The owner and staff of M&N Auto Service in Falmouth are the best I have ever used. Their knowledge, skill, and communication are top rate. Most of all, I have learned that they can be trusted to do what’s best for me, not their bottom line. They are a pleasure to work with.

I arrived with no appointment and 2 tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced. They took me right in and I was on my way shortly. They are professional, polite, and never an issue with any work they have done for me. I highly recommend them.

I brought my vehicle in for brakes as they were shot and I needed my car back on the road the next day. I called this shop on a whim to see if they could squeeze me in on a Friday. They got it done in a timely fashion and I picked up the same day. They let me know upon further inspection it needed some more work done. I knew it needed to get it done so I was able to bring it in to them the next week. I dropped it off and they got it done in a couple of days. Upon picking it up, I couldn’t be happier. It drives like new and they took great care of my vehicle. They were very transparent and clearly communicated during the entire process. Amazing customer service, very well run and trustworthy. If my car needs any more maintenance on the Cape I know who to call. Thank you! +++This previous review was from years ago.+++++ Now juat a a couples back and i got the car fixed and back in my hands in about a 10 days which is immaculate considering the amount of labor and parts theychad to get for more so unbelievable they were able to do that for me these guys take care of their customers that is for sure! But to cut to the chaze I completely blew my engine, my clutch and exhaust manifold all the way on my poor 08 civic like and absolute dunce. But thankfully i got it to M&R right before she put putted her last breath. I knew my Honda was going to be in great hands because they had worked on this car previously and the prices very reasonable as welll as labor costs and the results were excellent. I came to them with basically a totaled car and they turned it into a brand new honda for a very fair agreed upon price. These guys put tender love and care into my vehicle and the repairs. This shop means business. Their logo "you drive it we fix it". These guys mean it and they deliver with expertise! It was like driving a brand new honda off the lot I could not be more grateful! These folks are great. They’ve been helping me keep my older Cadillac running, and do a great job on the occasional problem with my Audi. When it needs fixing, they fix it, but they also help me find my way around expenses as well.

Your dealership is top notch and we appreciate your quick service to us (as out of town guests & friends of Beth & Jason who service their cars in your shop). Nilton and his mechanics found the problems causing a noise when I hit a bump and the car drifting out of the lane. They scheduled the repair and had all of the parts ready and finished the car the same day. My car drives like a race car now!

I took my 2-door car to M&N after the dealer failed to fix the wind noise coming from the passenger side window. The problem was fixed quickly and inexpensively, as always. I will be back for any future work.

I hate to admit this publicly, But my 20 year old Jeep has gotten a bit undependable. Thanks M&N Auto Repair for keeping my TJ on the road. My 10 month old frequent check engine light, periodic power loss @ 2200 RPM engine speed, and current starting issue has finally been resolved. A different auto repair shop had been working on diagnosing and correcting the problems, but to no avail? M&N replacement of a previously replaced part has proven successful in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Next time I will bring my vehicle to M&N Auto Repair 1st. 13 June 24 addendum: Recently I was involved in a low impact broadside accident. There were no injuries nor auto body damage as my Jeep is surrounded by armor and rubber. Unfortunately my vehicle steering did not fare as well. I know that I paid more for a precision laser alignment, but knew that M&N would do a complete job. Most other auto repair shops only schedule some time to take a stab at resolving the issue within their time allotment? But M&N has always done a complete repair no matter how long it takes. 27 Feb 25 addendum: Also thanks M&N for installing an adjustable Falcon EF steering Stabilizer to my 100% aftermarket upgraded steering and suspension system. I am happy that you had the time to custom fabricate a bracket to weld to my front axil. The snorkel and the Cat Back exhaust system gave me the necessary power boost to overcome the lift that my son gave the jeep, but the steering became more unstable at highway speeds. I love the feel of the road and handling closer to a sportscar. 25 March 2025 Addendum: Thanks M&N for diagnosing and correcting the bad ground wire causing my recent check engine light. Not too any Auto repair shops would even have the patience to do the job right. You may not always be the fastest, but the results are always worth the wait.

M&N has good reputation; they were referred by another shop. They set up my appt quickly, and explained everything in detail, and even helped to save me some expense. Very impressive.

My go-to place for foreign car service. I had a warning light for brakes light up on my Mini. I thought I was in for pads and rotors, but they reported back that it was a faulty sensor, and did the repair that day. Honest, reliable and reasonable!

This was my first visit to M&N. I got a quote from my audi dealer for 2000 to do my front brakes and rotors. Called MN and got a quote for 600ish over the phone. I thought this was a little too cheap and turns out it was. When I brought car in they told me they would call with final quote which came in at 990. A big jump for sure and the service guy explained that is why he doesn't give quotes over the phone. He said the other service guy shouldn't have either. I told him that they do brake jobs all day and should have been able to quote me more accurately over the phone. The lesson here is to wait for your in person quote before getting getting any work done here. Other than this one issue the brakes seem great and the work was done on time and was still half what the dealer charges. I will come here again and do recommend them. I gave the 4 out of 5 due to the misquote over the phone. Otherwise very professional and knowledgeable.

M&N does excellent work and are very knowledgeable and honest people! I highly recommend!! This is based on their service on all of my family members cars - multiple Mercedes SUVs, an Audi SUV, and a Volkswagen SUV - and Mercedes electrical problems are notoriously annoying! I was told my Audi had a much larger problem somewhere else. I took it to M&N and they fixed it for a fraction of the price - not because they're the cheapest, because they figured out what the actual problem was and how to fix it, rather than just replacing a whole system. They are also excellent with communication and dealing with insurance!

We were very pleased with our experience at M&N when we asked them to troubleshoot a noise in our front wheel. They kept us informed throughout the process and completed the repair in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again.

Once again M & N comes through for me. I trust their regular maintenance to keep me on the road! They are good so they are busy but I called ahead for a check up. They scheduled a convenient time for me and were able to let me know quickly that it was time for the rear bake job I’d been postponing. I was thrilled they got it done in a very timely fashion that same day, for a fair price! I never feel ripped off; I am able to trust their expertise. I am so glad I found these honest, friendly professionals.

Have brought all my cars too M&N they are very thorough. Fixed my first car which was a Honda that another automotive shop did poor work. And the owner at M&N personally fix it made it run like new. They also did a full run through of my other car that was off the road for three years to make sure it was good to drive and pass inspection and it did. I love this shop and the owners super nice will never sell you anything you don't need and dont overcharge . just absolutely fantastic place and people highly recommend to bring your car here to be fixed if you want it done right. Great people to deal with. Direct and honest is a good combination. Even though the work required on my vehicle was more than expected, we are comfortable that M&N is the right repair shop for us.

I failed inspection on my brakes and needed repairs done fast. M&N kindly fit me and accommodated my location complications and timing due to living on one of the islands. They were thorough, and even when I had a surprise repair for a wheel bearing, they made an effort to give a fair price on the surprise expense. I highly recommend them!

Professional looking, impressive shop. My immediate reaction - these are serious car people. Accurately diagnosed brake warning light issue. Also discovered a leaky oil tank seal. Parts were ordered for next day service. I liked that this business scheduled an appointment for me which showed good time management. I will certainly return again for future repairs. Thank you! They were so nice, took the time to explain to me (& show me on display models!) exactly how my car works, what the issue was and what they needed to do to fix it. I needed some brake work done on my car while I was on vacation. I chose M&N due to their high ratings. I made an appointment in advance. When I arrived they took the time to explain to me what they thought the issue was using a brake model so I thoroughly understood it. They gave me a ride back to my hotel and called with an estimate for my approval later that day. When my car was finished they picked me up at my hotel and brought me to get my car. Amazing customer service and my brakes are working great. I highly recommend M&N!
