then was asked to leave the car and they would get an estimate to me within a couple of hours. They had offered me a ride home. I took advantage of that and was driven to my home by a very friendly gentleman. We spoke the whole way home. He was extremely nice. By noontime I received a call from Jaime (who really knows his stuff) he gave me the estimate and explained thoroughly (rear axle) what would be done and I should have it back Wednesday or Thursday. Sure enough Wednesday afternoon at 4pm I was driving out of their parking lot. Felt like a new car. Thank you all
The crew at Falmouth Motorcar from the front desk to the mechanics are outstanding! Brendan spent time with me explaining the estimate & all costs associated with the repairs. When I brought the car in they were reasonably priced for diagnostic testing & when I returned to have the repairs done, everything was done, including my state sticker. The repairs were completed in a timely & efficient manner. I highly recommend Falmouth Motorcar. As a woman, I appreciate their honesty & time to explain all work to be completed.

Welcomed upon entering by a mechanic who told me it would be an hour wait for the inspection I was there for. He explained he was finishing an inspection and then he was going to pick a customer up (I very much appreciate that he explained and that they (Falmouth Motorcar) provide help with customers getting to the shop. I waited for what was less time than it took a cup of coffee to Brew when I observed my car being brought into the shop and inspected. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround. I also heard 2 conversations between a customer and the mechanic one of which the mechanic explained what needed to be done in layperson's language (also very cool to see) I have been a loyal customer to a shop on the other side of the Canal for several decades that changed ownership (unfortunately for me). I have become a customer of another shop I am trusting but will bring my car to Falmouth Motorcar if I am not able to get an appointment with them.
New to town in the last year and spent a bit of time trying out local shops when I got here, these guys quickly became my go to through recommendations and experience. It can be hard to find a solid shop you trust but I will always use these guys for any maintenance on my performance jeeps. They are always quick to answer and happy to work with you to make sure your car is taken care of how you want it to be as well as in the proper way and on your schedule. Pricing is very fair and the people are always pleasant. Highly recommend using Falmouth motorcar.

Got a terrible mutipoint checkup from Falmouth Toyota, they said repairs needed 5 grand & its time for new car .uhg!!!....SO, I asked FalmouthMotorCar for a second opinion. They did a thorough check up, and got my prius good as new back on the road for a little over HALF the FalToy estimate. Very Happy with the service and attention given
Very good service on newer and older cars. Honest answers to any questions. Friendly old school type atmosphere and guaranteed satisfaction. Prices are reasonable too. They service our Lincoln MKS, our older TJ Wrangler and our 32 year old Chevy caprice.
Absolutely couldn’t say enough great things about FMC location in Cataumet! The front desk staff (Shawn and Emma) are so helpful (Emma is an absolute joy!!) Shawn is always fair and gives it to you straight! I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so!
Frankly, I was surprised that they were able to get me in on the same day to do the service. Usually they're booked for days, if not weeks. I suppose that's a symptom of being good at what you do and running an honest business. Five star service

Falmouth Motor Car has done various repairs for me over the last 20 years and I have always had a great experience. I had a simple oil change today and I was impressed with how through and detailed their attention to the overall condition of the car. From all fluid levels, critical belt condition, to tire rotation I received more than I would normally expect to have done. All for a MORE than reasonable price. I would recommend FMC to anyone.
I had drove to Falmouth for vacation, when my car started vibrating in the front end, they were able to take my car in the next day, and they fixed the problem in time for me to leave. Really helped me out.

Jamie and his crew are just the best. They are honest guys who do not try to take advantage of people in fact it’s just the opposite. Their work is excellent. Their prices are reasonable and they are just good guys to deal with. I would highly recommend you take your car there because once you do, you won’t go anywhere else.
This is the coolest place I have ever been to for an annual inspection!! First, the place is always clean! The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. AND THE WAITING ROOM: there is always a selection of Keurig coffee with little creamers and sugar. And they have a tv screen that plays old shows - I watched Lassie (spoiler alert: Little Timmy won the kite flying contest!) When they are done, someone drives the car up to the front door for you to drive away. I am trusting them will all my auto service going forward!!

Reliable car repair shop. A week ago, they replaced my Tesla X front brakes and rotors. They did an excellent job: brakes are smooth and firm, indicating the job was done right. Price was reasonable, and job was done on time. For a Tesla mechanical repair, they are much more convenient than the Norwell Tesla Service Center.
The staff is the best. Quick, efficient and friendly. Jamie and his crew have worked on my car many times. They are on target when diagnosing problems and correcting the issues. The estimates are in line with current pricing and occasionally the work comes in under budget, which is nice. I have found my car repair guys here at Falmouth Motorcar.
I was out of town visiting Falmouth from Cleveland and my car had an issue. I took it to their shop, Jaime was very helpful and efficient. This company is very focused in customer service. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.
I would give this place 10 stars if that was an option! We were in town for 5 days and on the 2nd day, accidentally hit a fence and bent the bumper into the tire and couldn't drive it. After calling numerous places, and being in the car for hours, these wonderful people took our car, fixed it within an hour, and charged us a very low price. These people were kind, helpful, fair, and honest. I highly recommend them!!!
