I had a great experience at Excel Auto Repair & Sales. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent about the repairs and costs. My car was ready on time and runs perfectly now. It’s hard to find an honest auto shop these days, but this place truly deserves 5 stars!
My sister is a regular customer here and would not go anyplace else. Having had two incredible interactions here I concur that their customer service exceeds expectations. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving they agreed to look at her car and the concern was addressed and rectified immediately. My first interaction I called and they told me to send her down immediately to have her tire looked at and patched the tire within an hour. It’s heartwarming and extraordinary to see such great customer service!!!
Our car was breaking down in Falmouth and we luckily found Excel Autonotive thru a google search. Pierre was extremely professional and understanding of our predicament. We were tourists from NY and had to get home the next day. Car was repaired as promised and we couldn’t be more relieved and thankful. !!!

Friendly fast reasonably priced great repair work . 2014 ram 1500 had new brakes all around , new front axle , inspection , and new gas tank straps . They did a great job on an old truck that runs well. Reasonable price work and fast service compared to shops around . They have a lot of employees and get the inspections done quick . Thanks Excell you are excellent in my book ✅

I had trouble with my car and had to have a much needed car repair done while visiting on the Cape. I contacted a few places but there was up to a 2 week wait. Since I needed to get back to New Jersey I had to try to get the repair done as quickly as I could. Pierre took my car in the same day but I still had to wait for 1 of the parts since it was on backorder. Pierre worked with my car warranty company so my repair and parts were covered by them. As soon as it was done I was able to get back home safely with no worries. Thank you to Pierre and his staff since I know how hard it is to get any type of professional services on Cape Cod.
Had a difficult repair done with my oil pan and was done on the same day and for me was a life saver! Not only was the staff friendly but the price of the job very, very reasonable! I suggest anyone who wants someone they can trust with the repairs on their vehicles, you might want to give these guys a call. In the future, If I can’t handle it They’ve got the job!
This shop is fantastic. I have several vehicles for my business that require Maintence to keep us able to serve our customers effectively. Pierre and his crew have always made room in their schedule to get us back on the road and working again as quickly as possible. They provide 5 star service, the pricing has always been transparent, fair, and on point. Very trustworthy and honest. I've actually seen the owner comp quick tire repairs, and services to elderly people for no charge. What a community gem this place is!

I have been bringing a multitude of foreign and domestic vehicles here for at least five years. Always have a good experience. Open Saturday for your convenience too. I own a high maintenance Land Rover and have had all my repairs from new tires, and brakes to oil.changes, wheel bearings, and gear shifter fixed here, the crew at Excel are very well equipped, knowledgeable, courteous and exceptionally fair.
We got our 2005 Jeep inspected here. The staff were fun, friendly, and fast. If you need anything auto, go to Ecell auto in East Falmouth! They’re amazing.
I was on my way to work and noticed I needed a new inspection sticker. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. They were quick efficient very nice and just overall great in my opinion.
These guys were great, Very professional came in for an inspection sticker ended up getting an oil change as well.

I have aways have good experiences with the shop. Always ready to help you so quickly and always honest. Today I had a car shield hanging by one screw and window washer fluid wasn’t working. They were very busy but looked at the issues and because it was an easy fix they didn’t charge me for their trouble. Thanks to excel for making my day.
I buy my gas at Excel Auto quite often and the service and prices are wonderful. Yesterday I needed gas and I saw the low pressure in my front tire light on. When getting the gas asked the attendant if they had an air pump. I pulled over to where I was directed. Izzy came over to help me and not only checked all four tires and filled the ones that needed air, he explained in such a friendly and kind way exactly what he was doing so I would know what to do if it happened again some place else. SPECTACULAR young man and so polite. Bravo to him and all the attendants at that Business! I will tell everyone how great Izzy is and all the service people at Excel! If you know and see Izzy please applaud him, high five him, give him a pat on the back, shake his hand because he deserves it for his help and kindness!!!

You cannot find a better local garage than this one. Pierre is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful at resolving issues with your car in the correct way and without charging you a crazy price. This will be my garage for life.
We are on vacation from Michigan and our heater core went out. We looked at the reviews for several area shops and chose this one based on the 5 star reviews. They went above and beyond to fix our van in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them for any of your vehicle needs. Pierre was on top of it and Kyle was very helpful to us as well. Great job to everyone who helped in getting us back on the road so swiftly.
We got a flat tire. They helped us look up what type of tire is needed even though they're not getting paid for it. They relayed the information in time for us to get the tire fixed in the same day.
Really made a difference on how long we would've been stuck on our way home. Writing a positive review to thank them.
I stopped here once because the heat shield on my car had become partially detached while I was driving on 28 just past the bridge. I stopped at a garage at the Otis rotary and the owner was extremely rude and refused to even look at my car. Excel was the next service station I passed. They were incredibly friendly and took my car in right away and secured the heat shield for free.
Since then I stop here whenever possible. Great service, always fast and friendly. Nice waiting area. Gas prices (all full serve) are usually the cheapest around. Highly recommended!!!
Absolutely amazing team here! I was told I needed an oil pan replacement elsewhere for over $600. I called Excel in Falmouth to price it, they took me in the same day, as they were already extremely busy. Long story short, my oil pan was not the problem, I paid $255. Including an oil change, my car is running better than ever!
