So I've been bringing my vehicles there for quite some time .My daughter bought a VW Beetle from Luis. Honest?? I'd 💯 I trust my car with no other shop up front to the point and the best there is .There is not too many businesses now adays that are so customer oriented..but this is one if them .Thank me later !! They are amazing!

This place saved my day!!! I was driving my Kia optima SX and my car died. I was looking online and saw that this shop could get me in the same hour!!! So I towed the car in and they were able to figure out that my low pressure fuel pump died and not my high pressure fuel pump, so they quoted me a really good/fair price to replace it, and got me back on the road in the same day!!!! They were super reasonable with me and didn't rip me off! Thank you Falmouth Auto Center for saving my day!!!!!!!

Poor customer service After leaving an honest review of a vehicle we purchased, and it being deleted at the request of the business multiple times.i am just looking for our experience to be heard. There have been nothing but aggressive communications and many threats from all involved with this company. If you're looking for a new used car, look elsewhere!

He’s fixed my car a few time never had a bad experience and chargers fairly he hasn’t over charged for any work got my exhaust and performance parts done here highly recommend

Not customer service friendly what so ever !! All they care about is these Google reviews. Half of these 5 stars are fake they posted so the 1 stars go to the bottom or cry and have them removed or threat to take legal action on a platform they participate in SMH. They can't handle they did me dirty like sending my purchase home filthy and a empty tank of gas. I probably could've done better on Craigslist. This review is only about the car sale nothing to do with the service of cars .

Great service and very helpful advice from Luiz! Had Jeep Wrangler back tire seize up on trip through the coast. They did a whole overhaul and found 2 other serious issues with the brakes. Did all 4 brakes and repairs for the same price as the other place charged for just the back. Super efficient on timing as well, squeezed us in right before the holiday and we were able to get back on the road the next day! Highly recommend.

I am from another State and was recommended to Falmouth Auto Center. I had the best experience. They are friendly, accommodating, and TRUSTWORTHY! I had a lot of work done on my used car and it didn't cost me a fortune. I would highly recommend if you are looking for someone that's honest and gets the job done!

I brought my work van from the vineyard to get it fixed. I went in there thinking I needed a new transmission, they quickly found out that my transmission was fine I just needed to have it flushed and a new filter. They took care of me in 2 days and saved me over a thousand dollars. I can’t praise them enough.

I took my truck here to get fixed due to a check engine light. Their diagnostic wasn't quite thorough enough to identify and fix the problem, which led me to take my truck to the dealership to get the problem fixed. However, I can say with certainty that the folks here did their best to identify and fix the problem. They are very honest and am satified with the experience and how they made the situation right without any ill will. Great people here. I would trust them with any future repairs and service.

Last year I brought my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to this shop after it was hit in the front and rear during the winter. It had ugly body damage that I could have lived with but major mechanical issues due to the front damage. Not only did they fix the mechanical issues but repaired all the body damage and for a great price it ran and looked better than it did brand new!! I later had a mechanical issue that I needed fixed (nothing they previously repaired), they drove out to my house in the pouring rain, got it going and drove it back to the shop to do the repair again great price!! Later when the repair was done they drove back to my house and picked me up to collect my Jeep. Even offered to buy me a coffee on the way to the shop. I'll never go anywhere else these guys are great.

They Have been Fixing my car for 6 years and I've never had a problem. Is the Cheapest place in Falmouth. The Workers are very family and its a family business. I definitely recommend going there.
