Poor customer service!!! The manager there they call him "AJ" was very very rude to me!!! I was returning a battery that I had purchased from Advance Auto I few months prior to coming to his store. The battery wouldn't keep a charge i had to charge or jump the battery everytime I went to use the vehicle that the battery was in. So I bought the battery to the closest Advance Auto thinking thats where I purchased it from. Another salesman was helping me he said "I have to charge the battery and then test it before we could make a decision on what can be done" I said fine I'll be back tomorrow. When I returned the same salesman that helped me the day before said that the battery was bad. We can replace it. I didn't have the receipt and the battery wasn't under my phone number in the system but we could see that I had a battery core under my number. So the salesman asked the manager "AJ" could ge help. He said "it's nothing is can do if the battery doesn't come up in the system or you show a receipt or the card number that you purchased it on and the date". My response was i don't know either. He just repeated "its nothing is can do" I got a little frustrated at this point. I said to "AJ" I know I purchased this battery that isn't any good from Advance Auto and I feel it needs to be replaced it's not any good. "AJ" responsed with a sarcastic answer "Oh well". My response was I don't have time for this today and turned to leave and "AJ" responses was "ME EITHER" I turned back and looked at him, but didn't say anything and just left very upset. The next day I got a call from the salesman that originally helped me. He said "I didn't like the way "AJ treated you yesterday I apologize for that". Its a different manager in the store and she was able to fine the transaction. You purchased it from another Advance Auto store. The Salisbury, Md location come in and pickup your new battery. So my issue was solved after 3 days. PS: "AJ" needs more training!!! On the system and customer service #DIEHARD

Stopped in this morning at 8:30 because my battery was I believe dying asked the young lady if she could check the battery she said oh there’s a couple drops of rain I’m not allowed to come out in the rain told her OK one across the street to AutoZone the guy came out check the battery it was bad put a new one in for me gave him a $20 tip because there was a couple drops of rain so very disappointed in advance auto no wonder why your stock is down I will make sure to tell all my friends you need better workers or people who care thank You

Great service great staff always friendly

Super nice ppl. My only issue was that they tried to charge me over $200 for a part that cost me $22 on rockauto... I asked the man to explain it & all I got was "you get what you pay for". Unacceptable in any business honestly.

They were great! I took the instructions to my mower in and they looked up the spark plug I needed. They didn't have the one I needed and found one that would work and I go in tomorrow and get it 😊. I'm know I'm going back!

It was horrible waited for ever for service will the people behind the counter played on phone. Then guy that waited on my felt like it was inconvenience that he had to wait on me.

The in-store deals are usually a great deal, but sometimes the store staff seems overburdened between CEL checks, answering phones, parts lookups and running the registers. Could use a few more employees on the schedule at a time

The staff were friendly from the start, and after I bought a new battery they switched my old one out for free.

They usually have the parts I need at a good price. The staff does a good job at finding you what you need, but consumables tend to be more expensive.
