What clients say about 56th Street Towing in Ocean City (MD)
I called them on 8/31/25 around 8:30pm to tow a car that was parked illegally in my assigned parking spot in a private condo lot on 84th St. The condo association had the 56 St Towing number on their building to call if towing was needed for this particular problem. The driver refused to do his job because I was neither the condo owner nor the property management company. I reminded him that 56th St Towing had a contract with this condominium. He didn't care. Why are you in business if you don't do the job you're contracted for? Driver said he had already been to court twice over towing vehicles and refused to go to court again, like that's my problem?
Awful way to run a business. I truly hope you lose this contract.
My car needed to be towed while on vacation with my family and they made this easy for us to continue having a great vacation. Thank u for being professional and taking good care of my car
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It’s just a kid who bought a tow truck. He wanted to charge twice what someone else had offered. Then insulted me when I informed him of that fact. What a joker.
Shady individuals, poor use of equipment, poor experience when towing car. Driver did not take consideration in not damaging vehicle which ended in damaging underbody. Disgusting company do not use even in an emergency!
Watched them back into a truck and try to sneak away like it didn’t happen. Had to run down from my 5th story condo to make sure they left info on the truck that they backed into. Also they told the guy they were towing if he paid them $100 cash he would unhook the car. Very crooked, avoid at all costs.
Great service! They gave a good estimate and my driver was there quick and was very friendly, I think his name was Mike anyways loaded up the car carefully and quickly and kept great conversation on the ride to my destination, he helped to really make me feel better in a tense situation. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend.
