CALLED FOR A TOW TRUCK TO HELP LOAD 3 MOWERS DRIVER SAID WOULD BE THERE WITHIN 1 HOUR 3 HRS LATER NO DRIVER AND HE WOULD NOT ANSWER THE CALLS KEPT FORWARDING US, IF HE DID NOT WANT THE JOB HE SHOULD HAVE SAID SO INSTEAD OF KEEPING US WAITINNG FOR 3 HOURS. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM THEY ARE NOT A PERSON OF THEIR WORD.
9/28/2025 I was headed to work on a Sunday morning, the roads were a bit damp from the rain from 9/27/25 and I hydroplaned and slid into a ditch. Your tow truck driver was very rude to me over the phone telling me my car was already pulled out of the ditch and that I would have to pay 525$ and an extra 200$ to tow my car 2-5 min down the road, he was very unprofessional and if you look below at the photos no damage was done to my vehicle and it was 525$ just to pull it out, I would not use this service for anything.
Our car randomly died when leaving OC. Call AA East Coast towing and they answered right away. They gave us prices for what we thought it was (a dead battery) and prices for towing it home. They got to us quickly. When it turned out not to be the battery they towed us home. The driver was polite and funny. He even took back roads to avoid traffic to get us home quickly.
Had them come out and give my family a jump for a dead battery. Long story short turned out to be the starter, but regardless very professional service, very polite and affordable too. Definitely recommend for any of there services. Forgot to get the name of the gentleman who helped us but thank you!
My husband got stuck in our suv with our 2 year old daughter. On coastal highway they were very prompt in coming to get our suv and got my husband and our daughter to safety. They brought them home safely. Which they didn’t have to do. They were very nice. The price was reasonable as well.
As I was getting ready to drive over to the beach I realized I had locked my keys in my car. I did a google search for roadside assistance and AA East Coast towing came up. To my surprise, they answered right away and were to my beach house 25 minutes. On Fourth of July no less! I was so impressed with how quickly they got to me, and I was down to the beach only 30 minutes later than planned. They were quick and professional. Thank you so much for saving our beach day!
Vehicle wouldn’t start in parking lot in Ocean City. Tow came within minutes and also helped to find a shop who could take in and look at right away. Lionel, the tow truck driver was great to deal with and really helped us out!
Very helpful. Very good communication before and after, including texting me a picture of my vehicle after delivered to the dealership. Peace of mind in a stressful situation.
